It does not feel like a typical medical centre... The place is airy and exudes a positive feel. Well-equipped, the centre offers a wide variety of regular and unique treatments. Staff is courteous and friendly. The centre is well-maintained. Road in front is narrow and very busy, so finding parking is difficult.

Good service. Extremely polite and caring doctor (physician) and very helpful non medical Staff (especially Mr joy and Ms Uma).Only one issue was with the nutritionist where the 15 min appointment felt like her sales pitch wherein she kept telling the benefits of her health plan instead of listening to my issue or guiding on my questions.

I highly recommend Dr. Pratik for all Physio related consultancy. I was struggling with my shoulder for 10 months post injury. Within a week of consulting him, he diagnosed the right areas where I had issues and his treatment has been to the point. I feel so much relief and confidence with my shoulder now.His approach to the treatment is so wholesome because he ensures we understand why a certain process or exercise is done and which part of the body is benefitted by it. 10/10 for his approach and advise.

Seeing the reviews wanted to take my mother,87 years old for trimming her toe nails...They said that no home service was available but the Dr would take it up after the consultation. Still I insisted to cross check if the service was available as it is an effort to take the aged person to the clinic. The receptionist after verifying confirmed the same...But today wen she was taken there ,she was told that they do only surgeries and not nail trimming....The Dr.prescribed some ointment for a consultation of 1000 rupees....for no service received....who is to be blamed now?...no respect for the age?...money is the only criterion? No moral binding and consciousness?...highly disappointing......please respect the agony and time of patients too apart from the money you collect!

Dr. Pratik Shriwastav is a very patient person who genuinely cares about his patients. Hes very understanding and listens to your concerns. He listens, asks the right questions, and is honest. Pathetic place.. I requested for Hepatitis B home vaccination for my father. After multiple connects, they finally said they can provide. Then they said we can provide only after 3 days. When i told them that was okay, they said.. we need to see if we can after three days. After some time, they said we need to check if the vaccine is available in the pharmacy, and then say they dont have. A basic vaccine and these guys say they dont have or give reasons - then why do the advertise that on the web and say that they can do it. Waste of peoples time. They are now only focused on COVID Vaccine since it generates more money for them.

8 months absolute inactivity post my wifes demise left me with a situation wherein I had no strength to get off the bed, stand without support or even walk. Dr. Pratik studied the problen and put me through a series of muscle strengthening exercises and in two weeks now I have regained more than 50% of my strength and confidence to be able to lead an almost normal life. Went in with wrist pain due to wrong posture and RSI using laptop. Prathek who is in physiotherapy department was quick to identify the issue and took time to explain the injury. Went through 5 sittings of therapy and exercise and almost cured. He also taught me regular exercises to follow and care to be taken. Environment was clean, sanitized and safe

The medical and treatment facilities are good. But the call centre takes its own time with no end in sight and website is not working now at this point in time.It would be appropriate if each of the centres are contactable on separate numbers rather than going through call centre. This is a requirement in case of emergencies. Technology should be put to right use and should not create inconvenience to people . Kindly look into this issue and pls do the needful. Thanks

The online consultation of this hospital is amazing. Dr. Jyotika was very helpful during my encounter with Covid. I reside in Dehradun but was lucky to have the guidance of Dr. Jyotika throughout my treatment. She helped me recover from my lung infection. She was diligent in taking my records and even now has been guiding me at every step. Even Dr. Uma had been a great help. I thank them truly for helping me out during my tough times.

I and my spouse visited this place a few days back for our 1st dose of Covid Vaccine.The place is very neat and the staff are polite, quite friendly and helpful. The place is quiet, comfortable and spacious......just loved it.As senior citizens we just walked in and registered at the front desk and was vaccinated with in 40 minutes. This place was not that crowded and the whole experience was just smooth. Thumbs Up !!!From my observation the process could be much faster from registration and verification with exclusive staff for - vaccine only, during peak time.

Worst vaccination center in Bangalore; Everyone from Cashier, receptionist, Verification officer to staff all are unprofessional; it feels like a corrupt govt office and less of a health center,They take your aadhar card number into their 3rd party billing system, click your pictures and Aadhar pictures for their own database, which is clearly not required for CoWin verification(physical verification enough, no need to submit ID copies or digital pictures).Theres only one doctor who administers both Covishield and Covaxin, theres high chances of getting wrong vaccine.Free Govt. vaccine centers are better than this RxDx Samanvay, Malleswaram.Kindly Avoid.Reply to your comment below:1. What is the necessary to force on only AADHAR proof when there are other identity documents.2. The process of conducting my RT-PCR test to all follow up tests was seamlessly done. Special thanks to nurse Kerson who was very kind and sensitive in ensuring I was fine when my blood was being collected for the tests. He ensured all safety standards were followed as well. They have pool on the terrace which they say has climate control but it has been cold always. Since its on the terrace, people swimming could get tanned. Pool is clean and so are the washrooms. Theres place for the parents to sit and watch their kids learn swimming. Trainers are from Nisha Millet swimming class and they do a good job. They have summer camps and regular coaching class here.They also have Sauna bath, Physician consultation, Physiotherapy, Gym, Yoga, sometimes they do have handwriting classes. You will have to become a member by paying a little money to avail all the services here. For summer camps not needed.

I would like to share my experience with RxDx. Unfortuantely I along with my family contracted Covid 19 on 13th May. We took online consultancy and Dr Jyotika and Sister Pratima was assigned to look after us. I must say both are extremely professional n calm while answering all queries. Twice we used to receive call from Sister Pratima where she used to enquire abt our health, food n symptoms. Only required medication was given for a week and we started recovering with right medication n food we are fully recovered.Thanks to them.

RxDx Samanvay : is the best place for covaxin doses, it’s very hygienic, properly maintained, very safe and very secure.Each and every credits goes to Dr. Joy. In simple words more than a doctor he his wonderful human being who understands the people problem and addresses it very quickly. I gave my covid test samples at their Malleswaram center on Saturday. There is no organization whatsoever. I stood in a line outside their clinic for 45 mins with 5 people before me for my turn. They use a mobile phone to register and that takes forever for 1 persons registration to complete. There is no social distancing rules. They told me I will get my report on Monday (today) morning. I am trying to call them to find out by what time I will get their report but no one ever answers the phone. I have called them 41 times.

I completely agree with below review. I have been trying to get my covid report from 2 days. Calls lands on IVR and end of story. Nobody bothers to answer.

I had been there yesterday to get covid vaccine with my aged mother. The service and helpline representatives are utter useless.. During tough times we need some clarity. When got slot and making us come to and saying no Vaccine. They dont answer questions properly. So unprofessional and rude.Edit -I am high risk patient. Yet I came like any other person as govt hasnt given a special day for kidney transplant receivers. I had called to find out if it is okay to. Come after getting a booking in Cowin. Outright staff said no vaccince is recieved. I took my chance and came. It was utter chaos. Everyone on the road no shade no water nothing. Disappointed. Only good was I got the vaccine with your misinformation.

I had taken Covid Video consultation - Home care package for both my parents aged 82 and 76 years and both of them have recovered well by Gods Grace. During the treatment the entire Samanvay team was extremely responsive and supportive. I thank the entire Samanvay team for the excellent treatment provided. In addition I would like to make special mention of Sister Uma, Asha and Dr. Jyotika Gupta. The treatment was very methodical, fully need based ( need diagnosed from clinical findings) - No unnecessary medication or tests etc. It was very thoughtful of Dr. Jyotika to understand the full medical history of my aged father who was having pre-existing sugar problems before commencing his treatment. Dr. Jyotika formulated my fathers treatment very shrewdly in such a way that the inflammation due to Covid, the clotting of blood and Blood sugar levels ( all of which were extremely high) were brought back to normalcy with minimal medication and without need for hospitalization.I could have written volumes here in praise, but nobody would read.Just ending my review here stating that I cannot thank enough Doctor Jyotika and her entire team for the excellent treatment provided.

I was tested positive on May 4th. I got to know about RxDx team and their extensive care for their patients and took up a 11 day course with their team. We booked appointment & it appeared they were nor allowing walk-ins today. But whole process is very slow, after checking Aadhaar at payment, 2 more verifications done. For the 1st one, done just behind the payment counter, most of the time just 1 person does the work, though 2/3 others dropped in selectively. The excuse was I do not have access. Finally a senior official appeared who expedited the process & sent us to 2nd floor. There, once again, another verification done, this time by the person giving the shot. So we had to wait till maybe 10 arms were readied. Then luckily the same senior official arrived who took over the verification & asked the shot giver to hurry up with the shots. The shot giver noted down our names & surprise surprise listed 11 people for each vial. Asked for certificate but wastold we will not give, you can download from site though CoWin site states vaccination centre will give certificate. Social distancing not followed except at payment desk where footmarks are marked on floor. At all other locations, plastic chairs placed close to each other.

Very professional level service provided. I was under the supervision of Dr. Jyotika Gupta and sister Prathima. I thank both of them for my fast recovery from Covid, especially sister Prathima for her regular daily followup and advice.

I have had a couple of experiences with this facility in April 2021. In early April, I had made an appointment to take my mother (age 70+) for her first Covid vaccine dose. We chose to go towards the end of the day hoping that there might be fewer people. There was a crowd of mostly young people on the steps leading up to the lobby, ostensibly trying to get a vaccine appointment for someone. Since we had an appointment, we proceeded past them. After some verification and payment, we were asked to proceed upstairs. The facility upstairs where the vaccine was administered was clean with chairs placed several feet apart. The nursing staff on duty were courteous and professional. After a second round of verification, my mother received her vaccine and we waited for a few minutes before departing. Overall, it was a good experience for us.On April 22, I went back hoping to get an RT PCR test that I would need for international travel. My travel date was not finalized. But I wanted to get the test done. Testing was being done in the basement of the building. There was significant crowding, especially from one of the local companies that had contracted to test many of its employees. While there was two separate lines, one for the mass testing of employees (Antigen test) and a separate one for RT-PCR test for the general public, the process was slow. It was clear that the staff was operating under stressful circumstances with the sheer number of people waiting to get tested. A previous reviewer had noted the slow registration process. One of their staff, Ms. Poornima was registering using mobile number and OTP verification method. I also interacted with Mr. Joy quite a bit over my two hours there. They were both courteous to a fault. I also spoke briefly with Dr. Jyotika Gupta during both my visits and got to see firsthand, the challenges her team was facing and their efforts to respond. Yes, they were overwhelmed with the volume of people waiting to get tested. But these are unprecedented times for all of us. We should all spare a thought to the Doctors, nurses, administrators and support staff at this facility (and many others) for their selfless service. We can also do our part in demonstrating appropriate behaviour, while waiting in line. It should not be up to the staff of a company to constantly tell us not to crowd around one table or person and to stand 2 meters apart. We the public, can do better. Yes, the whole process can be better. But it takes all of us to get there. Thank you RxDx Malleshwaram team for your service!

Very supportive staff.We were getting the test done for our Japanese clients, When we were waiting for the test, Mr. Mani came down and explained the reason for the delay, which was appreciated by my clients.Further my clients wanted Covid test report in special report format given by Ministry of External affairs, Japan. Visited Dr Gowtham for Cervical Spondylosis PhysiotherapyI am suffering from Cervical Spondylosis from a very long time. I was very disturbed and disheartened. Through a recommendation, I started my physio sessions in RxDx with Dr. Gowtham.Im very impressed with the way the problem was analyzed and how personalized the exercise program is. We had a bad experience with this facility. Their website allowed the booking of covid19 tests on 13th April 2021 with a slot between 13:30 to 17:30. When we visited the facility at 14:30 on 13th April 2021, we were told that the test is not available as its a holiday. There was no such information either on website or in the email. When in need of such tests especially when the cases are increasing it is highly irresponsible to have given an option on website to book in their unavailable hours. Please make sure to inform customers or block the hours if the hospital decides not to be open during those hours.FYI. They commented to this review saying they would reach out but did not.

I had filled online form on Mar31 2021 to book for RT-PCR home swab for my spouse. Waited until next day Apr 1, 2-30pm. Nobody called. We physically travelled to RxDX Malleswaram. The fee was Rs800+ additional logistics fee of Rs200/. When I asked explanation for logistics fee, nobody explained. I wanted to see Management, they made me wait and finally nobody turned up. Many places charge Rs800/. This is not fair to charge extra logistics fee, when we travelled all the way. Whats the logistics fee about? We got cheated. After paying Rs1000/- the staff was not there to take swab and we waited 20-25 mts. I dont recommend this place.

Self and my husband visited for our ist dose of covid19 vaccine on 19th March 2021.The experience here was great as the Staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. Just loved the very clean place which was very comfortable and quiet. Dr. Jyothika explained the dos and donts about the vaccination and we could clear any silly doubts which she answered humourously.This was the first time we visited this place and the experince was very good and smooth and the team really deserves Five Stars. As I am having continuous pain on my left side, I consulted RxDx. I met Dr. Renu who did a thorough check up and advised me to wear customised insoles as one leg is longer than the other. This may help me a lot in the future.She also advised me to do physiotherapy sessions with Pratheek. Pratheek has a knack of pinpointing each pain area and work on it to make it disappear. The lab was prompt in providing me with a at home sample COVID 19 collection. It was effective and the service from the start was efficient. Most importantly, nurse Asha , who collected the samples was very warm and comforting. She reached on time and collected the samples in a very professional manner with a comforting demeanour.

I underwent two sessions of physiotherapy and ultrasound therapy. Mr. Nithin Haridas is an excellent physiotherapist. He has exceptional knowledge about everything in his field and just a week under him can make a real difference in strength, agility and balance.Ultrasound therapy helped a lot as well in terms of balance. Dr Renu explained everything related to why this form of therapy is required in addition to physiotherapy and it truly helped a lot. The only problem is that nobody in the ultrasound wing is punctual at all. But the results of the therapy compensate for this.

COVIDSHIELD administered with ease and comfort. We got our COVID shots - after paying the amount (proper queue and distancing followed) we were separated to a booth behind the payment for registration. It took 5 minutes to register. The shot was given on second floor. I really liked the fact that a second check of AADHAR card was done to make sure it is authenticated. Nursing staff Asha and HR Ms Dipu was wonderful to us. The entire experience was very good and looking forward to getting second does there. A must go place to get your COVID shot - highly recommended.

Went there today for the covid vaccination of elders in my family - it was day one for the Malleswaram Center and was very smooth. There were some irritable senior citizens but the team handled everything with a smile (smile behind the mask!) Thanks RxDx for keeping us safe during Covid.

I have given COVID test on 21st still waiting for report and if we call it lands on Whitefield branch and they try to contact Malleswaram branch and they wont pick the call.Atlast they tell that by the end of the day they will send the report.I am following up on this from past 2 days and noone is responding properly.Worst experience just for a report we need to wait 6 days.

I don’t even want to rate them with a single star, they deserve to get zero star rating. I had been to this centre of Malleshwaram for a complete body health checkup. Post test results I had iron deficiency, for which the consulted doctor advised me to take iron supplements along with an iron injection through IV. She never even mentioned about the side effects which would come up post injection. I trusted her words and got the injection. After hf of the injection, my right hand was swollen completely like a camel back with severe pain and discolouration seen in my hand till arm where they gave the injection, along with this I had severe discomfort in my chest for which the doctor had no idea for why this had happen. Since the pain and swelling was unbareable, we called up the doctor again, she prescribed another pain killer and said the swelling would reduce in a day. It took almost 4-5days for the swelling to completely go. The pain remained for a week. On the 3rd day after the injection, I had severe body ache and fever, which we got to know that it was another side effect of the injection. The doctor prescribed another medicine for the same and said, it will reduce in a day. Regarding the discolouration she said it ll go in a week. It’s been more than 15days, I don’t see any improvements in the discolouration. Seems like this is gonna stay forever. Never expected such a consultation, if this had so many side effects, we wouldn’t have opted for it at all. Rethink before u visit this place.

One of the best health care services . I have been fortunate enough to be under the guidance of rxdx and Dr. Renu during the period of getting tested positive. I was under home isolation care. The hospital staff were very comforting throughout this period and whether it was the nurse calling to monitor, the home collection of samples, nutritionist calling to check on my diet or the physiotherapist to assist my well being , everything was smoothly managed .We whole heartedly thank samanvay rxdx and team for the wonderful service .

- Was suffering from severe backpain due to strained muscles and vitamin deficiency- Started physiotheraphy treatment under Physio.Mr.Nitin Haridas and Real time Ultrasound Lumbar stabilisation procedure under Dr Renu Dadiala , a new treatment for muscle strengthening, in RXDX hospital- Within 6 days of their treatment, the backpain was under control. Along with the treatment, they also provided physiotherapy along with gym and hydrotheraphy under the able guidance of Physio Nitin Hardas, that helped strenghthen my muscles- Nurse Pratima and Asha too helped me by their v reassuring service. The staff are courteous and friendly.- I highly recommend this hospital to people and the scant crowd also was a relief during Covid

Doctor consultation is good butLab Experience is Highly dissapointing and Bad.I had given blood sample for 3 Tests, in this they missed one of the test. It happened 2 times. Even after calling multiple times..there is no proper Response, They said we forgot. How can u forget multiple times?

Very pleased with RXDX’s professionalism. My daughter had to get her RT-PCR test done. Kavya from their lab arrived right on time & took the sample. Extremely pleasant, soft spoken young lady. The results were also promptly sent the following day. I would highly recommend RXDX for all lab & consultations.

Hi i am writing this to share my genuine opinion about my weight loss journey. Worst customer support by reception front desk. I am a regular visitor to the clinic for my kids. There was some query which I need to discuss with pediatric Doctor. They unable to connect to the doctor. They were giving the nonsense reason which is not acceptable.The lady was very rude and not professional.

Wonderful experience with RxDx. I had reached out to them on the 12th of February fir a Covid test to be done at home. The person at the clinic named Apeksha was extremely helpful in arranging the same and ensuring a smooth process for me, adhering to the slot I requested for. Kaveri, wo visited for sample collection was extremely polite and gentle, it did not hurt at all as I had assumed it would! Thanks RxDx!

Visited this place for Rapid Antigen Test. They said report will be in 4 hours but still waiting after 8 hours. Not satisfied.
