I had visited this doctor for severe headache issues,he was not having patience to listen nor to explain the issue,he said its migraine and suggested few medicine which costed Inr 700. He was not even looking at us while talking to him and was busy on the computer.He only said watch my YT channel and left.Since then the pain had only increased and his medication made it worse. Doctor is very patient is listening. I went to consult for my sister who was having Acoustic neuroma. I without my sister just went to meet him with all the report on my laptop. He patiently looked at all the reports even though there was some hiccups while opening the reports and loading, he gave me enough time to open the reports and load them. Also he talked to my sister over the phone, listened to all her concerns and advised surgery to her. He also mentioned about the possible side effects.Later after 1 year of surgery, which was done somewhere else I again went to meet him as there was residual tumor. This time again I went with all the reports on my laptop. I was surprised by the fact that he remembered the case though he didn’t operate it or even was not in touch. He again patiently went through post-op MRI and discharge summary. He also talked to my sister over the phone and this time advised for gamma knife surgery. I assisted an international patient from Qatar in seeking medical advice in regard to pain management and possible spinal surgery per the patient’s complaints. Prior to the appointment I had sent all requested medical documents and patient history via email to Lina in the international department. I re-sent the same information one day prior via WhatsApp. We did not have to wait long before seeing Dr. Naik. The patient, who speaks very little English, voiced some of his concerns and then I began to explain to the doctor a bit of the patient’s history and I asked if he has looked over his medical records. Dr. Naik abruptly interrupted me saying he sees fifty patients day and has not seen the medical records. Then he began to belittle Lina and asked her where the medical records were as she clearly had not sent them. I told him I had the documents on my phone but he refused to look at it so I began to explain further some of the patients history he again cut off what I was saying and asked to see the patients scarring. Though I had already explained that the patient was paraplegic the doctor asked if he could walk. After about a minute inspection he again asked for Lina and he again asked for the medical records. I again offered my phone and I was ignored. The patient asked me why I he would not look and I said that the doctor was not listening to anything I said. Dr. Naik insulted his staff saying it was their job to be organized, not his. At this point he received a WhatsApp from Lina with the medical records on his phone. He very briefly looked at the documents and said that it was cosmetic surgery and the documents would not help. I asked him to look at the final summary and recommended operation by another doctor at the bottom of the document. He refused to do so and asked the patient if he could control his urine or feces. Dr. Naik looked at all of the documents for a total of 30 seconds, not more and repeatedly either interrupted, spoke over or ignored anything I tried to say. The icing on the cake was when he began prescribing pain medication, I interjected again to say the patient is Muslim and very concerned with being on any addictive substance (despite his condition he has not taken pain medications in ten years) and that we had an additional appointment at Apollo with the orthopedic surgeon. He told us that we did not need to see the other doctor and that he was the best person for the patient and told us not to go. I said that this appointment had been arranged by the international team and once again he insulted his own colleagues saying they knew nothing about patients’ needs. He then wrote the prescription for two pain medications and sent us out the door.I do not know anything of the doctor’s capabilities and I am sure he is a wonderful surgeon. However, the way we were treated and the way Dr. Naik insulted his colleagues was beyond unprofessional, rude and inappropriate. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone.

Sir, you will get a ebill via SMS. I was like ok, after checking few mins the echargeslip was the swiping receipt what I got, then I argued to give them a bill they are arguing saying that’s the oly bill they provide and that’s what we get. He also asked why do you required the bill. After couple of argumentsFinally they gave a manual bill for which the GST number also was not there in jthat.There is no clarity on the bill what we get and ppl inside Bluff us, though we are paying a high amount for they checkup they should have some process, please change the way what that office guy and reception lady is doing here it’s very bad and am hurted.

My dad is 68 yrs old and he had open heart surgery in 2001 and is also diabetic, so each tests were done to make sure the spinal surgery could be done. The C3-C7 spinal fusion (decompression laminecotomy and lateral mass fusion) surgery was performed on March 10th 2018 and everything went perfectly well and he was discharged by 17th March. Sorry to say, his blunt and overconfident way of advising surgery to be an immediate line of treatment for her, made us felt totally dejected and distressed. Back in Feb 2016 My wife suffered T12 spine compression fracture, grade 4 Liver damage and multiple fractures in pelvic regions and head injuries, internal organs bleeding due to car accident, her condition was critical so we shifted to BGS global hospital-kengeri, After 40 days we got her discharged as liver condition was better and pelvic fractures were treated conservatively, however they advised an immediate surgery for T12 spine. We wanted to take a second opinion so we consulted Dr Arun L Naik. (online reviews and family doctor recommended his name). Honestly his AIIMS education and experience attracted me :).She was still on wheelchair and catheter the day we consulted, he advised no surgery required as of now and advised some nerve and calcium supplements for 1 year. Since then we have been visiting him whenever we have doubts and concerns, he answered all our questions. She is doing fine now. He advised surgery may be required if there is 10% further compression which is unlikely to happen in careful conditions. Now she can walk and recovered 90% from Trauma. Dr Arun L Naik is no less than a God to us. In January of 2017, one fine day he was not able to get out of the bed himself despite trying his best. With all support we made him sit but he was leaning completely to his right. We took him to a hospital nearby where they suggested an MRI of spine and CT of brain. MRI came normal but CT gave shockers. The attending doctor told that my dad had Subdural Hematoma and that his midline had shifted by 10 mm. There was major accumulation of blood between the skull and the brain on both the sides which was putting lot of pressure on the brain. HE immediately arranged for discharge and advised that we should immediately approach Dr Arun L Naik for a surgery as this is dangerous condition. The doctor wrote a letter to Dr Arun Naik briefing the condition of my dad. We wheeled my dad to Apollo Bannerghatta and fortunately Dr Arun Naik was still in the hospital at around 8 pm. HE saw the Reports and suggested that he will operate my dad the very next morning. My dad underwent Burr hole surgery where 2 holes on both left and right side of the skull were drilled and the excess accumulated blood was drained out. We had regular follow-ups with Dr Arun Naik and we had one today (17th May)as well after another CT scan and doctor confirmed that my Dad is perfectly fine and that the condition does not exist. I would like to thank Dr Arun Naik for his excellent care and his expertise in this field is unmatched. He is indeed a God for us. Thank you Doctor for bringing my dad back to normal. Dr. Arun is a good referrer than an adviser. My father is 71 years old and had suffered stroke (Intracerebral Hemorrhage) causing him paralysed on the right side of his body. My father had questions regarding his recovery and rehab from stroke . My father almost been a kid since this attack , Dr. Arun Naiks seriousness in his gestures and rude attitude made him feel fear. His questions regarding alteration in medicines were unanswered and had to know about nearest physician. This man answers my father rudely saying to search a doc in neighbourhood or next door. Mr Arun Naik advises him to meet another physician endocrinologist and finally an urologist as hes on diapers. Its all complicated when grow old and I paid 600 INR for consultation for nothing instead to hurt my father more. My sister underwent a surgery to remove her pituitary gland tumor. The tumor was causing blurr vision in her left eye. Dr Naik did a endoscope surgery in 2014 at Appolo Hopsital BG Road.
