Wasted ₹500 for consultation successfully. Should have went to a regular clinic.The doc didnt have time to explain the skin problems slowly in a way common people can understand. Felt like attended a short class from professor.Right of the bat he suggested treatments consisting 4-10 sessions and wrote of a few moisturizers/skin creams to buy from that clinic.We didnt stay there for a minute longer.

This is the worst place to visit for any consultation for your skin. Doctor doesn’t know what treatment should be given, he cannot detect the problem and without much investigation he will recommend treatment which can give you scars that cannot be cured anywhere. I went for a small milia treatment where he has done some laser treatment which resulted as a large scar on my face which will never go and cannot be cured. Please do not visit this place, will not recommend to anyone.

I underwent the 1st session for laser hair removal today. Im still to see the efficiency of the procedure but Ive had good results before so Im expecting a positive outcome. The staff is helpful. Jai Priya and Madhuri were the ones who personally attended to me. Jai Priya is very friendly and made sure that I was comfortable throughout. Pathetic service. They run after money. Once paid they are unavailable for services. They dont even call to confirm appointments. The Dr seems to be extremely careless. He doesnt give complete treatment, leaves certain skin areas specially those which you discover later, and most importantly more than 90% of the time the Dr is unavailable that too they have a single Dr which is much more ridiculous. Pls pls pls dont enroll for any services in this centre if you dont want any hassles in your life.

If you leave a message, they will never call up.Doctors availability - Doctors are not available. Their availability is based on their mercy and their wish. Sometimes Doctors are not available for days.Customer service - pathetic, atrocious, rubbish.

Its not a good choice for skin complaints consultation. Doctor services are not up to the mark.I did choose this clinic as this is close to my place, later I regretted for choosing this.Edit: 14August2020.Hi Team, I have mailed you all the details. I dont see any improvement even after following 14 days of prescribed medication. Surprisingly Doctor has prescribed Body cleansing gel worth Rs.895 which i think irrelevant for my severe itching skin complaint. Ideally Doctors suggest ointments or soaps. Nicely they sold out thier product even though its not appropriate for my skin complaints.750(consulation fee) + 895(cleansing gel) + 600(medicines, tablets).Still my condition remains same. I regret, Kaya was my bad choice.

This is the most deceptive skin clinic of all. I urge everyone to not waste their money here. You will be treated really well for the first two times, and then they will stop attending your calls even. They will even count your sessions wrongly and charge you with endless extra money and your time. Your appointments will never be booked on time. Not only this, the booked appointments will also be cancelled without any prior notification. Whenever you try to book any appointment on phone, they will tell you that all slots are booked, when in reality, if you go to the clinic, it will be empty always. The staff is really disrespectful:: namely REKHA & PRIYA .

We had a very bad experience with kaya the staff and very unprofessional and today we had appointment and in last minute they call and updating that we have to pay 200 extra, since 2 month no treatment patients suffered a lot , not even once they enquire about condition , completly money minded clinic, i strongly recomand not to use this service

Had booked appointment for 11.30am for consultation and LHR trial. Upon reaching the clinic on time, I was asked to wait for 10 mins as the doctor was busy with another consultation. At 11.45am I was asked if I can get the trial done first and then go for the consultation, to which I agreed. Trial session took 20 mins and again at 12.15 I asked for the doctor to which I was told to wait for another 5 mins. Somehow finally I was given the time with Dr. Naveen. At 11.30 am when I had reached the clinic I saw this dr. Naveen was out and definitely not busy. I enquired from him that my appointment was at 11.30am and I had seen him out, then why couldnt he see me at the time given. To which he replied dont talk to me talk to them (pointing towards reception) and he got up and walked out. I was aghast as to how a doctor could be this rude, crass, unprofessional and unmindful of patient. The receptionist tried explaining that although that doctor was available no room was free. 1 star for her efforts in trying to cover up the unprofessionalism and offensive behaviour of Dr. Naveen. She asked me to visit tomorrow for consultation with another doctor.To sum it up - this clinic has the most unprofessional doctors who dont give a f**k if you are patient or customer, the timings given for appointment hold no good and you are at the mercy of the staff. Visit if you want to be Ill treated and waste your time.

No doubts quality and service is awesome..But the way they manage the client is pathetic. i am writing about my experiences several times with kaya J P nagar clinic. and i am associated with this clinic from very long time.i am working, and whenever i try to book an appointment it becomes a huge task and a task for which i feel like will have to hire a Personal assistant to it.And i tried talking about this with the store manager Rekha several times .Her reaction always is like maam we will correct it but that never happened. Moreover this time i feel even she has given up by saying our clients are increasing so we cant give you appointments as per your time slots if you ask me 2 days prior. i mean guys who will know their slots after a month that you ask us to book it a month before.I feel you guys do not have respect for customers time.All these services are paid services so kindly pay little respect to customer and their time. Customer will not take services as per your requirement they will take it when they actually require the same.Guys service wise i am very happy customer of KAYA but the way you manage clients is a big failure. Awaiting for your revert as i am really looking for the corrections to be done on above points as i am interested for more services
