Top class service. I visited the hospital on two occasions; one to get a CT scan and another to get a couple of blood reports done which were a few days apart each visit. The staff is courteous and responsive. The premises is well kept and regularly sanitized. For the CT scan I waited for 20 minutes but was given regular updates about the availability of the technician who was away for lunch. For the blood report, I was in and out of the hospital in less than 15 minutes. I would definitely recommend this hospital to others and I would certainly visit the hospital for my future medical requirements. Keep up the great work!

Absolutely bad service, each time receptionist asked to come at 1:30pm, and Dr arrives only at 3, patients have to first wait for Dr, after that wait for their turn to come another couple of hours, specially making the aged people is not right and exactly at lunch time they make you come and wait, my mother suffered acidity, missed her bp medicine etc were the result of the wait.. thanks to Dr for coming late and thanks to rude receptionists for not managing timings well. If you ever get appointment better go after two hours of the given time.

Normally modern hospitals are money minded. Regal isnt. Doctors are very knowledgeable and the hospital is very clean and organized.

Hospitality at its core. Had my mom who turns 87 with hip fracture. Though high risk, Dr. Abdul Shareef and other experts counselled me and while being affordable, the doctors and staff stood by me and assured and consequently got my mom to go mobile. Worth notable is Dr. Suriraj the hospitals MD who goes on the rounds to every patient radiating warmth while providing soothing words of encouragement to get better. Thanks to all the staff who were very coperative and made us feel at home all through the stay.

Do not go this hospital based on recent reviews which they have got for vaccination.I had admitted my dad here with no other option which I faced during the second wave, since the bed scam was going on all around Bangalore.They have the worst doctors. I dont remember the doctors name who treated my dad.Due to oxygen drop I admitted my dad here. By seeing only the x-ray the bloody doctor said there was infection and later when I got the x-ray verified I got to know it was not due to corona where his oxygen level had dropped. And it was due to a different type of lung infection.Its Just because I had taken the rapid test they started the treatment without checking.And there was shortage of oxygen in that hospital at that time. Since the person incharge was on continuous calls Infront for me to refill the oxygen.There were 2 duty doctors.one guy and a girl, who didnt allow me to speak to my dad. And I couldnt save my dad. Do not go this hospital they will make sure u dont come out alive from ICU.

Extremely ridiculous behaviour from one of the male staff. No coordination with BBMP and its regulations. I booked a slot on cowin and got a confirmation of the slot and travelled 30kms only to hear from an arrogant male staff that they cannot open vial if 10 people do not turn up and his reponse was like either you wait till 10 people arrive or you can leave. His attitude clearly intended that hospitals profit is more important than my time and efforts and I was almost getting back with disappointment after an unpleasant encounter with him. But one of the nurse named Geetha was very transparent and helped us with the vaccine.

My Father treatment is done byDr. Suriraju , he explains problems very neatly with patience and suggest what needs to be done. The treatment was good and very few good doctors & nurses were there especially the MD was a really kind person who helped us alot with discount however there were few worst staff who were not there when we needed them the most and will always need to please them. Worst hospitality where they make you buy unwanted medicine from them to loot money from us charging on items ( including handglows and mask for nurse and cleaners everyday (ICU ALSO ), before admitting to the hospital they will not explain anything about the price part and in the end they will give u more burden so please think twice before admitting anyone to this hospital who suffers with financial problems and i feel most of 5 star ratings provided are from the hospital staff have and not from the patients .

Regal hospital is a good multispeciality hospital in the area. It has very good doctors and all the modern investigative facilities. My experience dates a month back when both me and my husband got admitted in the hospital for getting treated for covid 19. Dr. Obul Reddy sir has treated us and made sure we were always positive about ourselves. He was a very empathetic Doctor who advised us and treated us efficiently. We were even allowed to have visitors so that we dont feel depressed. He was one of the few doctors I have seen during covid who would talk to patient relatives explaining the condition of the patients. The staff were also efficient. They have lab for all investigations including portable xray machine. They have made sure we have fully recovered before we were discharged which was somewhat rare in bangalore. The cost of the treatment and services was also reasonable. A special mention to the Dr. Obul Reddy and emergency nurse Geetha who were very compassionate and helped us in recovery.

I had visited Regal Hospital for a CT Scan as I had a obstruction in my urine due to a block in theurinary tract. I assumed it was kidney stone that obstructed the flow however, I was informed that the obstruction was due to a urethral stricture. Infact I was initially skeptical if this requires surgery, but Dr. Suri Raju was very patient to let know in advance the causes, procedures and how it could be prevented.The surgery was successful and there was some discomfort in the initial days. However, Dr. Suri Raju ensured that Im completely satisfied with the result before discharge. Would recommend this hospital for any kidney related treatments.

My father went through covid treatment in Regal Hospital. I want to share the experience here.This is not the first time we visited this hospital. My father consulted Dr Suri Raju sir about 4 years ago and he got very good treatment that time.When we found that my fathers O2 saturation levels started dropping, he instantly asked me to take him to Regal hospital, as we know that the doctors and staff are very good through our previous experience. We immediately contacted the hospital staff and got him admitted.Dr Obul Reddy treated my father this time. Dr Obul Reddy sir knows the protocol very well. He never gave us false hopes. He gave us accurate details on how my father was responding to the treatment. Some days my father used to respond very well some days he was not. Dr Obul Reddy gave us all the details and what medicines he is trying and what could be the next steps. Since my father is old and has other complications on top of low O2 levels, Doctor kept him in the ICU. The nursing staff is very empathetic and they took care of my father very well. At some point, I wanted to take second opinion with my family doctor and Dr Obul Reddy readily agreed and shared all the reports with us so that we can show them to our family doctor. Our family Doctor said he would have followed the same protocol as Dr Obul Reddy is following. Dr Obul Reddy sir is patient, friendly, polite, experienced and knowledgeable doctor. He spends a lot of time with the patient everyday to understand how the person is recovering.One another thing i liked is, even though the patient is in isolation ward, attendants are encouraged to visit him twice a day (provided you take adequate protection). This will boost the moral of the patient.The staff, accounts and admin team (l should mention Anand who followed up with insurance company so that the discharge process can be faster) every one is very polite and help you out.It was during peak of second wave we went through this. We never faced shortage of medicines and O2 in this hospital. All medicines were given on time. Dr Suri Raju sir takes great care in making sure all patients get best treatment. Thanks so much to Dr Suri Raju sir for building this hospital in our neighborhood.My father was discharged after 20 days of treatment here. He is recovering very well.

My Brother in law was admitted there and there was no proper care was taken there. No response for queries on the patient, the only time they spoke is when they wanted MONEY!!!He is no More and we will take action on the Doctor who handled the case and the Hospital. If you want to save your loved ones dont go to this hospital.At this day and age unfortunately Doctors and Hospitals are more dangerous than Covid 19 and thats the truth.Their intent is only money and how much of insurance money can they suck out of us.REGAL HOSPITAL HAVE SOME CONSCIENCE as you also have a family and loved ones.------------------------------------------Based on Owners response - he was admitted on time for Cough issues, we were told in 3 days he can be discharged. There are discrepancies in report, Dr was rude and not giving proper update. Treatment was below par and took life of my family member..Its so unfortunate that at this day and age one of the most feared and not trustworthy professionals are Drs.. just because its a specialty business they exploit the patients. This is true when it comes to This Hospital. Iam sure there are plenty of such issues not being spoken about thats the reason they continue to do this.I appeal to whoever reads this to start speaking out about similar experiences with other hospitals too, i know it will not bring back our loved ones but at least we can try to bring awareness to people who want to visit hospitals like these for treatments.Till date have you seen any hospital taking accountability for wrong treatment resulting in the death of the patient.
