Good showroom. Has almost all models. The workers here are also quite good.But be sure that, before purchasing make a thorough assessment of the model and see online reviews and prices in other showrooms.Always ask for the test drive before purchasing.. Its your money and you should be comfort enough. Not the you tubers and not the others.Update after buying bike :On Sep 3rd we made full payment and there after the executives stop picking our call. They are not at all responding. Even those at the account section, does not respond after the payment.Would have given zero star and an angry face if the option is available in the maps. Unfortunately 1 star is the least i can provide.My opinion is, its better to buy your choice bike in any other showrooms.

Service center and showroom are opposite to each other. Service center charges are more than their competitors like Khivraj. Not sure about the knowledge of the technicians there. For my Pulsar they say...without battery the magnetic coil will go bad which I could not believe as I have run the vehicle without battery for more than an year and have seen many bikes running like that.

I had a mixed experience with them. Staffs were good and knowledgeable but one of them was behaving very rude and was acting as if he is the owner of the place but he was just a technician there. Management is very bad. After service of the vehicle they will take the bike for washing which at the other side of the road. And, when i got my bike after wash it had mud stains and after telling them they again took it for washing without any argument and then it was all cleaned and polished properly. I would recommend to not to leave your vehicle there and if possible get your vehicle serviced at your presence.

This is the worst showroom I have seen in my life,those ladies in showroom are dumb fellows and they did not respond correctly to their customers and they think r the owners of showroom, plz dont visit this showroom,if u visit and buy any bike here u need to visit 10-20 time for small issue like for number plate I had visited more than 10 time any they took 3 months for my bike registration

One of the worst service centers across banglore. I bought a pulsar 200ns one year back that is February-23-2019, and the bike had issue from the day one when ever I picked up the bike from the showroom, so I recognised the problem ( the bike chokes at the higher RPM) and informed the service people in yelahanka service center, the guy told it will be fixed in the first service and it was time for the first service they took my bike and they serviced my bike and gave it back next day,but the issue was still there. So I called up the service center again and asked them about the issue what I told isnt fixed so they said that please get the bike well fix. So the next day I took the bike and went but they just removed the carburettor and cleaned it put it back again and they didnt even test rode the bike and they said its fixed so I took it for a ride and it was there I told him that it is still the same. So they told me they should inspect the bike please leave it here and well call you as soon as it gets fixed but I never got a call till 4 days so I called them by myself but they told we are looking for the issue and then comes the time after another 3 days I went by myself and checked the motorcycle was standing where ever I left it. I went and asked about it the guys there said its fixed but I can see the bike is littrally filled with dust and was standing where ever it was left and then I took it to other service center which is in makeri circle which is worst then any other service the guy over there literally told me to change my mind set and ride the motorcycle then the problem will be solved he told. Head of service team.its been one year and then dont know whats the problem in my bike and they dont even talk sensible and anothers hand is if you complain this to the Bajaj customer care they littrally take your address and phone number and give it to the nearest Bajaj service center and they come to your place and pick it up and then the same old process nothing they do. The twist here is they come to your house to pick the bike but while its time to deliver they tell us to come and pick so that we can check if the problem is solved or not this is just what they say but the real catch is they wont let you ride it until you sign the form which says my problem is solved and I take back my complaint and then they let you ride.

One of the worst showroom & Service center this is.Sales people dont know technical specification of any Bike. Bajaj Avenger they it is Dual channel ABS & they sold even by telling this (1 Guy told this). They dont tell anything unless you ask. Tools Kit, Insurance, Number plate nothing. They dont even pick up the calls.Service: After 1st free service, petrol leakage was there from carburetor (Lost half tank) local garage people said air stuck in carburetor & loose fitting.Hire at least Diploma Automobile Engineer to explain vehicle specs to customer.

My vehicle was scarcted and later I found it asked them to change then went to some other dealer and bought those things to replace.Service centre are like worst know people garage. Absolutely disgracefull management and employees. Managers of both sales and service are overloaded with work and they are unable to organize the team.Sales delivered a damaged vehicle had to wait 2 days for new bike.And they took 21 days for issuing tax receipt number. All the sales executives are lazy and totally unprofessional.Service on other hand is even more worse. New bike was serviced 3 times in 15 days for same problem. Service centre is filled with u skilled mechanics and manager has no worries of vehicle service quality.Never go to this show room.

I had been for service of pulsar 180 dts bike, in that they estimated the cost of chain sporket kit and other parts, in that i had ordered tyer from online, for each change of part they are charging labor charge for chain sporket they are charging 2500₹ in including labor its too costly and they are just taking money from customers not happy with the service.

As of today (March 2019) service is in basement of a under construction building & there is no safety precautions considered. Bricks and iron rods are falling in front of entrance of service where customers has to walk, its also falling on bikes which are kept in waiting for their turn to get serviced.The service is good no complaints.

When you go there to pick your brand new bike after paying them a handful of cash, floating in excitement.., theyll treat it like a piece of junk theyve been waiting to get rid of and want to send you and the bike away asap. Theyll mix up the documents and make you run around for registration to government offices, theyll lie to you that theres a problem in RTO and wash their hands, theyll forget to send you your insurance copies and even not make the effort to contact you when your bike number arrives. I traveled on temporary number for 46 days, without insurance for almost two weeks. And its been 61 days since getting my number and I still havent recieved my RC because Kalyani Bajaj Yelahanka forgot to forward my file to RTO. And this you realise when you take time off work to travel all the way to Signayakanahalli RTO outside city limits looking for the truth.All this inspite of visiting in person several times to enquire because their landline in ALWAYS busy. The show is run by two women and you cant even shout at them because of that. If you think Im biased, you can read the rest of the comments here and decide for yourself. But remember, you will definitely regret buying here, your special moment or your first service or any emotional attachment is of zero value to them. Youre just a guy whos paying money for a piece of metal.

September 23 2019 update.For installing the number plate of the vehicle Rajeshwari wanted signature. Once reached office they have mentioned that we wanted to see you regarding the old post on Google reviews and not for the signature. Who would do this to any customer. I believe this showroom executive is wasting the time of the customer here for no reason.Note= till today no updates on the documents of the vehicle. No wonder why Bajaj auto people are not taking any responsibility on this matter. This is high time for the showroom responsible manager to take incharge here. My friend wanted to buy a ns160 from here, but somehow I convinced him not to buy it from the yelahanka showroom, now I feel proud!! I bought a ns200 in December 2018 and its been 3 months and I still havent received my registration card. Ive been constantly going to the showroom every week only to be sent back every single time. I had to use my bike without a plate for almost 3 months, if I was having my plate then I would even have finished my bikes second service. The staff over there is one of the worst and the laziest Ive ever met, once theyve sold a vehicle to a costumer then they forget time, the next time you walk into the showroom you wont get the same feeling, plus they rarely pick up their telephone. Guys so lets not call them and disturb them😊

Skilled mechanics have left the job here current mechanics here are Unskilled people, they took 1 week to analyse my bike problem that too after giving bike on 3rd time and complaining same in same week. They give excuses for their faulty work. they charged me 10K but problem is still unresolved. Never leave your bike with petrol filled they steal petrol from your bike also they never take bike for service after 10AM! so please think before leaving here for service. This my bad experience.

Appalling customer service. As i was looking to upgrade my bike to dominor 400 i went to kalyani bajaj in yelahanka for geeting a look at the bike and getting some details. We were greeted in a very dismal fashion and when asked for details we were just provided sheet with price which the staff just left on table and not even handed it to us.When we asked for a bike the just unscrewed odo from the bike which was waiting to be delivered to some customer. I felt really bad for the guy whose bike i took for test ride.At the end they did not take my phone number to follow up. I have been to some other bike showrooms and never seen such a dismal attitude from staff. The only chap who was helpful is the one who deals in 2nd hand vehicles.Even though i have decided to go with dominor 400. I am contemplating if i should give business to kalyani bajaj.
