Firstly they gave a detailed plan. Which was really good. However it didn’t work even after following it up regularly. So went back to them and they just slightly changed the plan. Again didn’t work. Went back to them again and now they added oral medication with the same set of creams again. Which absolutely did not work. It worsened the acne and scars.It’s not a good site to really go for treatments. They are not that friendly to even take the right follow up. Considering the waiting period and then following the routine and then second third time follow up, it was a waste of time and money.Please read the reviews before enrolling

This is my personal experience with this online team. I tried online consultation and send few pictures not once but thrice and they keep rejecting as there was less clarity or whatever.Each time i could get a reply after a day or two , to send a new picture. And i was fed up and lost interest and cannot wait further to solve my problem ,met a dermatologist nearby ..and asked this team for refund ,and they were not ready to do it. And they are still expecting me to send a picture where i lost interest as the end result would be no clarity and send again . After lot of argument they said they will not refund but they made a treatment plan with the previous picture i have sent where initially they were not ready to do, due to absence of clarity.Now how will i trust this treatment and go ahead? They just cant refund and so made something without understanding the actual problem.So i learned a lesson not to go for online consultation even otherwise also online prescriptions are illegal which i came to know late .And i feel there is no professional ethics with this team.hope some one will rethink before going to them after reading this.

Amzing products loving it

Its been almost a month that I have paid for the acne package through app...there is no update at all. The app doesnt help you track your product. I tried calling customer care number and its always switched off. If anyone finds this message from remedico at least tell me if I will ever get my product or send the money back....Worst experience

I paid twice to the remedico team both the time the payment is incomplete. And send a message regarding the cashback in 5-7 days. I dont trust this company if I dont get the cash back I will definitely take a legal action, as online consultation is against the law.

Hi this is vignesh. Its my personal experience with remedico. Before knowing about remedico. Seriously my face is full of pimples and acne. I feel so bad so bad to go out with my friends. I feel so bad . Then I comes to know about remedico. Moreover its very simple and easy way to clear youre problem because you dont want to go to clinic. Just three photos and some questions thats it . You will receive youre treatment plan . Moreover my advice seriously while iam under treatment my pimples and acne gone worst ever . I thought omg this too gone worst . Then day by day i noticed its start to get clear. Now nothing in my face iam sooooooooooooooo much confidence to go out enjoy myself .guys before trying dont give bad reviews this remedico is not like other treatment its totally different . So try I hope next review from someone who is studying this.😋
