I visited the clinic for my tooth problem for the first time. Dr Harish (surgeon) and Dr. Roopa examined and explained the cause of toothache and the treatment procedure... without any second opinion i continued for further treatment as their response was very much convincing me. I went for dental alignment for my son. In terms of distance and based on reviews thought this good place to go.For full treatment they said it will cost me Rs. 12,000. They said I need to pay in one shot, no installments. Though I felt it to be little costlier, went ahead anyway.As part of treatment they promised to give a teeth apparatus (for alignment correction) in 1 week. Which was handed over to me nearly after 1.5 month.Instead of regular Dr available, they said treatment will be done by some expert. Was it not suppose to be told before payment? And this expert comes to this place on his leisure. The reason for opting for near by dental clinic for easy access was gone. But one good thing was they use to call me and mention the apportionment time. So I thought its okay. But other than looking once into my sons mouth I did not see any extra thing done by this expert.Sometime back my son lost this apparatus given to us. In last visits, the local Dr said, they will try to get some fixed dental fitting. As the expert was coming today, we visited again today. And he says, without apparatus it is not possible to proceed and we need to pay 12K again. And this he will provide fixed apparatus.If that stupid rubber apparatus charge is costing 12K, did you plan to provide dental treatment for charity? And if you can provide fixed apparatus, why you did not provide in starting when we requested? Instead directed to this rubber removable apparatus?Conclusion: One more commercial clinic in market. If you are visiting this clinic, be sure to ask who is going to treat you, the local Dr or the expert who is not present here. And friendly advice, dont be fool like to me, to pay the advance amount, better walk out.I wish I can give zero or negative rating.
