Yesterday we had gone for hair do for my sister in law. Dev did an amazing work. Everyone liked her new look. So today Sep 1 we went again for my wife. Prices are really good compare to other local salon.If you know what style you want it will be really good. Dev the stylist gave one look to my sister in law but today another stylist told layers were not good for her. So we are little confused now.

Got my hair coloured for the first time in JCB. Sharan explained well which helped me choose the colour I wanted and he did a wonderful job executing! Thank you.

Okay.... This place is nice only but.... Veryyyy pricy! So if u have money. Go. Otherwise, dont. The staff are nice.

Mani gave me an awesome haircut at the jcb Whitefield saloon. He patiently listened to my requirements and cut my hair the way I wanted to. By the end of hair cut, he also shared his tips and tricks to maintain the hair cut without any styling tools. Highly recommend him, if you are visiting the Whitefield jcb saloon

It was my first time at this centre and I had a satisfactory experience. I will add more feedback after further visits. Dev was the guy who was assigned for the cut and I found him good. One feedback for the salon would be to have more transparency on the charges for different levels of stylists, as in I couldnt comprehend that the person whom I paid for as a senior stylist was actually one.

Both me and my sister had our hair cut around a month back by a senior stylist.. Cant even explain how much are we hating it ..I even showed a pic to the stylist how I wanted my hair cut to look like and he did exact opposite...they did only good job in setting the hair so it looked good only for the moment..its the worst hair cut I have ever had.along with that they charged me 600 rs for eyebrows..I mean really you used gold thread for threading???Tony &guy and bounce are way better.

Very good haircut by senior stylist Dev...he suggested all d things I can do to make my dry brittle hair restored and gavecme a very beautiful cut... exactly what I was looking for... recommend him and Jean Claude highly.

I went to get a haircut after 6 months , very tentatively but had a really amazing experience. Dev was my stylist and we was so nice and patient . He went an extra mile to follow what I said and spent a tonne of time to teach me how to style long waves and maintain my hair. Overall a really five star experience and Highly highly recommend Dev if you are looking for any hair service .

I am extremely satisfied with the hair transformation that Sharan gave me. Really really happy with the Balayage styled hair color! You must visit this salon if you are looking for hair coloring or transformation. Also it is very much affordable. They wont force you to purchase products unlike other salons.

One of the worst experience I had at JCB, Phonix Market City, Bangalore branch (even thought being a loyal JCB customer over a decade). Place was not clean with shady lights unlike other JCB Salons, No customer service. Horrible stylist... had to go to another salon to fix my hair. Hair color faded just after 2nd wash (he barely kept it for 10 mins and when I asked he said Thats the max we keep)... all this after paying a bomb for it. When complained they asked me to put a feedback...

The hair spa experience was really great. Sharan’s service was splendid.. I consulted about my hair issues and he suggested the best way to go about it. The whole experience was professional and so far the best i have had for my hair spa.. definitely going to visit regularly 😀

I went to this place for a haircut and had a pleasant experience in terms of ambience and casualness of the place and underwhelming in terms of people and attitude. The haircut itself was not bad though a little roughly handled. When I visit a luxury salon like this I would expect talented stylists who love their jobs and can appreciate different hair types. But it seems they have not been trained to cut Indian hair with its wavy or curly texture and know only to handle straight sleek hair. I would expect a more innovative approach to people who have wavy hair and want a short style other than asking to straighten it. There are different textures and types of hair and each has their beauty and it is sad that a stylist has to be lectured on this. Also you must know the art of giving suggestions but also giving space for the customer to decide. The time that is wasted on pretentiousness must be used for training and equipping yourselves to global standards. Just because you give yourself fancy French names and call yourselves stylists does not mean you can get away with anything. I have been noticing these subtle racist ideas in these modern salons and if it were the USA they would be sued. Also I was told that I would be charged for senior stylist rates in the beginning but after the service they were trying to extract top stylist rates, thankfully I saw through this. I did not expect such manipulations just to earn some money from a reputed salon. Come on, we were not even offered water.

The quality of service is really very good. People around are very warm. Needless to mention its the most hygienic salon i have seen. Of course its a premium place and for which you will have to pay a bit extra but its worth the price.

I have been waiting for 30 minutes even after booking an appointment. Havent even got the service yet. My rating is dependent on their tardiness and for not attending to a customer on time. Hope their service is good. Will not be coming here again! My advice is to try a different branch.After service: my stylist was really good, I would come back to the salon only cause of her. The rest of the staff were cordial too but only thing I wish is they would have been more punctual. Please visit for the stylist called Hamsa, Im happy with the haircut. I went for the Balayage treatment and loved it! My stylist Dev helped me pick up the right shade for my skin tone and hair type and it turned out to be really pretty. Even though I had to wait a little for my appointment, the end result was worth the wait. Appreciate the service while I waited as well.

The people are very courteous.I reached half an hour late ,but I was offered water and my haircut was started in 15 minutes.I was told exactly how my hair would be cut and how it would look.It was a good look. I had long hair which I cut to a short bob.My haircut was done by Senior Stylist Hamsa.

I am not happy with haircolor and hair cut service .It was not worth the money, no doubt they did it with their best efforts but the color went away in 2 months and the hair cut was also not professional though i have chose senior stylist. They explained me well and gave full time to me but i am not happy with the results as i expected it to b .

Cheats! Frauds! They don’t know their stuff. My wife went for the most expensive treatment on their promise. The results were horrible and now the only option left is to cut her hair. Unbelievably amateur staff with no understanding of problem and lack of empathy towards the customer. Regret!!

I am a frequent customer for this salon. While their services are better than most salons around Mahadevapura area, their work lacks behind Indiranagar counterpart. At times, I have noticed tiny misses in eyebrow shaping, massages and haircuts.

I got the most average hair cut from JCB whitefield. Seriously I dont see why they charge should charge Rs 2000 for a haircut any decent salon would offer at Rs 800. The stylist didnt seem to understand my hair texture and even after first wash from hair cut I dont feel like leaving my hair open. Not to mention the 45 min waiting time despite taking an appointment. Never going back.
