They burnt one of my white T-shirt during ironing. On top of this they are such unprofessionals that they completely denied what they have done. Their attitude was very rude. Please avoid using their services if possible.

Good quality, old school dry cleaning. The packing is eco friendly packing and the prices are affordable. They do not take cards/UPI, though.

Had to give it for a rewash again as simple stains were not removed. White collar is much better.

Liars and cheats.1. At the time of receiving clothes from us, they had told us these stains will go but not a signle one went away or even reduced. In fact there was zero difference before and after. Then they told us we cant do much for coloured clothes. If you had given us white clothes, we could have done something. Couldnt they have told us the same thing before accepting the clothes?2. When we refused to buy this nonsense, they grandly told us that they sub-contract the works to several other agencies, and it is the sub-contractors fault.3. They didnt let us keep the original bill. They said take a photo if you like. But we wont give you the original bill, even though we were ready to sign all clothes received on their copy.

Booked appointment for pickup , they never showed up without any prior notification . Using app complaint also doesnt get delivered . Very disappointed. Wish there was a negative star option .

This shop never opens on time. Had to complain to the head office several times since the shop was not open even at 9.20 am.Only one girl as staff, who is untrained, ride and unprofessional.Only hope is that our clothes get handled in a clean manner, however, we dont know what goes on behind the walls.
