Service is good in this hospital and they admit covid patient too. For scanning they ask us to come only when Doctor comes like hourly basis. Their discharge process is not so good and should improve in this process. I heard that they charge extra at the time of discharge with many hidden charges. It is located near yelachenahalli metro station and located at main road. Ambulance facility also available. For emergency near by people can visit to this hospital

I am still admitted in the hospital for covid treatment and with anguish writing this review. The treatment is ok here, but when it comes for discharging they show their real intention and to somehow make that extra buck. The doctor had given a go ahead to discharge me in the morning itself , but to make that extra one day of stay they are intentionally delaying everything.Really very disheartening.The choice is yours.

Ive been to this hospital many times since many years and the experience has always been bad. The worst experience was my dads death. I rushed my dad to this hospital (because its the nearest) after he had passed out. He was still breathing in the car but they declared him dead on arrival. They took no effort in resuscitating him even when we begged them. Instead, they were more interested in making side money from an Ambulance service to the mortuary. The main doc didnt even get up from his inner cabin to assess the situation. Sick!The docs and nurses here give you a disgusting look as though you are troubling them by visiting the hospital. They wont move a finger to save your life. So please avoid going here.

They prescribe too many medicines and the medical shop loots your money by not giving certain medicines but bill for them.. They killed a Dangue patient without proper treatment for amount, patient is price money offer for this hospital. Zombies of money and wrong turn. Requested to give papaya leaf juice for treatment inside ICU patient but, they doest allowed it, for 5 days they charged 5 lakhs. One body is equivalent to good income of this hospital. Calculation of this CEO and management of this fraud hospital. In 2012 we requested not to kept ventilator but this hospital kept without our permission in the name of emergency just to increase the cost bill designed ICU for overprice billing. This is the justice doing by health care group of Bangalore to such kind of fraud hospital read other patients comments/reviews below. Healthcare departments should train should know value of emotion of human and there value of a person in Family. This comes from a highly dissatisfied customer, who ahs been visiting the doctors of the hospital from its inception. the doctors are individually good but my experience today began with a call from home at 7 am to book for health checkup for a senior citizen lady. only after i was confirmed that the samples, the results and the doctor consultatation would happen by today, did i drive 8 km to the hostpital with my 70 year old mother. I finalised on diabetic package and added Hb1Ac ( surprisingly this was not part of the diabetic package). i was offered 20% discount on the list price for the senior citizen. i went back again for the post parandial samples and when i asked for billng( it was not done earlier as there were no staff), they refused to give me the so said 20% discount and also said all the doctor consultations would happen on monday only, as doctors are on vacation. this is something i had not expected and had actually made my decision based on the commitment that it will done today. but i was refused on it totally. i asked to connect me with the MD, i was told no one was available for the day. asked for a compliant book, they gave me a sairam letter head. surprisingly a hosptial with such a reputed hosptial is being managed so badly by the staff who do not know ABCs of courtesy and are not properly informed. my recommendation is if you want a good doctor and are ready to put up with the pains of mismanagement you are welcome to visit.
