Its my own experience, i took my mother for knee problem, she is 68yrs old.. doctor Venu gopal suggested to take one injection of Rs.12500 for knee it will solve her problem without surgery, pain will stop from next day & he told that in complete Bangalore only i am providing this solution, it will surely work for this problem. based on his suggestion i told ok and did that process immediately. after a week time pain remains the same for her & took again to same place, doctor told this will not work for her you go & get the knee cap replacement surgery .... it was complete waste of money going to this clinic... never suggest any one to this place.

I had a sports injury and went to get help at this clinic. They are terrible and they have no idea what they are doing. They also do not like explaining anything to the patient. They expect you to trust everything they say and not to question it.Dr Mani Venugopals diagnosis was that my knee socket (patella) was loose and needed to be strengthened. He told me to get an X-Ray done for 600-800 rupees and then follow up with an MRI for 8800 rupees at some ridiculously expensive clinic in Indranagar. I dont believe either of these scans were needed.After looking over the scans quickly, he prescribed 6 sessions of in house physiotherapy and said that I would be back to normal in 6 weeks. My physio was was taken care of by a lady in the back room of the clinic. Honestly, I had no idea if she really was a physiotherapist. Every time I visited, I had to remind her of what my problem was because she kept forgetting. She applied ultrasound and stimulated muscle contractions with electric nodes for 10 minutes each visit. She also gave me physiotherapy exercises to do at home.Every visit, I told her that I felt no improvement and she advised me to increase the repetitions on my exercises. After about 4 weeks of their treatment, the pain in my knee had died down. I though this was great, so I tried to slowly resume my normal sports activities. Within 5 min of working out the pain came back again and got even worse. I realized that I needed to see someone else. Only until I saw another doctor, did I realize that the treatment at Nikad Ortho Clinic had not strengthened my leg but just numbed the pain. Nikad Ortho Centre seemed to be doing nothing but wasting my time and money.I visited Atlas Chiropractor in Indranagar. They didnt need to see any scans, but rather listened to what I had to say to figure out the situation. After two sessions and some new physiotherapy exercises, I could feel at least a 20% improvement in strength, stability and pain. Since starting treatment with Atlas, I have seen a steady improvement with my issues and couldnt feel better.I will never go to Nikad Ortho Centre again. If you have issues with body pain or sports injuries then look elsewhere!

Very good doctor. Will accurately check ur problem and will not tell or give u extra medicines. Confident and very positive.Charges are 600 for first visit, and the second time they charge 500. They also have x ray and other facilities.

Dr. Mani Venugopal is a money making charlatan. As soon as he sees you he insists on a battery of tests to be done at his centre, despite the fact that we already had them done recently and knew what the results would be (diabetes, blood tests for an orthopedic issue).He then pushes steroids as a first step without any proper counselling, and refuses to answer questions or provide basic information. He seems unused to dealing with educated patients, who like to be pro active and in charge of their own health. Clearly the concept of a patients right to informed consent is something he is totally unfamiliar with. We got a second opinion which we were much more comfortable with. Would not recommend this centre or doctor AT ALL. Seems like a total quack and a businessman just out to make money.

Ive been visiting this clinic since the last 5 years. Dr. Venugopal is a very experienced professional and have always been helpful during all occasions. They have facilities for X-ray, blood tests and physiotherapy. Another good aspect of the clinic is the cleanliness - feels less like a clinic, more like a home.

Worst doc ever fa ortho !

Went here for a kneecap dislocation. He suggested meds and some outdated physio with no exercises and tests worth 14k. There was no improvement. 2 weeks later I ended up going to another ortho for a second consult and he suggested NO MEDS, some rehabilitation EXERCISES and NO TESTS. The entire thing there cost me less than Rs 1000, and I’m already better within 5 days. I am NEVER going back to Nikad and Dr Mani Venugopal EVER EVER again, to trust my health with a greedy honorless doctor. PS- they have a very slow receptionist who “accidentally” charged me twice for a test. Overall, a harrowing and a terrible experience. Yes the place is clean, but nothing compared to a cheating doctor. No thanks. Will never trust this doctor again with my life and my health.

Same response as of typical Doctors. Have pain killers for relief or go for surgery(3 lacs). Medicines are provided there only and 10 mins therapy cost 300 bucks.

I have been to several ortho centre for my knee injury while playing soccer but the experience got from this clinic was Audicious.Especially the hospitality and Mr Dr.Mani Venugopal has been marinated into this profession and the way he diagnoses the injuries was exceptional . Moreover for the patients positivism is elevated more during the course of the treatment which helps the injures to heal faster.Thanks ! Mr . DR.Mani Venugopal.
