Decent hospital. But if you are going for covid vaccination, avoid booking first slot of the day, i.e., 9:30am. Since they are pretty slow to start and make you wait too long.

Very poor service. No post surgery support by Doctors. Very unprofessional. After circumcision ,Doctor did not even bother to inform patient about post surgery care.All false claims that Laser surgery is painless,bloodless.Rubbish...!!Not recommended at all.

I would recommend Dr. Shivaraj KK to everyone. He took care of my father when he was in a critical condition and diagnosed with Covid pneumonia. He has been very supportive and always was present when my father needed him in the ICU. He had always been very positive which gave me encouragement during tough times. He ensured timely and proper treatment for my father which is why I’m very grateful to him.

Big time spammer. They will send too many messages to make you feel sick and goto to them for treatment. I never though marketing healthcare services is legal in India. They are advertising and spamming through SMS. I even complained to Aitel who did nothing and they TRAI does not take any action on spam messages.This company called me to promote their surgery services for people who do not have any problems. Hospital on the main road ,,. Old infrastructure but maintained well..Been here for an emergency , wife fractured her leg, was attended immediately, have there own X-ray lab,, given first aid and discharged.. Duty doctor and the staff were supportive and cooperative..Touch wood it was diagnosed as a ligament tear..

Came here for the 1st time for OPD, was shocked at the Poor and pathetic response from the under informed staff Manning the counters. Appointment given for 5.45pm no news of the Doctor till writing the review at 7.00 pm. Whereas staff kept telling he would arrive shortly. I am totally dissatisfied with the out Patient Department. Cannot comment about the other facilities.

While getting discharged, they try to retain you in the hospital for more days by telling that the patient is having fever though the patient is doing well. Its really upset to see how negligent the hospital is, its sad to hear that with all the facilities they have they have not provided proper care for covid 19 patients. Unfortunately we lost our family memeber, its my humble request do not admit anyone to this hospital, infact people with many underlying issues were treated and recovered better in government hospitals. Please do not trust pristine hospital.We regret our loss I request all the others to think before you choose the hospital.

Good doctor for advice.. But management living in old era where no proper rules.. No token system for appointment... Given appointment and min wait time is around 3 to 4 hours.. I would not fairly appreciate the hospital.. My dad being diabetic had to wait for 3 long hours just for changing bandage.. Faced lot of problems.. Please consult at your risk..🙏

Doctors advice is good, but they prescribe medicines which are available only in their pharmacy. In general You cannot get them in other chemist shops. Doctors do not prescribe alternate medicines which can be available elsewhere or online. Moreover, the pharmacy doesn’t provide any discount over MRP, whereas 10-15% discount is easily available outside. The hospital is trying to make money in all possible ways possible, ethical or unethical.

Recently we took our uncle since he was very weak and with the MRI scan reports.Firstly,the hospital staff were very rude the doctor reached out to us after 2.5-3 hours and after he came he just saw the reports for 2 minutes and said to our family that his condition is critical stage of brain tumor and he may not survive or get paralyzed upon sugery and the risk is 30% and our family was shattered.Somehow we happened to take him to Nimhans and Columbasia for second opinion and found out that my uncle has got TB and not brain tumor firstly he has an infection in Lungs which can be treated and cured as well.I am writing this review because it was very important as a doctor to firstly understand the patient condition review him thoroughly and then suggest an action plan and give confidence to the family.Almost our family had lost hope because of such worst response from the doctor in Pristine Hospital.Hope the system in this hospital improves better in future that would help a lot of patients in future.

Good Place to get your Ear, Nose, throat problems checked here. They have a good ENT doctor Dr.Manjunath. x-ray, CT scan, blood test are also done here.ENT emergencies and surgeries are also handled here.

Very worst, They charge for un necessary things, my father was 62 years of old and they dint even give senior citizen deduction and doctors are irregular, they tell doctor is in OT and sum other reasons they wont update about day expenditures but they only ask for the money to pay, Doctors will indirectly blackmail, and the worst thing is doctor change their words especially Dr.Balachandra. For simple things dey will ask for scanning and they wont issue the scanning reports after discharge. Here doctors dont have patience to speak with patients attenders Completely worstWas about to rate -1 or 0.
