Highly recommended! I took vaccination today with my parents, we had a pleasant experience. The staffs were very cooperative and considerate. The doctor who helped us take vaccination was very experienced. I suggest the morning slots for the same.

Took my 2nd dose of vaccination from here. Staff and facility is very good. The whole process took less than 20 minutes and crowd was very less. The whole place around this facility is very calm and soothing and you have good open air surroundings to wait if in case crowd is more.

Visited for vaccination on Monday morning, it was smooth experience, no crowd and the staff who gave the vaccine was very polite and Jolly, it took less than 10 mins to get the jab and come out. Very Very convenient.

I go there for ultrasound. Padma is very helpful throughout the process. The doctor is very knowledgeable and takes time to scan.

Got covaxin 2nd dose from here. While the clinic was clean n maintained. But the person administering the vaccine, a man, he injected the vaccine not in my upper arm. But behind my upper arm, causing me pain at the site for days after. And it should be a quick jab whereas this man kept the needle inside for some seconds. I dont know if the second shot worked or not because of all this. Extremely irresponsible. And above all that, in my certificate some womans name was mentioned as the vaccine giver. Which isnt true.

As a clinic/hospital, they must offer wheelchair service to the patients as the main clinic/hospital is inside a business park and one has to cover good amount of distance by walking to reach there. For healthy individuals its not an issue but for aged or unwell patients it becomes a hassle. Overall, other than the above mentioned point , its a good enough clinic for emergency or immediate requirements.

Got vaccinated today (2nd dose). Highly recommend. Had taken the first dose in apollo, this experience was betterPositives :1. Token based queueing system. There is a registration desk with 2 employees, fill out a form, get a queue no. and wait for your turn2. Open area waiting - Compared to other hospitals where it would be a cramped waiting area, the waiting area for this is in dead centre of the tech parks food court, with a beautiful ambiance. You can spread out and wait for your turn.3. Good nurse (or doctor? not sure) - the person who gave me the injection was very kind and considering. She also showed me the vaccine before injecting itWhat could be better :1. With the opd patients coming in, it became slightly rushed. They should create a different queue for them maybe?2. Display the current token number outside (maybe use a whiteboard or blackboard). It is better than asking the person several times

Do not visit this place for vaccination. They refused to vaccinate in the morning saying “they need to have specific numbers of registration for starting the vaccination”. This completely unethical and unprofessional. They insisted it is as per guidelines. No one else possibly find that guideline.That stupid fellow asked me wait until they get satisfied number of registration.They should have call and let us know their useless rules. Which could have saved our exposure during this pandemic.

RxDx is one of the least customer centric healthcare centres you’ll find around Bangalore. I gave my sample for an emergency test and the report was promised with in 24 hrs. The report didn’t come even after 36 hrs. The worst thing is it’s impossible to reach them. I tried reaching their customer care number 5 times today, the call gets timed out after waiting more than 10 mins every time. They didn’t call me back. They didn’t reply to my emails also.Companies like this sprout and fade away because they don’t care about customers, which is the absolute first thing for any health care company.

Very good healthcare service but their phone line is patheticThey have put some clueless people on their phone line and whenever you try to reach rxdx Bellandur, you will have to wait for 10 mins and then they will forward to other centers. There is no direct phone line for rxdx Bellandur. Come on guys, please add direct phone line to these centers. It takes more than 20 mins to simply check availability of a medicine at one of their pharmacies (or they suggest you to write an email! seriously? Kidding me?)

I booked for RT PCR test for covid recently. They took the appointment and on the day of the appointment I called the customer care and they just told me that the lab is closed.I booked appointment for April 18 on April 16th. They should have called and informed me a day prior

All basic health care facilities are available. Most of the Specialists are available but they have specific days and timings. Its advisable to take appointment before visit. There is a pharmacy and lab facilities available. The pharmacy doesnt give antibiotics without prescription.

My Experience to this Bellendur RxDx centre has been superb. Very polite and experienced staff whether at reception or nursing department or consulation. Specially Ms. Jennifer handled all the procedures quickly and without any hassle.I went for health checkup and i will recommend if anybody wants to visit.

Terrible experience - I had to follow up multiple times post payment for Covid test sample collection.And to make matters worse, its been over 24 hours and I still havent received my reports, even after multiple follow-ups with the customer care.I would not recommend this place for lab tests.

My experience of Covid vaccination at this place is excellent. Very well organized and very professional.You need to register yourself in Cowin App or Cowin portal before your visit. You will be given a token on your visit and need to wait for your turn.There is ample waiting place available and only few people are called in to queue inside the clinic.Staff are very polite and professional. I am very happy with the quality of doctors and treatment at RXDX, Bellandur. I prefer going to RXDX over any other bigger hospital as it offers good doctors and nursing Staff. Recently I took my parents for a 2nd round of Covid shot to RXDX and Mr Lokesh who handles the covid vaccines was extremely helpful and sweet. We took the first shot of vaccine at Columbia Asia , Sarjapur Road on March 3rd. Columbia Asia messed up by not updating the details of my fathers 1st shot on CoWin app. Inspite of repeated calls and reminders to Columbia Asia , the staff was extremely rude and didnt help me solve the issue. Mr Lokesh at RXDX was super helpful and helped me solve the problem. Finally my dad got his 2nd Shot at RXDX. Highly recommend RXDX for the quality as well as being helpful.

I had to take a Covid test towards one of my travel need and the time was really short. I got a really prompt reply from the team and they collected the sample from my residence. Due to my travel urgency they prioritised my results and got it the next day early morning! Overall very satisfied by the experience and pricing was also reasonable.

Horrible experience today at RxDx Bellandur for COVID vaccination. We arrived early well within the appointment time and were asked to come later. When we came later, we were refused vaccination despite having registered and booked an appointment.And the front desk staff were rude and dismissive of our queries.Absolutely disappointed.

Have you ever heard that a cast gets loose in two days...Well ,when you visit Dr.Shivraj (Ortho) at Bellandur RXDX clinic..that is what happens.First you spend 6k for it ,oh btw the cast bandage the doctor took 2000 as his separate charge and then says they cant do anything when asked questions.Says it is very general knowledge to have the cast loose in 2-3 days.Seriously,never visit as you will get looted and some mis concepts and bad diagnosis by Dr.Shivraj whoever.....@Rxdx pull up your socks on giving good care for the patients.

1. Long waiting time for everything.2. Had to call to get the reports in mail which they ideally promise in 2-3 working days.3. Reports were not correct, it showed marked for values which were in the appropriate range , same was also pointed out by their own general physician.4. Skipped dietician consultation as dietician is not available after 12 oclcok. Customer centricity is definitely not one of their Moto.( Clumsiness in the service could not have been better proved by the response to this review wherein not even my name could have been got right. )

Had a bad experience for covid vaccine, I had booked an appointment and chosen a slot and when I reached there they said they are administering the vaccines according to their slots , and they expected me to go to their site to check the appointment, also couldn’t help with rescheduling. They mentioned I can to Whitefield clinic if I wanted it as per my time requirement Rescheduling not in their hands I understand,but no where does the cow in site mention that we need to check with the clinic nor does it mention that time might differ. This is not the case with other clinic and hospitals

I went to RxDx Bellandur branch with a fever last week..Dr Rituparna was helpful in systematically diagnosing and finding the root cause as typhoid while all eyes are towards Covid nowadays..her timely tests and medication helped me cure in a week...only negative is the center is not open after 5 pm and I had to go to Whitefield branch for evening injection..

Recently took the home service COVID test service for my line in maid. The service was extremely fast. The Manager, Mr Shashi was specifically very responsive. The report was also shared within a day when I called up, despite the sla of 2 days. Mr Shashi was extremely polite and helpful. The whole process was extremely professional and fast. The facility is clean and accessible. However the doctors seem to be below average. The ENT specialist doctor she gave the wrong medication, then when I tried calling to clarify she would not take the call. Tried so many times. They want you to visit again and pay Rs. 500. I feel they are very mercenary rather than providing medical help.

A very professional set up. Appointments are taken care of properly and not much time is required. My treatment was done by Dr. Rituparna Roy. She is such a nice person. She took good amount of time to listen to all issues and then did a through examination and dint prescribe unnecessary medicines. Follow up is also very easy. Nice staff and pharmacy. Location is another boon as it among st all offices so it is very easy to visit doctors.

Worst experience received yesterday.1. Reception receiving was very arrogant2. Reports recieved partially even in next day. When we requested again they shared it.3. Lady radiologist is not available for lady patients. Atleast at the time of appointment they could informStill they are not sure 100% all reports are shared it or not.If they are not 100% sure, how they are running this much big healthcare??? With high premium cost ??

Long/indefinite waiting time even after taking appointments. A lot of waste of time even with less number of visitors on a weekday. Was able to finish somehow my health check after visiting them 4 times still was remaining with one dental consultation because of his absence and less working hours. No female doctor available for scanning uncomfortable areas. Gynecologist is super un-punctual with her appointments. Three times experience, all the time was late by atleast 45 mins to reach to hospital.

Was very impressed by the fact that results were done before scheduled time and I could finish my health up without any delays. Dr.Vijaya knows how to handle your queries and will give apt suggestions to improve your health. Sister Sajita also made sure to delegate my tests properly, and on time, while making sure I feel comfortable with the whole hospital environment.Would heavily recommend this place for any health related issues because of their services and their staff. Went to RxDx Bellandur for health check. Location is great and overall facilities are good. However I was disappointed for several reasons -1. Really long waiting time between tests. A comprehensive health check took 7 hours.2.Bone density machine was sent to another location for some camp that was being conducted. This happened twice although I had taken an appointment. I was told to come back on a weekday and I opted to take a refund instead which was promptly given.3. Post health check, appointment with nutritionist is only available on weekdays, that too between 1.30-4.30pm only. Customer convenience is definitely not on the top of their minds.4. Backend desk folks are inefficient and make patients wait although the relevant doctor is available and free.5. No lady radiologist is available for female patients, even for tests like sono mammography which can make it a very uncomfortable experience. I see that this has been mentioned in one of the reviews 7 months ago and although there is a response saying it will be addressed, clearly, nothing has been done about it.

Was undergoing physio therapy treatment and happened to meet Prudhvi at their Eco world branch from their physio department. He has a great technique in identifying the root cause. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who wants to undergo physio treatment. Over all other departments and doctors are also nice.

This is a good clinic neat and clean. Plenty of specialist doctors and also has a procedure room. Pharmacy is well stocked. Rest room was clean. You however require a conveyance to reach as it is inside the complex. Reception was helpful. This branch is much better than the Kadugodi outlet which has no parking. Professional in working. Recommended.

I visited rxdx bellanduru ,the nursing staff and doctors are very supported especially the nursing staff narendra is guided me as friend, good place with highely qualified and well doctors.

I was taken my wife for ear pain and met the ENT doctor there. Paid Rs.500+100. Doctor was examined and said its due to wax issue. He given some ear drops and told to come after 1week. after one week Again paid Rs.500 for consultation. And done some ear cleaning on one ear and for that Rs. 300 extra charged. Again told us to come back on next week for other ear cleaning. After the 2nd consultation my wife got too much of pain in ear. So we decided to go to some other doctor and identified that the issue was not due to wax and it’s something else. It’s totally disappointing on the treatment at RxDx. I almost spend Rs.1400 and no progress made and doctor couldn’t identify what was the exact problem. They are simply sitting to take money.If you guys are ready travel across the Bangalore and do some Search in internet you can find better and cost effective doctors than this.All the best for who all are going there.

I came to RxDx for my father who recently had a stroke and had to do physiotherapy. My father had taken sessions with Dr Glenda and it was overall very good. . I had been to RxDx for my mother, as she is diabetic, taken to Dr. Siva Rama Krishna. Who is specialist in that.After taking mother there, she is feeling much better than earlier.. Thanx to Dr. Siva Rama Krishna, very good in explaining about medicines also..Overall felt happy with RxDx Health care centre

Disappointed with the experience. As it is already very hard for a patient to trust a doctor given all the malpractices going on, the general physician here makes no effort in building that trust. Instead scolds patients on asking questions. That was the red flag for me. I got up and got out, saving myself from getting robbed off money on unrequired treatment.

Recently I visited General Physician Dr. Rituparno Roy and Skin specialist Dr. Ravi Kiran for mouth ulcers and viral infection. Both of them treated with good care. Clinic is very clean n hygienic and no negative feeling of visiting clinic. A very friendly atmosphere and whole staff is very attentive.

The receptionist is very rude and tries to use red tape to make extra money. Please find someone who understands medicine. I have experienced this in two out of two visits to this location.

Located in the plush RMZ Eco Zone, its got a fantastic environment. The staff is friendly and efficient. Dr Gurmeet Bhalla is an excellent doctor who is our trusted Paediatrician for 3 years. The nurse was also friendly to my child and the injections were administered with care.

All staffs are very good and Dr Rituparna Roy is excellent and Mr Srikanth Clinic Coodinator is very helpful and timely guidance and excellent human being and physio department treats very well and he taking care the patients and cures the problem and overall all the staffs at eco world RXDX is ever good.
