I am visiting Dr Mercy from 2011 onwards for my ear related issues. She is very good and give at most attention to each one. The treatment and services are really good.

Suffered a severe throat infection and ulcer where I almost lost my voice for a week in spite of taking treatment in a known hospital. Unable to bear the pain and discomfort anymore I consulted Dr.Mercy who diagnosed the problem and helped me recover completely. Her medication was very effective.In a world today where it is difficult to get genuine doctors, my experience says Dr.Mercy Sabu is patient, understanding and a reliable doctor.

Be careful.. please check the prices before consulting..it is ridiculous to charge Rs1200 just to clear the wax in your ears and they justify it by showing price list that says foreign body removal from ear is Rs1200. Doesnt this doctor know that ear wax is not foreign body...

The doctor explained my condition and took out the calcium deposit in my throat. She advised me on the steps I can take to prevent it from reoccurring. Good experience.

My daughter has hard wax in her ears. Since I know what needs to be done before getting the wax removed I used her medication for a week and brought her here just to get her wax flushed (she used 60ml of water warm water!) For that she charged RS 1200/- extremely over priced and hygiene wise the place is zero... I could literally see black things on stuff.. never coming here again.

I visited clinic and shown to doctor Malathi Ramesh, she is a lovely darling and had patience to listen all my problems and gave proper information, treatment for me issue.I suggest people to visit for general fever,cough,cold,infections,painsConsulting charge is 350Rs but I felt she is more interested about patients health and concerns rather than money :)Madam please continue good services may good bless you :)

I am satisfied 99.999999% the way i have been handled with feeling so good.She is a doctor, we must tried having ENT requirements since she is a one with her professional,rich experience doctor in Bangalore. I have been treated by her with her much experienced team like Miss. Shanthala M N up to my expectations at St. Marthas hospital for ear surgery which is much critical one but proved to be very safe the way , doctor handled it & as per primary check up in her ENT clinic at HSR layout. What i like about her is, she listening to patient even if we speak more which usually doctors do not like , i completely owe her for my recovery which she planned so quickly. Many thanks to her & must visit doctor in Bangalore.

Very good service. I have approached Dr.Mercy many a times for myself and for few of my hostel friends. She was available for our service with kind and care which was a great help and relief for us staying away from home. Her treatment gave complete recovery for us.

Dr. Malathi Ramesh is one of the best doctors I have been to so far. Have been here a couple of times for general health concerns like fever, cold n cough etc. She has a very calm and polite approach and listens to all ur concerns. Doesn’t give unnecessary tests. Her friendly nature is much appreciated.

ENT doctor was awesome. She did not prescribed me strong drugs rather cleaned my ears fungal infection and thats too without pain.

Doctor is very knowledgable. Cured my throat pain in 2 days.

The other doctor in absence of Dr. Mercy... i think malathi, precribed me a drug which almost gave me a worst experience. Whole night i couldnt sleep. The drug was so much acidic and to neutralize that she gave one more tablet. Literally converted my tummy into a chemical lab !! And worst thing is it was misdiagnosed treatment. And the following day when i went she still gives me some prescription and charged me 200...

Took a huge amount of fee. Doctors should be much friendly and should explain the details about the problems patient is facing themselves. Dont know why I went there.
