Had a very bad experience with JustDoc. They’re there just to loot their users. After the first consultation, the doctor asked me to get some tests done and upload the reports on justdoc. By the time I came back with the reports and tried uploading, a message displayed on the screen “chat expired in 48hrs. Pay Rs 199”. After trying here n there I made the payment again thinking that I’ll upload my reports and get a followup call from the doctor. To my surprise, the measage still says “pay Rs 199”. Disgustingly bad experience. Tried calling customer service also. They’re not receiving the call also. These guys are not here to help, they are here to fool people and get money.Don’t want to give even a single star in rating, but without that the review will not get posted, so I have to add one star.
