Terrible experiences. Costs are high. Always causing trouble to the patients. Toilets too are in bad conditions. Most of the time the person drawing blood, doesnt do it correctly and I have ended up with blood clots! Unfortunately have visited many times just because of urgency. X-rays too are blurry. Service is absolutely pathetic. The only good thing is the parking spot for this center.Just posting this review now because of the recent incidences that my family has faced. Even though they are at fault, they are definitely not apologetic and instead show ego by giving absolutely insincere responses. I can say they are insincere because in person they are rude and unapologetic, whereas here, their replies are totally diplomatic.I will probably get a response from them that they have addressed the incident in previous reviews from different accounts (family members who are affected by treatment/torture given here), but that doesnt really matter to them because they respond just for the sake of it. Moreover they know we cant counter them by replying to their response. And its probably a good feature by Google on how to not spend your time wasting on people who just baselessly argue.In short, find a better diagnostic centre and save yourself from the service/torture given here.

Absolute rubbish! I went there for an ultrasound. I was very specific of the type of ultra sound I wanted and the type of view (I. E., Ultrasound of abdomen and pelvis focusing on kidney, urinary bladder view. ) even that they managed to mess up. I didnt just tell the person but I wrote it down and showed it. They then went on to enter the age and other details wrong. They didnt even let a person accompany me to the scan because I was not comfortable with the gent doctor. Very very disappointed in their service.What I requested in fact given in writing WAS NOT DONE. I had to get it redone. Please do not tell me it was done Sir / maam. Youre a service provider. Would really appreciate you valuing my experience. Ive nothing to benefit / gain from lying about things like this.

Its a good place for ultrasound only 1200 so its not less also and not more also its goodBut doctor consultant fees is quite high I think because they took 600 for consultancy and dont give proper solution they should say accurate for that only we are paying 600 so please make sure from future see patients correctly and give accurate solutions. And 1st floor receiptinist is very good and humble and 2nd floor receiptinist is also so good and humble overall everything is good but doctor consultancy fees is quite high according to the service which they are providing. So see the patients nicely or stop taking consultancy fees. U can visit for diagostics and can consult your personal doctor or u can visit any other specialist who can consult in a better way . And is it my problem that the request was not given to the respective dept?!2. She was checked only once and was asked to walk. Get your facts right! Secondly she had been waiting from 11:45 AM with full bladder and yet none of you bothered to inform that the lady doctor had left at 1 PM! You guys dont even have minimal courtesy or concern towards the health of the patient especially after knowing that she is a senior citizen.3. Ofcourse concern was raised after the lady doctor had left because we werent even informed that she had left.Dont give useless responses when you know that we cannot reply to your unethical and selfish reasoning.And there wont be a next time so dont bother for your good service as Im confident that you guys will remain as pathetic as you are now! Drove 15 kms and waited 2 hours with bladder full (for my old age mother) who is very particular about only lady doctors scanning. Even told the receptionist while waiting that we only want a lady doc for scanning.They made us wait promising lady doctor is there whole day and after 2.5 hrs of patiently waiting they told Male doctor will check.Wasted 3 hours driving and waiting. Had to go without scanning.I will never recommend this center to anyone again.NOTE: the receptionist will promise whatever they want and then eventually you will be forced to go through what is available.

I have been using this lab I think maybe for 10 years, and very frequently , for my entire family. The lab reports have been good and the radiology for how many ever times I have used it has been superlative. The front desk is always welcoming. Venugopal and senior lab technician Mr. Joseph have all been very helpful .

Went there for scan and blood tests, firstly they forced to do tvs scan instead of abdomen scan that i refused to do because of male doctor, secondly i asked the lab technician to do beta hcg and thyroid test, he said it will be done till 8:30pm or i ll send u the reports early morning, we asked the receptionist for the same but due to lack of hearing or whatever she gave us a bill of beta hcg only and today after repeated calls and mails, i got a report through mail at 11 am that only for beta hcg. Now we are asking her to take responsibility or to send one more report she is denying the calls. So how many times i ll give a 10 ml blood sample. And if the receptionist dont understand anything then better she ask everyone to write the whole thing. Pathetic service.Update- no self declaration form was given, no guidelines were provided and inspite of valid prescription the receptionist was unable to read one more test, and may be i am not a pathologist but i know very well the syringe quantity and the blood drawn. It would appreciated if you response this much active on phone and emails too like you are doing here.

The receptionists in the first floor Renuka and Radhika are a true gem! They are certainly an asset and when it comes to a medical professional Dr. Vivekananda the neurologist is the best.

Visit Date: 30th April, 11 am.It was full already and immediately asked for waiting period and was informed ~2 hours.Due to the current situation, requested them to call when our slot opens up.Paid and booked appointment time.Later when our slot came up, Mr. Hari called and we finished all tests within 30 mins and reports were ready in 3 hours.Would like to Thank Mr. Hari who co-ordinated really well over the phone and advised us the right time to visit for scans in order to avoid waiting at the centre.One thing I sincerely request the management is to consider and reduce the cost of test.

I came here for a scanning for my wife archana,I was very happy with the services and the Reception members where very kind to usEspecially ultrasound reception her name wasJennifer she was very kind and guided us in very good way in her help our test was done very fast overall the services was excellent and happy with the silverline diagnostics

I had three bad experiences with this place. The first one was a case of home sample collection for blood test where the technician was supposed to come in the morning around 7 am but he came at 9:30 after making several calls to the Centre and the technician.The second one was with EMG test where I had to wait for more than 2 hours because the technician was late.The most recent one is today. Ive called them and fixed appointment for nerve conduction study to be carried out at 8 AM. To confirm the timing, I called them at exact 8AM and I was told to come after 15 minutes. Right now the time is 10:15 and still the test is not done so I dont know if Ill ever consider coming to this place.

If there is a minus star I will vote for it.Very rude attitude staffs and behave worst than a govt. hospital staffs. Noticed the Nurse at scanning center shouting with the patients.There is no social distancing maintenance.Thier washroom was not maintained properly and very limited staffs to clean it. we couldnt find a staff to clean the dirty toilet and my wife vomited and fainted due to that.If you have a choice please do visit here. Your staffs need training on how to respond and acknowledge the patients. The receptionist in 1st floor is too busy on her personal calls.I went and stood near the reception, but she didnt even bother to look and continued her call.I said excuse me, she still didnt bother to look or respondI knocked on the glass, she looked at me and continued with her personal call.I loudly said Im asking you something, then she said one min mam and acknowledged.Worst behaviour. So irresponsible and least bothered about their duties.Similarly, 2 days on ago 2nd September the person who took blood sample for blood test was askimg too many personal questions. I understand that while taking blood u distract the patient so that we dont feel the pain.But even after he took the blood sample, he was asking where I was working, my salary, who is the person came with me!!!!!! I had to get my mom endoscopy this Tuesday and after taking the report to doctor he said it was not done rightly and asked us to redo the test.We then went to different doctor and even their we got the same review the test are done properly we will have to redo it .This was a total waste of our money and resources .So urge to anyone planning to go here think twice

I had visited silver line for my relatives thigh pain and wanted to meet orthopedian but the receptionist told and forced to meet dr Vivek neurologist and I am not at all satisified with his treatment Bcz first of all my patient had not have neurological problem it was the receptionist who decided my relatives fate

As I am seated in their socially distant waiting room. Receptionist is the most rude person Ive come across. There is a fine line between precaution and bad behaviour. As a Tamilian, I understand every slur they say slyly to their patients. Came here for an x-ray and they said that it is not available. I only saw this lady collecting money from patients and rudely making them sit for hours on end. Staff is poor. Receptionist NEEDS to be changed. I am making sure none of my family or friends ever visit Silver Line and I suggest you dont come here either. This place is not sanitized properly. This hospital needs to lose its license or change its medical staff ASAP. Very dissatisfied.

I had been for MRI scan, it in the GF of the complex. Need to say their service is hassle free. Receptionist guided as appropriately. Should mention MR Ronaldo from MRI is a gentleman helps us with the procedure in a very friendly manner. Report was sent as discussed and everything went per plan. Very nice exp overall.house keeping staff a old lady in the GF reception area maintains the area neat and clean.

If you dont want to be cheated , please dont go to this place. Worst place, and character of the workers are even worser. They will charge you extra and are very mean to customers. They are not good people..stay faaar away from them and dont trust them.

My wife had a doppler test scan yesterday, I took a ECG, service was good. Especially person who are sitting in the 2nd Floor and ground Floor reception staffs, They assisted us in getting our services fast.

I am quite thank full to Silver line entire team for giving me one of the best very prompt professional service for my request.In fact, I was having high fever so seeing present pendemic spread in city and considering my age of 70+, my doctor suggested to get COVID 19 Swab test. I have tried one reputed private diagnostic centre. Their technician came home to collect sample, but to my surprise the guy came with PPE kit in Zip pouch claiming its sealed new kit, than trying to convinced it is Autoclaved sanitized. We have sent him back, as we lost the confidence on lab professional practices. Then contacted Silverline Diagnostics, within 30 minutes as promised their professional technician came down with completely new sealed PPE kit as well as gloves & even test kit. It was really done with global quality standards given my high confidence. On top of that as sample was collected late evening so report got delayed because big que. Silverline executiv informed me the delay as well as convincing reasons. Even they once again informed the report over phone as well as sent the report. Great professional & reliable dependable service. Thanks to team Silverline.

I was thr yesterday, they had charged extra 50/- on the bill saying that Covid -19 misllanious charges. This is totally unethical, atleast they should have informed. If they are charging 50/- per customer, imagine how much they are making per day. Fully money minded people are here, be causious before going there.On average if 100 customers are there per day, they make 5000/-. Is that much worth really you are spending for on daily basis on sanitation purpose ? This is cheap mind on cheat customer!More over lab technicians are not professional, he took the blood samples two times because the first time he messed up it. Think twice before going hete.

Misguided to have multiple scan. 1st with MRI, and then blood test and then MRI contra test. Worst staff. They are still asking to conduct one more test. Also, they take the email address but they will never send you the reports. When you ask for the report, they will ask you to go through one more test.Better you die but dont go to this diagnostics.

Untrained staffs and rude behaviour of Doctors also one of the qualities of this Diagnostic Centre. Most shockingly lab technicians are not wearing gloves and masks during the blood tests. Their intention is only making money without considering the patients safety otherwise they could have wear atleast a masks during the Covid19 scenario. Have been coming here before ,this time lab technician collecting blood sample ,hasnt done a good job ,the right arm from where blood sample was drawn has a black scare , never experienced this before .Hope u have a skilled lab technician , will have second thoughts visiting or even referring any friends .

Went there for x-ray which cost Rs.350/- and they added Rs.50/- towards COVID -MISC. asked same with the cashier surprised to hear that the person taking x-ray wearing PPE ‘a cost is that so each bill will carry Rs.50/- towards it.It’s a day theft.I hope concerned management looks into this.I’ll not go there and I won’t recommend this place.

We went for MRI scan for my father.Front office staff completed billing formalities with in 15 minutes. Even though reffered doctor mentioned the symptoms Doctor re validated your issues and explained the procedure. The waiting time to do the Scan was 15 to 35 minutes that reasonable. This time we got the reports with in another 20 minutes. Another time it took 2 hours to get the reports. Doctor didnt said anything about the reports may be they dont want to make any comments on that,scanning Doctor they are professional.Place is maintained well, clean and calm environment.

I have charged Rs.7750 for MRI . I dont know whether price is nominal or what, but the service is gud. The only thing is we have wait more than two hours

Most unprofessional staff. For one report i have waited for almost 7 days where its suppose to get deliver within 3 days. Moreover lab staff people will say sir within 10-15 min will call you and provide details but its never happens. Last time experience was good but not this time. I will think before go again and refer to some one.

As far as I am concerned, I am making visits to this centre since almost two years. First I came for my husband and now self . I am extremely happy to recommend this centre for anyone who wants to make a diagnosis. Regarding the doctors also I have good opinon about all but in particular Dr . Vivekananda , neuro physician. First of all please add the address of Indira Nagar branch in Google.Giving 2 star because of sitting staff in reception, Indira Nagar branch.Went for dad MRI brain with diffusion, perfusion as doctor prescribed but the staff member/ billing person told me that this MRI have to do along with contrast which cost 3000 extra and also need to do kidney blood test for the same so excepted and done the billing for the same.Finally went to second floor for MRI after seeing the doctor prescription, the available doctor said for this MRI contrast is not required ( thanks to doctor) than I went to reception told the same thing and asked for refund. They said Will check and refund if applicable.So they checked and came back to me after sometime and asked me to please collect refund amount tommrow than I requested them as i stay in varthur it difficult to come from their to collect the amount but no use they was not ready to refund as they need to check with their backend team seems.post MRI done , they said the report will be sent thru email and you have to come the hard copy of report when its ready as per standard process.They have not sent the report thru email so i went to collect the report along with refund amount when i was on the way i called them to inform that i am coming to collect the report and refund the amount so please get both ready as i was getting late to meet doctor.When i reached than only reception staff started process for refund and report collection which again took arround 20 mins.

Horrible experience, gave wrong MRI report that showed multiple blocks in my liver ducts, which lead to wrong diagnosis by the doctor, when I retested in other diagnostic with better equipments it showed clean results.Doctors like mallikarjun sakpal (aster hospital) suggest this place for commission.but its best to avoid this place and such doctors.Replying to owners reply:Sir the doctor who suggested your diagnostic (mallikarjun sakpal)he himself was not satisfied with your reports and he made me redo all the MRI and blood tests in aster hospital again.Following is my visit id when MRI was done in your place. The visiting doctors are routinely late, at the latest visit, one of them was two hours late. The receptionist did not bother inform us of anything. The best was that the receptionists start chasing the patients to pay the consultation fees even before they have been consulted, because the desk closes at 9 pm. If you refuse, they start making faces and becoming rude.Extremely unprofessional space.

It opens at 9AM but doctors come only after 10 so don’t get fooled by the timing (you can just sit & wait for an hour). If you need female doctor then you need to wait extra 45 minutes which would around 11AM. So basically it opens at 11 not at 9 if you need female doctor!

I visited at 11 am & scanning was done after 2 hours. ...Technician was humble & good, very neat & clean..They wont charge during registration/entering details in records. ..You have to go 2nd floor. .. Do scanning & before they deliver reports. You have to go back to G floor and make payment. ...You will have good walk. ..Wait time is more bcz of weekend .Over all happy

Kindly DO NOT bill a customer if you do not know details of that test. Not only u billed , u also made me wait for over 45 min . When I was asking y the delay, I was given response 5 min , someone is cleaning , someone is coming etc etc. Finally it was told they NEED to confirm if that test is done in the centre. Very bad attitude n rude behaviour of doctors, shouting on patients and the attenders with the patient. Just because they have shortage of hands to handle patients.Espl In Ultrasound department.Haven’t seen this kind of attitude by doctors anywhere that too when a patient is in pain with swelling on legs and is on a wheelchair.The expectations from Doctor is, the Family member or friend accompanying the patient should handle the patient while doctor is performing the procedure.Just an eye opener for the management that,No one is indispensable in this world,Posting this after reading your response.Sorry to say, Radiologist never requested nor was told about the housekeeping staff being busy else where ( for an emergency) we also understand emergencies. Rather the way he Dr Anil spoke was very rude, asking us why have we come here. Also he was making no effort to assist the patient rather he was asking my wife to pull the patient on bed when she was writhing with pain.This is a cover up story / explanatory response.

REALLY PATHETIC!!! Please avoid going to this place. we went for the scan and we were told at 11:50 am that there are 6 patients and we have to wait. After waiting for 2 hours, when we asked, again they said there are 6 patients and she was telling the same number to all who were coming even after us. The reception became crowded and suffocated and after telling multiple times to staff they involved to turn on the AC. There was construction work going on the road and they kept only the window open.
