This guy at the counter is very lethargic and his casual attitude is at peaks. Once product is given, consider its gone. Theyll never call u, if you call them they keep saying tomorrow everytime u call them. Continuous delays. Worst services ever.

Good electronics shop, but be very cautious about the quality of products you purchase here. Kindly check the purchased product thoroughly before leaving the shop as most of the items they sell on non returnable basis and we found many faulty products during our purchase.

Had been two times for this shop. First time was for a emergency light which didnt even work for 1 month and second time was for purchasing router during lockdown period which was again a defective piece... Now I have to get the router serviced which has become difficult due to lockdown.... Selling such defective product with no exchange and return policy at crucial times was not satisfactory..... They should at least think of providing best quality products when they are getting paid for what we are buying.... I never come up for giving negative reviews but this time I have to because as my experience was very worst

You get A to Z of electronics here. They have a repair shop at the basement as well. I think this is the only place in the vicinity that has such wide variety of items.Prices are slightly on the higher side. Negotiate if possible to get good deals. If you want cheaper items then you will have to head to SP road. Even though they have enough staff to attend, the place is mostly crowded. Parking can be a problem since there are lot of other shops nearby.

I bought luminous UPS . .the guy at the counter assured me that i will get atleast I will get backup of 15 mins...I bought that UPS..it is not even giving me 5 mins backup. (Purely my opinion) I think they might be selling used products. I called luminous customer care I dont have a response yet.
