Here is how their scam works.As a patient when you go for their Practo Plus and unlimited consultations, youll be recieved by a consultant doctor with an automated message.Once the diagnosis is over, youll realize that when you Google the prescribing doctors name, they are all consultants. Meaning none of them are qualified to consult but are practicing juniors, wardboys, and even nurses.Yet their profile will state they have completed MBBS, Neurology, Orthopaedics, etc. I have personally tried out 50+ consultations on the app and they have prescribed me beta blockers to ordering MRI tests for simple headaches and indigestion.When you go back to review these doctors, youll receive a message back from Practo stating Review was not published as you have used derogatory language. Despite not using a single negative word I simply described by experience and chose the Not Recommended option.I came to know of their scam when I checked up on my previous history of doctors consulted (over 2 years back). I was shocked to find out not a single one is active on their platform. They simply recycle unlicensed youngsters as consulting doctors and put them on their Practo Plus plan. These consulting doctors will give you generic advice and OTC medications because they dont have practicing licensees.This huge fraud is openly running and especially in the medical industry. Yet, they are openly able to conduct this year after year.I request people to simply use Practo to book appointments but never use them for online consultations, you are putting your life at a huge risk with unqualified quacks

Worst ever experience of home delivery. The delivery guy instead of delivering the medicine he asked me to collect the consignment 2 kms away from my home. I had to refuse the delivery. Above all there is no customer service number. Strange ways of operation.

Never go for Practo Plus membership. It is a scam. Tweets to his founder Shashank ND are never responded about their bad services for Practo Plus. Why would someone pay INR 3999 and get such services ? They dont even reimburse INR 250 rupees. Horrible

Extremely disappointed with the product, they now have practo prime with different individuals giving us different kickbacks. yes, practo now charges 220, 250, 270, 300, 350 as commissions from doctors towards a patient connection. employees of the company approach us with different tariff rates as though its a product sales. the customer care team have no idea and they have been taught one standard line - we will ask the concerned person to call you. in a simple line, practo is now a thief of a third order. ask for refunds and they will make you call them some 100 times. its amazing to see such a well developed product take this shape. right from the customer care to the top executives, all they understand is conversion of a doctor to use the software to pay back the investors. horrible experience.

Please do not trust this company. They are very unreliable and they never keep up appointment. This is my second experience. Now it is for blood test and earlier it was appointment with a doctor in Bangalore. I am not simply writing a review and it is nothing but truth.

Booked through practo for my son eye check up and got appointment at 4.30 then I waited for almost one hour and saw doc , doctor was nice but eye clinic is worst one
