Acko had sent the car here to get the bumper replaced, they just fixed the dent in the old bumper and repainted it before putting it back and sending it via acko and billing full amount including the new bumper cost.. Absolutely useless service.

I had an issue with my new car. The reverse sensor had fallen inside the bumper. When I had gone there the manager there said it will cost Rs 750/- and will take 4 hours. I drove down to Kropex which was 30 km away and got it fixed in short time for no charge since they said it is covered under warranty. Not giving one star because I have used their services few years back and Mahesh had been very helpful!

Good service center with knowledgeable mechanics. However being a Weekend it was surprisingly low on customer count. I could see that the number of Service advisor and engineers were very minimal.Car wash took almost 2hours with 2-3 guys on the job. Though the job was done exceptionally well, 2hours for a car at an authorised center seems too much to me.I was fortunate enough to have my car back by 1pm (as I reported by 9.20am) for my 2nd free service.They have a multi brand service center shared with the same workshop which seems to be quite buzzing with more number of customers and cars.Advice to TATA section: Employ more staff for general service and advise cleaning staff to do a quicker job.Advice to Customers: Report early to the center for a faster job.Overall am happy with the Job I got done last weekend

Had visited this place through GoMechanic. The facility is good and the staff is helpful. They did a pretty decent job on my car. It is located right beside the Tata service center.Now regarding the Gomechanic -They provide car services at very reasonable amount. They have a good coverage of service centers across the city. Also provides free pick up and drop of your vehicle. However, the website has many fancy misleading offers for which the T&C are no where mentioned.Overall, I am satisfied and would recommend.

I am not sure if they actually do anything apart from just washing and cleaning the car.I gave the car on a Saturday and got a callback within 2 hrs that service is done .Once coming back i checked no change in AC filter , no changes in windshield noise .Wheel balancing and all you can just forget about.I would say when it comes to TATA cars better do not go to any showroom.Better search for local shops and tell them specific issues and get it done .

I have given my car to Emm Emm motors for the replacement of my Cars dicky door due to damage. TMSC app recommended this Emm Emm Motors. Emm Emm Motors took two and half week for the replacement of the doors. The reason they were telling are, Insurance approval, spare part availability, etc.. When I contacted Insurance company, they have told me that the Insurance was approved in the first day itself. When I called Tata Motors Pune, they have told that spare part is was already available in Bangalore itself. They have made a lot of scratches on the car. I got more doubts on the Emm Emm Motors. I do not recommend this service center.

My indica v2,had rat bite and damaged all cables,i was able to start the car but it will not go off when i remove the key that was my complaint,They said,They removed dash board corrected all cables also they adviced for rat mesh for which they charged 3400/- only for rat mesh.total bill was 11000/- for correcting dash board cables.These all OK but i think they missed AC wire connection, now my car AC not getting on.Electricians/technicians are not experienced enoughSo careful while giving and taking the vehicle.Verify everything while delivery,the quality of work is very very poor,but they talk too much.

This was my 2nd visit to emm motor and as usual they informed me that part is not available . Service advisor asked me to visit adishakti to get that part . On my last visit also service advisor informed that part is not available . I dont know how they become Tata authorised service centre when they cant even procure part . Moreover ever they are very reluctant to change part which is under warranty . Tata must remove then from there service center list .

No basic spares available in the service center like HT cable, spark plug. Dont waste your time and money.

I had a car breakdown and thought it was due to rats cutting the cables. The service advisor was courteous and informed me that they have done all due checks and my battery was drained due to nonusage. He recharged my battery and fixed the broken brake light switch. When there was alignment issue for the switch he promptly sent his technicians to fix the switch and didnt charge anything extra. Happy overall :)

Hi, I would like to share some experience with Emm Emm motors they have done a fantastic job to my Hyundai i10 car after met with an accident, Royal sundaram insurance people recommended to Emm Emm motors.My car RH front door, rear door and back side portion completely damaged they have changed the damaged portions for new one and done a good job, now my car looks like a new car and also they removed old dent and marks.Emm Emm motors have a big workshop and experienced workers and also staffs are very kind and helpful.Thank you Emm Emm motors.

They didnt allow me to view from the work area saying customers not allowed and wanted me to check it from the glass room. The funny thing is you cant really see much from the glass room unless your vehicle is parked upfront. I went for wheel alignment and balancing. No report post work. I would never recommend gomechanic

Please donot get in the trap of these guys.They partner with local garages and do not come back on any issue encountered.Even their customer support is not helpful.Instead they tell you that you are faking it.These local garages use in-genuine parts and charge more than authorised service providers.I tried to raise it with their customer care and they did not care even after providing all evidences.

Go mechanic has no idea on how EMM EMM motors operate. They simply book your appointment.

I was referred here through gomechanic. The job was to remove xuv500 alloy wheels and then deep clean using some chemical and fit it back. Gomechanic representative was very confident when I was sent. When I reached the place they did not even touch the car and decided that xuv500 wheels will be jammed, cant remove them. Also they dont have liquid to clean.These set of lazy people dont want to do any work.Gomechanic it seems just a online portal but have no idea how things work in the field.Waste of time.I had changed the tyres a month ago so all the wheels were removed then. Without even touching the car mechanic decided wheels are jammed, great talent.Same day I went to CTK detailerz Ramamurthy nagar main road, they removed and cleaned all the alloy wheels very nice effortlessly.

Great service and wonderful staff . Ive had worst experience with Tata motors service in Bangalore with multiple service centres finally switched to this place. I just travel 25km to visit this place for service despite the closest SC is 8km which I hate. Had great experience with a Tata service centre for the first time here which I previously had got only with Auto Matrix Mangalore SC. Keep up the good work. Tata motors you need more such service centres to get the trust back from people.

Overall, the people here are honest with their work and polite. Only problem is they are not good at conveying you if there is a delay in service. Had a major repair done here for my car. What was initially a 15 days job, took 2 months to finish. They could not meet the dead lines set by themselves for 4 times. But the job was done well. The was a mistake dine by them, but the service advisor were honest enough to admit it.

No one has any concerns about the client..I kept waiting to get the information for my i20 Car servicing. .nobofay seem to be so bothered about giving any information.. Typical South Indian Mentality..as to we will work as desinated for and no body will take even small gesture to comfort the client.Take it or leave it, we dont care about you.. We get our salary on time from Ratan Tata and we are his damaad for lifetime.Seriously poor mgmt, poor service and poor client handling.

They have repaired wiring problem (injector wiring were cut off). Repaired and painted rear bumper. Overhauled complete front suspension - all in a reasonable cost with nice approach. This is my 4th car in my ownership experience so far. I have been to many Service centers, Emm Emm motors has been the best so far.Older Review (5 stars)My review is based on my Chevrolet Sail Uva (I have two Chevrolet Sail Uva) related services I have got done here. So far, the below items I have got serviced by Emm Emm Motors. 1) ROGERAB suspension buffer installation (this is free, comes with rogerab purchase), Full Clutch unit replacement, Windshield replacement, wheel alignment, engine oil, brake oil, coolant, oil filter, air filter, bumper and body dent removal and paint job.# Helpful Service Centre manager and advisor# Honest at their work# I got my services / repair job done in reasonable amount of time# 7 days open# I needed to arrange towing service when my cars clutch got stuck on pressure plate, they arranged quick towing service at 1500/- which I feel reasonable.# Costly or less costly - Cannot comment at this moment, I would say reasonable labour cost, probably some discounts will be icing on the cake!# For a multi brand car service centre I would rate them 5 stars for now, just because of the people I have interacted with, they listen to you, and do the proper job - at the end of the day, that is all a car owner wants.

Very poor quality. way too expensive than the market rate for spares. I got my vehicle spares at half the cost from another authorised Tata service centre than EMM EMM and the worst is the staff tried to justify to me saying that the cost is the same all over. This will be my last time with Emm Emm. Be cautious when buying spares from here, compare the cost from other places as well.

Emm emm motors authorised TATA MOTORS Service center which is shifted to Horamavu from Banaswadi Ring road and is very good, staff is very cooperative .This place is not much crowded like other service center I got my car serviced in 2 hours ,for people staying in Ramamurthy nagar,Hormavu,Banaswadi ,Hennur is very convenient.I would recommend this service center for others.

Bad service. I have given my Wagon R for rear door painting. Now the door guard is not sticking properly. They said that, after repainting the guard wont stick properly, I have to replace it. They could have tell me this before taking it for painting.The second problem, dash board spring has gone, they shouldnt have to touch this part. Now I am not able to close the dashboard. While giving it was in good condition. They dis agreed it.Dont know how they handle Tata vehicles.Now I went to Maruti service center and inquired, they will fix these two problem below 600 bugs. My suggestion is, always give to the authorized service center even if the service charge is bit high.

Good place to repair and service Tata cars

I have been getting my Tata Indigo Manza serviced by EMM EMM Motors for the last one years. I am getting an excellent service in terms of quality of service, timely delivery, accurate diagnosis of the problem and rectification of the problem identified. I have noticed that multiple testing is done to the vehicle after service by the senior service engineers and making sure that no other problem is existing before delivery. My long term suspension issue and steering issues have been rectified by them, which made my driving a pleasure.

I am a retired Air Force officer and am the owner of an Indica since Dec 2001 and I love the car. I used to go to Concorde but stopped some years ago because a) its too far from my home and b) its too crowded now. Last Year I had my front struts changed - a reasonable job but rather expensive. This year I went in for servicing my AC and since the servicing supervisor informed me that they have a Bridgestone dealership I asked them to change 2 tyres as well. I got a call from them at 1600h that my AC compressor would have to be changed. I asked him to go ahead. To this he replied that it would cost 17500/- I reluctantly agreed to this also, he then told me it would take at least 3 days! I said that in that case I would pick up the car. He asked me to come in at 1700h. I was at the workshop at 1715h. The car was finally delivered at 1800h with only 2 tyres changed, wheel alignment and balancing done for which I paid nearly 8000/-.I wouldnt have bothered to review my experience at this forum, had it not been for a phone call I received from the garage yesterday. I was asked if I was happy with the work done at the garage to which I replied that 2 tyres were changed successfully! to which she replied that if I got a call from the head office in Pune - I should give them a rating of 10! I thought that was a rather impertinent suggestion, hence this lengthy explanation.Incidently I got the AC serviced at an old friends garage for 2000/-. Its working fine so far.
