They will prescribe more medicine than required.I think, they have tie up between medicine shop near to clinic. So just rethink before buying medicines.

They have no clue of the packages or services offered. They made a mistake in the test I had asked for inspire of selecting their preconfigured Health package. Over and above they lied and asked me to come back and pay more for the same test which was already listed in their package. Very unprofessional and unreliable.

Such a pathetic place to go to when you are sick. Been down with fever and went to this place, waited for doctor for more than 2 hours, even the staff didnt know whether she will come or not. Later I had to go to different hospital and stand in the other queue again. Dont take risk on your health, and waste your time. I recommend not to visit such clinics where the doctors and staff are not responsible.

Such a pathetic place to get yourself checked. Earlier it was all fine. The staff there is rude to you god knows why. I went there for fever check up. They didn’t even bother to do the primary check up like BP check, pulse check, age, weight nothing they directly sent me to the doctor’s room and guess what even she was not interested to check me up. Mrs. Arundhati just wrote my first name on a small piece of paper and listened to me for about 10sec and wrote just two medicines. That’s it. And for this they charge 300 which you can go and take from any drug store. If there’s a second visit I don’t how they gonna remember what was the problem I had visited that place.

I have gone to Vitalife for 4-6 times for blood tests. Their system is very systematic. Environment is clean and hygienic. Lab attendants are courteous and take proper measures and car for sample collection. They send the reports through email. Little costly than other nearby labs. Overall experience is great.

Have visited the clinic a few times over the last four years. The CMO incorrectly diagnosed my fathers cholesterol issue as Dengue and gave him precautionary medication for it. Went there for a simple stitches removal recently, the nurse pulled the first one out without cutting it first and opened the wound. Tried the same thing with the second stitch until I insisted on cutting the stitch first before removal. Went to the dermatologist for a skin issue as well earlier, she misdiagnosed and prescribed a very expensive useless cream. Absolutely terrible and incompetent doctors and staff. Avoid even if it is a life and death situation.

Doctors are good but the staffs at the reception are not good. I went with my kid and wife. We reached on time then also I waited long for the consultation and the staff at receptions were talked very rudely. Earlier the consultation process and the staffs were good.

DO NOT GO HERE. They just check your BP which you can do in any of the android or iOS application, No diagnosis. For general Consultation its 300 in which they just see your toung with a torchlight and give the prescription worth of 200 again. So if you have that extra 500 in your pocket to pour them to these unprofessional people you may go and help them grow in their business. I went for Diagnoso for the reason behind loss of smell and taste which ended up as Mouth Ulcer. But the doctor didnt even know mouth ulcer wont long for one month??? I feel very sad about Indian Healthcare System and just Imagine poor Peoples Health Nowadays. One day will come where the poor people will keep on dying because of their inability to pay the hospital Bills.

Booked an appointment and reached the Clinic 15 mins before the appointment. Receptionist is telling Doctor is not available today. They are telling we have called you thrice but your mobile is not reachable. But I dont even received any call from them. Negligence observed from the staff. Actually this is the third time I faced the problem in the same way.

Dont have trained nurses went for a small dressing thrice but got to know ythe have not done the same dressing what dr prescribed and even the antibiotics which dr prescribed was not enough for my infection got to know this when i consulted other dr in same hospital.they should have good dr and nurses.because of them i m taking antibiotics from 8 days..they will ask you to pay the consultation without realizing their fault of untrained staff.

Wow.Even though you visit the clinic for 3rd time, the bill will still show as FIRST VISIT and they charge Rs. 400.If you have an appointment at 2pm, you can see the doctor only at 3pm as the doctor will be stuck in traffic trying to come to the clinic.These guys dont have any permanent doctors with them. They just make money by calling doctors from other hospitals and hence your waiting time is minimum 40mins.No place to sit as well. Very few chairs and if they are full you just have to stand and wait for the doctor.One advice I would like to give everyone, ofcourse, free of cost. Go and meet the doctors in any hospital that they visit. Just do not waste your time and money on this useless clinic. There are tons of places in little more distance. Invest time and go visit them.I wanted to give 0 rating.but there is no option. They dont even deserve 1 star. The receptionist doesnt even have basic courtesy to talk to the patients!! Pathetic!! They dont deserve any patient visiting them.

Worst ever clinic I have been to. The nurse , doctor , receptionist everyone were rude. They made to wait for 45 mins for a printed bill. Don’t visit the clinic, go somewhere else, they’ll make your pressure high.!

If you want to have a budget friendly hospital in and around Brookfield, KUNDANHALLI colony for a pediatrician check (fever, cold, bp etc) u can go here. Doctor is good they wont ask you to take unnecessary tests. Since its budget friendly u should not also expect 100% user friendly receptionist. Consultant fee for a normal pediatrician (fever, cold etc) is Rs. 250. You have also have a pharmacy in the hospital permises Two wheeler parking is available (max 10 vehicle at a time ). Four wheeler parking is little hard u can park on the left side Lane parallel to the hospital building.

Pathetic. Had visited on 29/05 and was supposed to have a free follow-up with orthopaedician within a week.they didnt arrange it and started arguing which is very lame. Neither the treatment worked nor their behaviour with customers is acceptable...decided never to visit such a irresponsible money minded clinic.

I really had awesome experience to visit.I went 2 time with different issues.1). alopecia :- I had one spot on my head and I visited other hospitals and doctor but nothing happened then I visited Dr.vignesh by friend recommendation and I couldnt believe he treated so well that with his prescription I got my hair back less than a month. I barely spent 1500 RS around in medicine directed by him.2).Acne:- after a month when my hair came back I visited the doctor for my Acne issue, I was facing skin breakout since approx 2 years.It was too itchy and painful.when old pimple get dry other new comes out ,they were literally creating dark spot whenever they leave out of my face.I visited so many doctors used 100 of products but it got worse.I know he gained my trust and was sure to take this chance for treatment and guess what, in 2 week my Acne and breakout gone 90%.I did nothing but used his prescriptions which was nothing but 1 face wash,1 mostureriser,1 sunscreen lotion,1 gel to apply on Acne and anti allergic pills for a month.I had oily Wheaties skin and as I was having these breakout through hormonal changes.I must say Dr.Vignesh is one of the best skin specialist we have in Bangalore.I barely review anything but this got be aknowledge to everyone.

Doctor gave me medicine which reacted on me, I had rashes over my full body. When I spoke to docter again about this they said it is not reaction but referred me to demetologist.
