Recently I bought a Samsung 50 inch TV. I went to buy TCL tv but sales executive explained me that this particular Samsung TV has all the features of TCL brand with better picture and Sound quality. But after purchasing this TV, I realized Information provided on usable and expandable memory was wrong and also voice assistant is not available. Apart from OS, picture and sound quality, other information provided was wrong. While raised this concern, I have been told this was the information provided by Brand and then brand executive suggested a workaround on using apps from USB which also seems to be wrong. Customer service is good but there is no use of it if the information is not correct. Niether Samsung nor dealer is taking ownership of this issue now.
