I wish I could give them 20 stars. I use the service when I have been on the road for work for an extended period and end up with more laundry than one human should even have the capacity to dirty. Living in a walk up, it takes me hours to haul down all the laundry to the laundry room in my buildings basement where inevitably all but one machine is out of order, load after load, and then drag it back up three flights of outdoor stairs in the winter, to then have to endure my personal nightmare of folding and hanging it all. I once pulled someone out of a car fire, but ten hour laundry marathons is where I draw the line.They pick it up from my door, always on time, always friendly no matter how many embarrassing bags I have, and always deliver right on time, beautifully folded, smelling amazing, with all of my work shirts and dresses on hangers, ready for me to put away (even though I honestly end up leaving it all in the bags for days...weeks...until I need them to come again, I may have a problem).I 1000000% recommend!

The order was to be delivered on Wed of this week. The order has still not been delivered and its Friday. They are not accepting our call and are finding all the excuses not to return the clothes.This is not the manner you conduct business.

Rs. 85/kg just for was and dry is not worth. Clothes are not even ironed. There are other vendors in the market, who charge far less than you for the same service which you provide.

Very disappointed with the service. I gave 2 sarees for dry clean. They told that they will give within 2 days. After much calling and tracking they returned after 5 days. One. Sari was ok but they gave another saree in place of my saree. After many calls they gave my saree back but that too without drycleaning. The perfume smell was there and some stains which it had already. Total money they charged 450 and drycleaned only one saree. Very careless and pathetic service. Book at your own risk.

Worst experience ever..The silk dress which I had given for dry cleaning has been damaged & there are improper colour prints on my dress..I want a refund including my cloth price because he has spoiled my dress !!First close down ua shop & go get some life!!

90 rs per kg is way too costly on top of it they dont deliver in promised time and without informing they charge more than indeed pathetic service, if u are looking for proper service and delivery u gotta avoid this still didnt receive the clothes have to check the quality of wash
