Very bad service from smart home fix. I am writing this review after waiting for several months to fix the pathetic work they did at my home. They Cant understand what is customers requirement and very poor at planning the same. Due to lack of engineering skills they do blunder mistakes and they will put the same cleverly with courage on customer and say it is customer mistake. We took the service of closing skylite parabola in our balcony. They have put thin mould and closed it and laid tiles on top of it. Few days later when it started raining, the entire parabola closed with concrete mould started leaking..it was a complete mess. We complained the same to smart home fix. They cameback checked the leak and applied cement grouting to the existing tiles. Can you believe this ? And again after few days it started to leak whenever it rains, as cement is not the right engineering material to grout. They should have did epoxy. This basic knowledge also they dont have. Also the thickeness of mould is very less, leading to cracks and water seepage. For this service they charged more than 1.3lacs. With such incomplete service they were demanding money also to be released.as per agreement, eventhough we released 85% of amount already. Their agreement doesnt cover penalty clauses if they are at mistake. The person vinod who was leading the work is very arrogant and not customer friendly. Doesnt listen to customer at all. We have also given other work at the same time to lift the watertank and fit solar(only drum part) and tubes to be exposed outside. They have not planned this work also properly. They did tank metal frame of less height and screwed the entire design. After realising the mistake they did jugad work of extending the height of tank by welding extra piece of metal.
