0 star.I saw one small cockroach running over the counter and told the subway maker & counter guy. There were too chill to do anything, by that time the cockroach ran back into hiding.

Purchased subway burgers and two water bottle today. They gave us expired drinking water bottles. The bottles got expired two months before only. Registered a complaint and given to the Phoenix market city manager. Worst experience ever!! Now I am going to give a complaint in BBMP office

Sub doesnt taste good. They dont maintain hygiene. They simply serve the sub to your hand. You have to explicitly ask to serve the sub in a tray and paper in it.. repeating a paper in it. Otherwise they simply serve in a tray(we never know when it was cleaned)..Staff is also very rude in giving answers.. I have asked them to apply a coupon that I have got from BookMyShow for which they said no.. not even ready to apply check.. last but not least, they are not even giving the bill/invoice. Even that also you have to ask explicitly. Upon asking I have got written bill and they excuse they have made is that the printer is not working which I dont see any where.. overall my experience is very very bad..!!

Usually come here for a quick bite as not much waiting, great selection of breads, stuffings, sauces to choose from. Quick service too. Also few beverages available to go along with your subway sandwich. Prices are pretty steep₹₹₹ for a sandwich.

Service is slow here. Subs are good but the amount of toppings added are very less. Only sub of the day is worth money and other are bit costly. Non veg subs are avoidable as they add very little meat. Billing representative forces to buy drink along with sub

Subway is situated inside food court of Phoenix mall. The subway is like any other subway in India office. I dont think there was anything special about the place. That is why 3 stars only. There was no queue system followed here , so that was a downer from me. I dont think manager here works anytime. He has not done anything to improve customer experience.

Usually Subway outlets are good and I generally prefer Subway over McD or KFC. But, this particular outlet surely let me down in terms of service/managing customers yesterday. First of all, there was no queue...people were just jumping from here and there to order. Secondly, the OVEN was OUT OF ORDER. So, one member from the staff conveniently told us that it was not working and he couldnt do anything about it! We could have our bread JUST LIKE THAT!! X( Never going to visit this again!

The staff I met had momentarily forgotten how to smile. And they didnt wrap the sub in the soft paper and outer paper but only the outer paper with the Subway lettering. Despite the unfriendly staffs best efforts to ruin my Subway experience, the sub tasted good though, thanks to the usual SOPs followed by Subway.

No sub of the day. Hows that for a subway. Stale and soggy bread, definitely not even close to the best subway outlet. Not recommended.
