This hospital was referred by a doctor friend. We had an ENT appointment and were referred here. The registration process is very simple and then you are directed to the concerned department by the front desk.At the ENT we were scheduled to meet Dr Deepak Haldipur. He is one of the very few surgeons in the country with an extensive experience.Since we were referred the most notable attribute that amazed me is the humane approach to the patient and the ability to treat with a smile.It’s becoming rare to see such doctors.

As the name itself suggests, a trustworthy hospital, with almost all necessary facilities under one roof, in the heart of the city :-)I had come here for my mothers vocal chord surgery, and was very well treated by Deepak sir(Dr. Deepak Haldipur), really a calm and caring person, with such a down-to-earth conversation style. Even the duty doctors and support staff are friendly and helpful.Just that they need to be a little more proactive in settling cashless claims, instead of acting on it when one follows up personally. I had to wait half a day unnecessarily, though I already had a pre-approval of the cashless claim from my insurance company.Otherwise very neat and organized hospital to approach for a reliable medical care.

I got myself treated at this hospital. The staff is really good and helping . And the doctors were a wonder too, the positivity and motivation given by them really gave me hope and brought me up. The hospital’s best feature is that they had all the supplies available 24/7 .

Felt very promising. My dad got admitted here when he was requiring a high flow oxygen support of about 15 lit/min. and 72% of his lungs were infected. He was in need of intensive care. The doctors never gave a chance and were super caring. He was shifted to normal ward within days from the date of admission. consecutively my mom too had a severe lung infection and was in intensive care under Dr. Shalini. My parents are really doing well now and Id like to thank Dr. Shivalingaswamy Salimath.

I dont think this place deserves any stars. Have had a nightmare of an experience in this hospital trying to get ENT consultation and treatment for my mother who from past few months needed Mucormycosis (Black Fungus) treatment. The team led by Dr. Deepak Huldipur, Dr Rohit Gaikwad endangered my mothers life with thier carelessness and disorganised treatment.My mother was made to go through unnecessary pain for months without properly diagnosing that she was suffering from Mucormycosis. We have been dedicatedly going to them from May 12th with complaints of headache, face swelling and tooth ache. My mother was operated with FESS, hospitalized for few days and discharged and was told she will be alright. All while the fungus was growing and infected my mothers upper teeth, jaw and palate. The experience during hospitalization was a different story, doctors visit patients once in a day no matter the complains and pains the patients are going through. My mother was discharged even she complained of pains still existing all over her face. After a months follow-up and multiple MRIs, one day they decide to tell us that my mother needs Maxillectomy to remove her upper teeth and palate since its now infected with fungus. We were devastated.We decided to take a second opinion from different doctor and hospital at this stage and then realised the severity of my mothers infection from the new doctor who started her Mucormycosis treatment, although her upper palate and teeth could not be saved she is with no pains now showing good signs of recovery.Stay away from this hospital for your own good.

This hospital and doctors took away my dad.Doctors here are over confident,they asked to admit my father for a surgery and they would discharge him very next day but he did not return back home. Stop giving false hopes for a needy to fill your pockets.My dad looked all ok except for his surgery need to remove fungus while entering operation theatre but while coming out we saw him with ventilator for which we still do not have a reason. The main doctor who gave us hope did not even talk to us after something going wrong during operation.Please its humble request to everyone stop going to such Money Minters.We have paid 4 lakhs for 3 days of admission here and have my father went away from us.

To be honest, its not a hospital where they give care. Its all about money here. Heres why.1. After operation, not 1 doctor came and checked the patient.2. The nursing staff are so ignorant that they take time even when the drips are blocked and we are calling them continuously. And our ward was right infront of them.3. House keeping came late to help the staff to visit the washroom. By then, we had to ourselves take the patient to wash room.4. The nursing counter is chaos. They keep shouting. Our ward was opposite to their ward and patient didnt get a minute of sleep.5. Doctor didnt meet us before and after the operation. We had no idea what was going on, what is happening and what is going to happen.6. Gross over billing. For a simple nose reduction my bill was nearly 74,000. It was a 20 to 30 minute surgery. Remember, we got no care from them for the amount paid. Although insurance covers me, its because of these sharks that our health insurance premiums are going up day by day.I will be reporting this hospital for the health department.

As it was the first day of vaccination here, they were facing issues with the portal and authentication process; but really have to appreciate the people at the reception the way they were handling.

There isnt any proper authority to give a response, they dont answer your calls either.The ICU Doctors did not give a proper response nor the staff did.The Treatment given to her was very bad and only false hopes were given to the family.Life does not matter to them, its only money that matters.

I would not recommend anyone to ever visit here.At the time of admission, My Grandmothers Oxygen level was below 50 and dropping continously, instead of providing emergency treatment, the staff traumatised us to pay first only then bed would be allotted.My father requested them to start the treatment and we would complete the payment until then, but for them money matters than life.No doctor bothered to come over and have a check on her. She was running out of oxygen in the Ambulance but they were least bothered.Without conducting a Covid test, they admitted her to the Covid ICU. She was an Asthma Patient and without evaluating her case history they just said its Covid.A Doctor must be Humble and Give proper report about their loved ones instead the ICU Dr Shalini, she just doesnt care about the patient or the family. Very Rude doctor. She was least interested in giving any health updates about the patient.A Doctor is considered as a Life Saver but if the doctor is like her, nobody would ever get treatment done from such a doctor.We admitted her to this Hospital with Lots of Hope, But it all Shattered.For you she was just another Patient, But think from the Familiys Perspective.Her reports are not yet given to us, after causing all the suffering, they still want us to run after them.At the time of admission she had Gold Jewellery on herself, when they were given to Us, it was cut down into pieces. How was that done and why was it done?At once we were told shes doing a lot better than the time of admission and within minutes they put her on ventilator.The Moment we saw her on the small screen, we could see the pain she was going through on that ventilator, and the words of the doctors were totally opposite to what we could see.During Billing their job is to just extend the amount, we were charged for 200 pairs of gloves for a day, 50 syringes for a day and a lot more.Dont get your loved ones treated here, no proper care would be taken, they will only cause them more pain because Money comes first and Life does not matter to them.Trustwell has lost all the trust. Would never visit again ever.

Other hospitals recommended him to get admitted into ICU for nearly 10 days but at Trustwell they assured us nothing of that was needed and we felt they were more service oriented. The doctors here have taken tremendous risks and care towards their patients. The institution might be new but the doctors and all the support staffs here have years of experience.Anyone could trust this institution as their aim is to provide atmost care and treatment. House keeping team does not care for meeting basic needs of even a bottled water at patients side! Need to improve a lot on enhancing patient experience. That hospital on JC road is approachable easily. There are about 25+ car parking facilities in the hospital.We came here for COVID-19 vaccination and we were guided well and helped at every step. The registration and the counters were done cleanly.

I would like to sue this hospital, they are terrible at handling patients, my father was admitted here, he was a covid negative patient with history of diabetics and had pneumonia, without even evaluating his case history, he was put into a covid positive ward and treated with steriods. 3 days later, after admission he was asked for a covid positive report seriously after 3 days you ask for a report.... Then they suddenly with a rude intervension from a doctor asked him to leave the hospital (5 days later).. He had symptoms of black fungus in this hospital which they cared less to check.. If he was diagonised earlier he would not have been here and today he is fighting for his life (from black fungus).. All thanks to you.... Shame on you people, you have no respect for life... I would not recommend this hospital to anyone who wants to save a family member... For everyone else who would like to put their Trust in a Well please go here...

Given for an RTPCR Test kn 21st of april. At the reception counter they told ot will be given in 24 hrs hence paid cash and went to their lab. There they told the results will take at least 36 to 48 hrs. Understanding the spike in cases waited for these many days . Today its 25th and its more than 72 hrs and i have not received my result. Receptiin ppl and lab ppl are totally irresponsible. Not liftin the call nor givig a proper reply

He made no mistake, except coming to TRUSTwell Hospital. I have scrutinized the situation very closely in connection with the family. It is a clear case of wilfull negligence. The hospital reputes itself over their staff, the very staff that took away the life of an optimistic man with the sheer will to live- maybe for a few more decades! One such horrific instance comes to mind when they got the wrong nerve poked and injected MORE THAN ONCE! Mr Vora was in trembling pain, but still had hope. The hopsitals top doctors told the patients sons that their fathers case was a goner, that he WIIL not survive, so that is why they did not bother to conduct regular checkups as well. The hospital must not and SHOULD not be let go scott free. What has conspired here, must not happen to another patient. From delaying the onset of Corona medication, delaying shifting to the ICU, delaying food and attention on time to ultimately hurting the patient with negligence and pessimism, this hospital must either change management or shut down, WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT. SHAMEFUL.If they were more careful, the man who saw to the welfare of his community and relatives would be here with us today, making the world a better place. I am writing you this letter to complain about the unsatisfactory service rendered to my father, Mr. Bharat Vora, who was received as a patient at Trustwell Hospital Bengaluru.1.CT scan, which was requisite for patient, was done a week later under our insistence.2.On occasions when my father felt uneasy and breathless, there was no one even to pay the slightest attend to his needs, so he resorted to messaging us to convey the same. We had to go through 4-5 individuals (from reception to ICU) before the concerned duty doctor was notified. Some calls were even unanswered during an emergency.3.Being a COVID hospital, they failed to keep stock of essential COVID specific medication, such as Remdesivir, Nintedanib, which we were told to arrange which further delayed the treatment.4.Due to excessive pricking of injections and poor maintenance of cannula, the doctors couldn’t find any secondary veins and had to rely on primary veins. Directly omitting the guidance of ultrasound, the doctors inflicted avoidable pain further worsening my father’s condition. This critical lapse dealt a heavy blow to his will power and shattered his confidence to live.5.We observed undue coercion from Dr. Shivalingaswami (Pulmonologist) to shift my father to another hospital in spite of knowing the criticality and dangers of this process. The same advice was vehemently discouraged from Dr. Satish KS, Vikram hospital (Pulmonologist), and other reputed and well-known doctors. Post being tested COVID negative, the coercion increased under the reasoning of the patient using excessive oxygen.6.Basic sanitation care, such as diaper changing, due to being bedridden, was delayed by 2-3hrs post motion on a daily basis, which led to other hygiene issues and diseases as well as constant discomfort.

My FIL underwent a carotid stenosis Surgery. Dr H V Madhusudan , Dr Praveen and Neurosciences team were very transparent and professional in handling each and everything. I wish Dr H V Madhusudan and Trustwell support staff to accomplish more success in future. This hospital is new and maintained well and also developing the hospital infra . This is one of the excellent healthcare provider I have seen in Bangalore.Thank You Dr Madhusudan and team !!!Cashless insurance facility is not yet there but will be coming in near future.ThanksGuruprasad N

Quick and easy COVID vacvination exp for senior citizens.Unfortunately, the experience for second dose of COVID vaccination was bad. We have confirmation of appointment for today through CoWin site with SMS confirmation also. Upon reaching hospital with 2 Sr Citizens , hospital says online appointment may give confirmation, but there is no service in hospital on Sunday . Request hospital authorities to cancel appointment availability on CoWin site for Sundays , so that Sr Citizens dont get fooled ...It is a basic expectation that an appoinrnent confirmed through co Win site and with SMS is honoured. Honouring a commitment is a fundamental value. With this experience, I do not TRUST this hospital WELL any more
