I called to ask about lip pigmenting...but they did a video call with a certain doctor, who didnt even explain me anything about the procedure now the sessions required, not the cost....when I asked for the cost , they kept me waiting for nearly whole day n kept giving excuses....n the price of lip pigmenting is 10k max per session, me being a doctor I know that....but they saidasaid it charges an exorbitant amount of 45k..!!!! No professionalism...they just mint money!!!!!

I had approached Hairline by a reference of my friend.. Took treatment for hair fall.. I must say I have seen a lot of difference in the first month of having PRP done. Dr. Prafulla and the team have been very helpful in all means of guiding me and making me understand the way how the process works. Very professionally handled.

Fraud Clinic. First time only do tor prescribed 4500/- Rs. medicines. She deducted charge from my card and later told: medicine is not available and we will deliver once it will come.When I asked for refund. She took 3 weeks and daily said in call: it will take time to reflect into your account even though they had not initiated the REFUND.Dont go there. Ill not at all recommend this to anyone.

I would have given a zero rating it was available. This is worst clinic and it is just a fraud like how they show in the movies. First of all the doctors have zero knowledge about the treatment what they are gonna give and what would be the results. One doctor says you will see 95% re-growth and other doctor says there wont be any re-growth, we will just help you to retain the hair what ever you have. They charge very hefty amounts and you wont see even 1% of growth. I spent around 70K only for PRP with no use. I didnt even see 1 hair grown on my scalp. I wont recommend this clinic at all.

I m taking PRP treatment here,3 session done and far its good! I can see the progress in hair growth. Hopefully will get expect result once in done with the all the session. Doctors and nurses are very friendly - they have therapist (psychologist) dietician, and hairstylist also. They are frauds. They dont even have a doctor there. Some lady will come to you and suggest a costly treatment without checking anything. I said I wanted more time to think, to which they said we have a discount for today. They said that they will reduce the amount and tried to force me to pay. Fortunately, I got out of there. I repeat that they have no doctors there for hair (At least I was not given one). I dont even think that their treatment is safe.

I went to have a consultation for my hair-fall. Dr. Megha attended me. She heard me patiently and asked all the relevant questions to which would have helped to understand my core issue. Clinic is not good. They will canvacing more regards to pay money. I said I will come next day but they not understanding my words. Focusing only money, not at all understanding what the customer explaining ( not allowed to speak). Hairline clinic is nothing but a scam run by doctors. They told me at the start that it will take arnd 3-4 sessions to see some improvement in my hair condition. But till now I have taken 6 sessions and forget hair growth, hair fall has not stopped even a bit. And I have been charged 10k per session which means I have paid so far 60k to these guys and they have just taken me for a ride all this time. Now they are saying that I will have to take in all 12 sessions to see results which means I will have to throw another 60k at these guys for nothing. I have been proved foolish for believing in these guys at the start only. They used to apply some oil thingy on my scalp every session which they said will grow hair. But later on I found out that the oil was no special but the regular oil made from some extracts of wheat and soy which is easily available in the market for Rs. 100. I could have done that by myself only why would I have gone to hairline clinic and spent 60k for just a Rs. 100 bottle of oil. This is pure cheating.

They are scam artist. BE AWARE!I visited this place to get my tattoo removed and as soon as I entered; they asked me to submit a form and get my tattoo reviewed by someone to let me know the pricing. Somebody reviewed by tattoo for a min and said that it will cost 30,000 rupees and that too I have to go to another place to get it done because this place is just a scam consulting room. I said their solution is too pricy and wanted to get away, but they still got 590/- rupees from literally nothing.Remember that they will quote you so high that you yourself will feel the unjustified price and refuse to take actual service but unfortunately end up paying a consulting fee for nothing- the whole Marathalli area is filled with such con medical consulting facilities.

PRP is the right treatment but Hairline is not the right clinic for that treatment as the doctors here seem totally inexperienced to give PRP treatment. They are only trained in looting your money. I was told that there will be in total 6 seesions of PRP and each session will cost around 8K but if I pay for all the 6 sessions in one shot they will give me a good discount. But truth is what now I know… they know that once a patient sees no result even after 3-4 sessions they might stop the treatment and this way they will be at a loss. The doctor was so careless that during the session he would only come and inject on my head and walk away that’s it. Would not even bother to see if I am ok after injecting, if I have some pain, some other side effect, nothing. They care a damn. What good is the discount if the service is such pathetic and results are almost NIL.

Marathalli Branch Service is good but the way they treat customer is actually not impressive, When patch arrived clinic he needs to take the customer to some room for showing it, Instead of it they are asking to see and check it in Reception itself where lot of employes gathered in that place we lost our privacy wen you are exposing it before others felt bad and one guy is making some comedy on the patch which arrived. Its a clinic we come over there with Problems to have solution but few employees are making comedy by seeing the illness of the customers. Which made me to hurt a lot Hope at least ur employees will be trained how to behave before customers.
