Went to apollo for an appointment with Dr Nair, after discovering that I had trouble hearing high frequency beeps. Doc spent just half a minute, examined both ears with a light and recommended a hearing test. The test was conducted by 2 people, one looking at a computer and another writing something down on paper. I was signaling whether I heard a sound or not throughout the test... The test should have been completely automated and not require 2 people to conduct it. Im not sure of the accuracy of the test results given the manual signal and the manual jotting down on paper.Doc was not around to explain the test results, so it was taken up by a junior doctor, who basically said what I already knew (slight hearing loss of high frequencies), and there was nothing to be done, except return for tests every 6 months.Felt like a waste of time and money. Also, if the doc charges a consultation fee, he should spend some time with the patient and not delegate to junior doctors.

I took my mom to consult the Dr for her hearing loss issue. Dr gave an excellent explanation about the issue and about the treatment plan my mom was convinced to undergo treatment without hesitation. Thanks to Dr.sathish Nair for service he provided.

Very bad experience. No explaination, no patient satisfaction. Dr. Does not spend time at all and his juniors do all the work. Exorbitant!
