I personally had a good experience during Laser. They have one of the best machines in the market at a reasonable rate. Their technician Jency is experienced and knows what she is doing. And I could see results after 5 sessions. Deepa is also very helpful whenever you have an issue. I would absolutely recommend it, but you should know about your skin type first. Take patch tests and verify if laser is a good option for you. For different skin types, laser give different results. Go to a dermat if required. Vlcc guys can do a good job but you should be confident that your skin type is suitable for laser

Am really unhappy with VLCC.. I bought the laser reduction service in Oct last year but have been able to complete only 3 sessions so far. Most of the times the machine is not working or the appointments get cancelled last moment. The machine gave me burns also. Grievances dont get resolved on time. I would like to request for a refund after so many grievances.

Worst experience ever.. want to share my bad experience. I had been for laser hair removal treatment for body and this is what they have done to my hand( pics attached).. Fully burnt and damaged. Dont ever go to VLCC for any services and no result at all.. no trained staffs, worst management, no curtisey after doing this.. they are not even repaying my money back(paid 118000).. I have filled a case against them.. Jency (laser staff) shes the one who did this.. Yashoda ( face peel staff) she also burnt my neck . Manager Deepa she doesnt bother for anything.. staffs take things so lightly. No humanity, no guilty feeling nothing. Planning to file FIR against them soon.. Be careful ppl.. Have never seen such worst services . My mental health is damaged, my skin is damaged and my MONEY is wasted.. Im still paying EMI to bank though Im not taking any services after this incident.I need my money at any cost.. u guys will repend for all this..

Worst customer service. The desk people and staff dont know how to talk with customer. Behviour was like giving service for free. No politeness or hospitality. No covid precautions at all. Not hygenic and unclean. Dont have rate card as well to discuss. Totally ruining the name of VLCC. Overall 0 star.

The parlour was completely empty but asked for next day appointment but when insisted got an appointment for the evening. Asked for a fruit facial but got a de-tan facial. I don’t have any tanning or patches in my face but the lady was trying to convince me that I have tanning! Had booked the appointment for waxing aswell but after facial the lady says waxing is not possible. Very unprofessional people!

I had been planning to do a Lazer hair reduction treatment for a very long time. I was doing my research on which clinic provided painless treatments, had good machines and value and for money.My friend recommended VLCC and I went to their JP nagar branch and met with Jincy. She gave me a good package and even gave me a trial underarms session so I know how it feels. I was very content and started my treatment the very next day itself with Jincy.The process was painless(very minor sensation in some areas where growth is thick) and my skin feels very smooth. Looking forward to my upcoming Lazer sessions with Jincy :)

Below average customer service and cleanliness. Stuck with a laser package here, they are keen and staff/ machine fully available before you opt in and make the payment. Its a completely different story after that. Either staff is not available, or machine is at a different center, or its fully booked. Appointment timing has not been kept even a single time, a frustrating experience. Poor lighting, unprofessional staff, inexperienced person doing laser - you name it! And never heard an apology. Avoid!

Worst ever! Charged us ₹1500 for a ₹500 service by lying and numerous complains no action taken by authority. When we asked for the bill, they simply said it will be messaged to us but it wasnt.

There were few issue like power cut, gyser for hair wash(waited long for hot water) and wasnt expecting just OK service from VLCC. The people were friendly but need everything hassle free. Also, on call with taxes I was told 399 but while paying I was told to make Rs 413 with taxes, money is not the concern but you should be with one word. Hoping to get everything best in next visit.

I had a complaint that vlcc is cheating customers giving fake treatment that doesnt work and taking money for doing nothing if they cant treat u well money should be refunded to customers.We need u to either treat it properly otherwise refund us this is not correct to cheat people.

I went for the facial skin treatment, they said they will use best quality face creams for massage .I have good clear skin.After the facial. I lost charm on my face. They didnt do properly.Neither i got glow on my face .I am very Unhappy with this.Spent so much money on this special facial treatment.I could feel more white heads after the facial. skin has become very rough.Very much Disappointment.

Horrible experience, such a poor management vlcc have or probably its specially for nearbuy coupon holders. Inspite to booking the prior appointment for all the services attendant just wrote for facial. Receptionist were telling to come tomorrow which was not possible for me. Even person was telling different thing, ultimately they did services but in jiffy and ofcourse no quality.. Local parlour would have given me better experience. All the nailpolishes were dry, we spent half an hour in just checking that. Ultimately she applied just the base. Never going to try vlcc again. It was first and last experience for me.

Shridhar is the best hairstylist. I have been to his Salon from past 10 years.
