Some are poor in quality like jeans kind of dresses, dress color goes like anything after washing.Behaviour of the employees over there not that friendly, few of them are little bit rude.Overall item costs are affordable for medium class people.

Always crowded. The parking spaces are cramped for 4 wheelers. But there are dedicated staff to handle it. Need some patience.The cash counters should have been arranged better. Always the first counter is crowded. Still there are few counters after the first row hiding, where people rarely go.

Maintained well. Billing was quick. Most of the items were available with discounts provisions. I could see but less option on biscuts n chocolate. Its 3 floor building with all garments, utensils, stationary ,gifts, electronic items. Very much affordable.

Pathetic response from this store manager and staff. This never happened in Vijaynagar and Mysore road locations. Bloody staff billed even though we clearly told we need extra bag else we will come again. After billing we requested for extra bags which idiot store manager denied and started fooling around. Even his staff members started to run around doing nothing.

I used to shop from METRO Yeshvanthpur, but noticed the quality and price is very competitive and fair at Dmart.I wish their parking entry and exit was better planned but it works out anyways.A warranty product was replaced and without much hassle and no questions asked.

Great place for monthly grocery shopping. We can get the products at really lower prices compared to other supermarkets. Only thing is it is really very crowded, so plan to go in mornings or before evening to avoid crowds in this pandemic times. They have good parking space as well compared to other D mart branches.

Security check is a tedious process here and I have in the past, simply left because the staff were rude. But I realize now that because of the sheer volume of people who come to this place, they need some strict security. It gets extremely crowded and you have to stand in long queues to enter the shop if you go close to pay day. Better avoid weekends also if you want to shop cheap and in peace

Best place to shop for daily needs / groceries. They give good discounts upfront, without any gimmicks. Most of the items have really good discounts and its directly given to customers without too many terms and conditions.Billing is super fast and customer care is very efficient. I had complained about unavailability of one item. The store manager called me after 2 days to inform me why they dont carry that item and what he plans to do to get that item in store. Thats excellent customer service.

Th queue in the entrance should not be there ,that wastes most of the time, otherwise its good. Prices are fine, billing is fast.

Worst experience. Irresponsible service and pathetic representatives. After shopping we made the transaction through UPI and the amount got debited from our account but the bill did not get generated, of which they made us wait for over 40mins and came back saying that in 2biz days the amount would be credited back to the account. This took place on 30th August 2021, we took the representative’s phone number and his name(Babu), I called him up after 2 days i.e on 2nd Sept, he asked for two days time and today is 8th Sept, no call back, not answering the call and no credit yet. This has been a pathetic experience and yet that person (Babu) from Dmart Yehalanka does not care to answer nor bothered to call us back.

Beware of vehile damage while turning vehile on climbing ramp. No proper space for turning vehicles, bumper or sides get rubbed with walls. Havnt installed protectors besides many accidents. Avoid on weekends. Try visiting early hours. Open from 8am-9pm. Very careless people no customer orientation. Only money minded.Cramped space.
