We have relocated recently from Bangalore to Vizag and my household items are shifted by this packers & movers. The service was awesome and in time. I asked them to deliver on specific date and time even, as I was traveling and reaching on that day. They have delivered the goods as per the committed date and TIME. I have shifted my new SAMSUNG QLED in the same vehicle, which was brand new. I was afraid that the TV may get damaged in transit, but they have done a great job. Suresh had informed that kitchen boxes would not be opened but these were boxes containing books. Had to call him to settle the issue. Crockeries were wrapped in newspaper while I had expected bubble wrap. Sofas too were not wrapped at all. Not really value for money for the price I paid. Kind of disappointed. If this was done for 50% of the cost I would have been more than happy but I had better expectations. Suits were wrapped with other items. Side tables had no covers hence marks on the surface. Neither covered with cardboard pieces nor bubble wrapped. Ditto for bean bags. They had become really dusty by the time they reached the new location. However the workers did not ask for extra money which was a relief and payment for shifting also took sometime due to technical issues and Suresh was supportive on that front. All in all, good service but the same can be achieved at half the price.

We contacted Mr NM Jaat with Vrl Packers to help us move furniture from Bangalore to our location in Ooty. It was a short planning time frame but Mr NM Jaat was able to accommodate us immediately. Labours team arrived on time and got right to work. It took longer to load than we had originally thought, and the crew was concerned that it might require two trips, however, with careful packing the truck was fully loaded by noon and we were on our way. First of all I want to thank to all the reviewers who guided me to take decision. We decided to move house from Whitefield to BTM layout (Old house is - 1st Floor to New - 2nd Floor) with all our major and small stuffs . I was not sure on which Movers i need to hire. Then I did google search, read all + and - about the highlighted packers and movers across Bangalore and shortlisted 4. Then I started calling each one of them and finalized with Vrl Packers and Movers. The customer service was great and thumbs up to all their staffs. They worked very smart and hard to finish this shifting task. I was little but stressed and worried how these things they will load and unload as few items are really heavy to carry and would need anyones complete physical strength required. But Vrl team did it like hanuman carrying the stuffs with care. The staffs are polite and physically fit. Recently I shifted from Bangalore to kolkattaPros:1) Guys who came for packing/loading are very talented2) Packing quality is awesome.Costly Items are safe from scratch and damage.3) Timely delivery even on sharing vehicle transport also4) Didnt charge me any extra money (Estimated money same I paid them)5) Unloading guy had knowledge on google map,so they reach easily.Unloading guys also very talentedCons:1) Guy who came for estimation is bit lagging on people management.(Since there is delay on arrival, I argue with him how you could delivery on time? he simply told if you want cancel it. The words are very shocking for me )2) Packing it self took 7 hours (quality of packing take such time.its worth for the delay)3)In Bngalore for local transport they provided very small vehicle.In that they managed to dump two house items. Refer the photo how much height they dump. Box on the bottom items will get damaged when they added more weight(few of my kitchen plastic box are broken)4)Packing guys mostly speak in Hindi only(its hard for me to understand)5) Both loading and unloading guys expecting tips at least 100 Rs for each (But they accept even if you give below that also). For loading I gave 250Rs in chennai and unloading I gave 250 at Bangalore.6) This is not the low quotation. Its is average quotation.

I asked for Vrl Packers and Movers service on 22nd Feb 2018 for relocating to a house of a distance under 5kms. The charge was average as booked the service through NoBroker website. A 5 member group came for shifting where the head person was a driver who did nothing but driving.. and 4 youngsters or maybe juveniles.I know how these Packers and Movers operate , so before they came for transporting and packing, i packed and covered all items inside cardboard boxes with respective thermocol safety holders inside so that when they move it does not get scratched or damaged. So in fact I reduced their job to 50%.Now when they came, they immediately sealed everything with cellotape and was literally carrying and moving fast without caring for costlier / big electronic appliances , so we have to keep a close eye while they put items in the truck or else it will get damaged for sure. And none of the damages caused will be covered from their side.Now comes the funny part..Customers give tip to the person who did service for them when they liked their service but here they demand more money as tip.When I gave extra 300rs as TIP apart from the bulk amount for their service i gave, they refused and demanded Rs.500 other wise they wont leave.They asked for water which my wife gave it to them in Tupperware bottle which they did not give back, they took our new broomstick to dust their vehicle which also they did not give back. So they dont have courtesy to give back things which are not theirs.. so better keep a close eye on what and all things you are transporting.

I had very good experience with Vrl packers and movers bangalore. I have called them on 06th of may for shifting house from bellandur to Btm layout. And the same day The guy Suresh visited my house and he given quote my 2 BHK. And the quote was ok. And peoples came for shifting purpose on 08th of may early mornimg @ 07;00 am. What they promised. 4 peoples arrived along with supervisor And they started packing and got finished @ 09:30 am. They used bubble wrap for all electronic and glass top. And there is no any hurry burry while they packed. And finally truck reached to BTM Layout @ 11:00 am. And they delivered items to 3rd floor.
