Sister Amala was nice, polite and she was patient enough to answer my quires at the time of my visit for Health Checkup Package & Vaccination dose. I would recommend this centre for health checkup.

I went for my COVID vaccination. The staff is helpful and the premises is kept clean. Post the vaccination there is a seating area designated for post vaccine observation which was very nice. Overall, it was a safe and hygienic experience

Been there with wife for vaccination. Starting from security guards to staff all are very humble. Person who gave Vaccine has too soft hand that I didnt even feel it. Paid 630/- per person.

The staff is very good specially sister Amala. She was really supportive during my mother’s blood transfusion. She ensued we were comfortable and felt supportive. The hospital is clean and maintains covid norms.

Vaccination experience: The centre was quite well managed. It is a small place, so there will not be a large waiting area, staff is polite and professional. People who were just accompanying are not allowed inside to avoid overcrowding.The process is simple, fill a declaration form, verify the online registration and then billing to proceed with the vaccination.The billing process was little slower for some clients, not sure why. The verification was quick for me and then 5-10 mins wait for the vaccine. It took 40 mins overall at the centre. Received certificate, same day evening.There is a valet parking available which was also helpful.

Got vaccinated here today. Their process is extremely smooth and no one have to wait. I see everyone doing their respective jobs perfectly. Chairs, sofa, tables are sanitized in every 15-30 minutes. Nice management.

Im here at the hospital for vaccination today for 2 dose my slot 11 to 12... still waiting not done anything yet... inefficient staff is lazy and making us wait for hours together just to give one shot of the vaccine very irresponsible dont take appointments if you cannot fulfill them. We are a working and leaving our work to wait, then whats the point of booking slot. 20 people waiting is definitely not following covid protocols.

Very well maintained and clean place. Went to get vaccination and it was a very smooth process. People are dealt with nicely and the staff was also good. There was even valet parking service

I got my vaccination on 31st May & that was the day NH Medical Center started with this campaign. The entire process was well handled with all necessary precautions taken for social distancing norms & smooth administration of payment & vaccination. This takes less than an hour. Get vaccinated & help end this pandemic!!!

Dont go for vaccination here! Staff is lazy and make you wait for hours together just to give one shot of the vaccine( after paying 630) especially Ms. Sudha is very irresponsible made us wait unnecessarily for 2 hrs. Dont take appointments if you cannot fulfill them. Spoiling the image of Narayana Netheralya. Horrible service.

I got vaccinated on 16th June. The process was very smooth. My only concern was that they didnt open the syrenge from the packet and it was kept ready for injecting. We request them to open the syrenge and the medicine in front of the patient.

Vaccination experience: My mother booked her second dose (covishield) appointment to Narayana medical center, Langford road on 15th June. The receptionist asked for her adhaar card and entered details into the system. It hardly took 15 minutes for the entire process. After this, they asked her to leave immediately. It has been 5 days now and there is no message of her being Vaccinated and the portal displays that the second dose is pending. We called up the center multiple times and they were not at all helpful. They asked us to report to the center to make the correction. Though it was inconvenient, we went to the center and they provided a copy of final certificate. After going through it had incorrect age and incorrect reference id. They committed an error on the system and they blamed us on providing incorrect details during registration. The center advised us to go to BBMP office. To reconfirm, We called the cowin helpline and they said it should be corrected by vaccination center and not my BBMP. Due to the careless attitude of Vaccination centers staff, now, we dont have a proof of the Vaccination taken. Very poorly managed with zero support.

Today i have been their for 1st dose of vaccination and it was quite easy for me not much time thank you its been a long i hv traveled due to lockdown after a long time cm out for vaccination have a good day

Dont book video consultation with them because their website is week and your money will be gone for ever. Even i have lost it and i have not got the refund yet

The registration staff has no idea about the schedule of the doctors. I called and xonfircon and reached the hospital and I was made to wait for registration and all the while I had no idea and so did the registration that the doctor left as per his normal schedule. Given the fact that there is only one specialist for a specialty on a given day I wish the staff is better aware and conscious!

Very cordial staff and helpful to nee person. I came here on 20th Nov for review checkup with Dr Sanjay Mehrotra.Dr Mehrotra is really wonderful person. He makes the patient feel at home and he is really touched by sngel. Gid bless Dr Sanjay Mehrotra.Let me conclude that this centre is a model for others.

Recently i visited for master health check up... To my surprise one of the report reading was way too bad... I consulted the doctors in d hospital... Later i re checked with two other hospital, and i found out that narayana Hrudayalaya gave wrong readings... Veey upset with this...

The call centre is pretty bad. They keep you on hold and then end up telling you that the department is not picking up the call. They asked me to call back after 15 min saying hopefully the department will answer the call then.

Me and my wife patient of Dr Murali mohan From 7 years.the way he communicate with the patient is awesome.and recently I visited this Branch.all staffs are very friendly. and one girl was sitting in front office.i think her name is Geetaa or shweta im not sure.me and wife was observing. Very polite and very friendly.after seeing her.we remembered our daughter.We lost our daughter last year.god bless you.service is good
