I booked an appointment online with Cars24 and then went to Indiranagar Cars 24 centre. The entire process was efficient and flawless. In less than 2 hours , inspection of my car was done and I got the best price for my Ritz car and the money was transferred to my bank account hassle free.Highly recommend

No parking space. Evaluators dont take care of your car while evaluating. No respect for others time. Main requirement is having a parking space but they dont have parking space due to construction activity in vicinity

The worst experience the collected all my documents & cancelled they side of the deal its been weeks & the are not returning my documents. A person called Naveen keeps saying I raised a request but still havent recieved my documents. When they want something the come collect it but to return it its taking weeks together.

When you initially inquire about the sale price of the car, they indicate a very attractive price band width after providing details of the car. When one goes to their office for inspection of the car, the actual price quote will at least be 10% to 20% of the lower band width. I think they indicate higher band width just to attract people. The price they quoted for my car is actually 15% lower than the offer that I got from one another purchaser.Though I should mention that the staff were very courteous

Worst evaluation. They just Brain wash the customer. Then Waste your time... the inspection guy is hopeless... he just degrades your car even in its best condition.. even a tiny little hair line scratch is looked for.. and then the value goes down.. how hopeless can this be.. even a brand new car from showroom would hv such small tiny scratches...

Had a very bad experience here. The staff who were in the office was really good and welcoming, but, the guy who inspected was not customer friendly, felt he was looking for some money. He ran through the checks most of them he was entering without even looking. The valuation was incorrect and when I asked for some pics to prove their claims or to show me the defect on the car he was not cooperative. They would not give you the report even if you are ready to pay for it. I checked the defects he mentioned in the service center today and they informed it was fine (I am delayed writing this review to wait for the comments from the service center). I am not sure why they claim they give the best price. Also they do charge you some amount which is not mentioned in the app if you are planning to sell the car to them. What I have noticed is that the company (Maruti,Tata,mahindra,etc) operated used cars centers give a much better offer if you are looking for a quick sell. From my experience I definitely do not recommend this place.

Horrible experience. The evaluator Mr, PRADEEP ( not sure if this is true) is unprofessional. No ethics. Not fit to be in this profession. Locals are far better.. Foolish way of inspection. 3 month old new tyres, he says its worn out. Even if the exterior of my car is all fine with no scratches, he finds one small dent inside the door (where seatbelt is placed) and tells its damaged ... Good way of cheating people to make money.

Horrible experience trying to sell my first car through cars 24. I visited their office couple of times and the first time i was a walk-in customer. I was told to book an appointment to ensure timely inspection. I adhered to there request and booked an appointment for my second visit and was still made to wait 30 minutes. Staff are ill-informed and lethargic and would recommend using other means like car dekho to sell your car

My experience selling my car in Bangalore with Cars24 continues be a harrowing experience. I sold my car on 24th June under the Seller Protection Policy that Cars24 markets. Its a service where Cars24 handles the post sale activities namely Vehicle Registration Transfer. Its been over two months and the Vehicle Registration has not yet changed. There is no follow up or feedback from Cars24 reps. Upon speaking to customer care i dont get any conclusive answers apart from the usual stalling mumbo jumbo. After more than 2 months i finally get a random call from a representative at Cars 24 saying that i am supposed to resubmit my KYC details as the service representative from Cars 24 (a gentleman by the name of Shikhar Katiyar) had lost my KYC details. Loosing a customers KYC documents is not only irresponsible but also a grave risk as it can easily get into wrong hands. Whats more irresponsible is that it takes them 2 months to inform me of this. Had i gone with a regular RTO agent the Transfer would have been completed in 10 to 15 days. I would like to place on record that 1) Cars24 clearly does not have a system in place to safe guard our KYC documents and this poses a significant fraud risk and 2) Their Seller Protection Policy is a farce. I would urge anyone who is considering this to think carefully before choosing the Cars24 Seller Protection Policy.

The price they offer after evaluation is no where near to the price they quote online, but any day better than some used car dealers. Only drawback is the waiting time, can easily take upto an hour for vehicle inspection and evaluation provided there are not many people already waiting.

BE CAREFUL KEEP AWAY FROM SUCH PEOPLEThese people are cheaters; we had a very bad experience with them. Kindly keep away from them. Look for a better buyer for your car (the company buy back offer is much better than such persons).Let me explain my experience. They offered us a very good price for our car just to attract us to their office. Once we went there they took a long time in car inspection and valuation, after this was done they tried to convince us with all sorts of false problems in the car. They claimed that they never quote any value for the car. They said that they are going to offer our car on an online bidding process; they claimed they had a large number of online bidders (which is totally false). After the bidding process was over (which we are never aware of), they quoted a very low value for our car (half the market value). They said this was the highest bid they have got for our car. All this is a total waste of time and a process of misguiding innocent people. We ended up in not accepting this offer and finally sold our car for almost double the amount quoted by these people.If you have no other choice and take a final decision you are the person these people are looking for to make fool out of you and the company guy’s end up making good money out of this transaction, so BE CAREFUL KEEP AWAY FROM SUCH PEOPLE.

Against a very reasonable sum a detailed evaluation report is available even if one dose not agree to sell.I sold one car and I scrapped one car. When you scrap your car elsewhere one is worried if the engine is used illegally elsewhere. No such worries at CARS24. They will give you chasis number of your car in the original metallic form.RC book copy of new owner is made available in due course of time.

These guys are providing better value for your car than any other dealer, the price is better than even walk in end Customers who want to buy your car.Very interesting business, Waiting for the bubble to burst.Their checking is very superficial and time consuming, you have to set across 4-6hrs to have the complete closure done, its not 30min definitely. Sometimes the evaluations are not symmetric.They keep a decent 3-5% value to negotiate n close the deal.Overall they provide good value in Rs for your car and you are at peace that its a company thats buying your car. They inform that transfer of docs is free but until its transferred the law considers the RC owner to be responsible for any wrong doing.

The price offered by them “may” be higher than what a dealer would pay you. But when you compare to the pricing that you get from a direct buyer, it is way way low. I was selling a vehicle for one of my relative. My first visit at the showroom said 8.4 and I sold the vehicle to the direct buyer at 9.3.The way they do it is by forcing you to sell the vehicle at the very instance by telling that the price is valid only for X amount of time.I would personally suggest to have a view outside with a direct buyer to understand the price difference

Was able to sell the car however did take me almost over 2 hours for the entire process. The inspection and auction did complete in in the first 1 hour and 20 mins. The insta payment took around an hour which was a long wait for it to be called as insta. Thank you!!!

I went to this place to get my car inspected. As the online calculator showed the price range for my car to be in range of 3.6 lakhs for very bad condition and 6.5 for excellent condition. When the inspection person came down he said i can get only 3.5 lacs. He did not bother to inspect the car. Serious waste of my time.

Great Experience from the time I entered the Office. True to their advertisement, I could complete the transactions in a single visit to my satisfaction. Sold the car and got the full money transferred to my bank account. Special mention to the staff in Indira Nagar. All of them were friendly and professional. Then why four stars: I reached their office at 4:45 PM and around 6 PM when I was getting ready to leave (after completing ALL the transactions) I got a call from CARS 24, reminding me about my appointment and enquiring when will I reach the Indira Nagar office :-( !

Hyder - this guy explains in and out everything about how the valuation is done !! Also I could learn lot of this which we should check when going to buy a second hand car !!This pointers are a lot helpful for any person like me who doesnt know much about cars or how to inspect them .Hyder is a helpful person and has deep knowledge of what he is dealing with. I would suggest you ask for these peoples help before buying a second hand car or even goes to check one to buy!!But cars 24 will not offer you anything more than local dealers , so dont go with much expectations

Cars 24 uses a marketing gimmick of quiting higher prices online. Physically/face to face, the price reduce dramatically even if their evaluators agree that the condition of the vehicle is excellent.Also the Domlur team is quite nonchalant and disinterested.Avoidable experience

Great experience in selling my second hand car. The evaluation process is thorough and fair. Post the evaluation, the details are uploaded on their platform and dealers bid for the car (within a 30-minute window). The bidding process is transparent and the bids are shared with the seller. Payment for the sold car happens within one hour of agreement by the seller.
