I have done my root canal from here Dr. Rucheet Purba is well experienced and very caring doctor. The place is very hygienic and well maintained.Also the other Dr. Sneha she is also very good and soft spoken. Best part is they all are very caring, after every sitting they will call and check whether there is any problem which I really like the most. Even after finishing the sitting if any problem is there then Dr. Rucheet there to take care. I am really satisfied. I am highly recommending this place for any kind of dental issues.

This was my first visit to this clinic,I came with lot of hestitation ,as I had some caping and cavity to be done on my front upper tooth, I must say the doc ( Dr rucheet purba)did a great job on my front teeth,so that I have a beautiful smile now ,though I have bunny theeth.. and I was made vry comfortable by her & her staff.thk u smile works dental clinic

I’ve been to a few dentists in my life and safe to say that Dr Rucheet has been THE best. I’ve been going to her for the last 3 years. She really listens patiently, understands the problem and then takes time to explain the treatment she is planning to do. Her facility is also neat, clean and nicely managed. The prices are very reasonable and even though I’ve moved 12km away from the area I prefer to go to her for any dental work.

Dr. Rucheet is a thorough, detail oriented and empathetic doctor. She found the root cause to my long standing problem which was ignored by big hospitals for years. Firstly when we read a review we always think that whether its genuine or not? For that let me tell u m from Darjeeling around 2k km far from here also m a serving soldier so could have easily done here in army hospital but by chance I happen to visit this place. And let me be honest that its the best dental clinic I could have visited. The whole staff is so humble and professional from the very fact that the doctor will do her best till you are satisfied. In my case a bit complicated though had to bridge a gap and caping an infected one. When it was done the first time I felt uncomfortable so I reported the same to the doc. She immediately called me removed the entire bridge and took the 2nd impression but due to the time gap I couldnt visit her soon and the 2nd bridge didnt fix well. But she didnt mind taking third impression and preparing third bridge without any extra charges. Now that I call the dedication of a doctor which is really hard to find now days. Believe me she is the best Doc I have ever came across and I would have rated her 10/5 if that was possible. Thank you so much mam for making me smile.

Have been using the clinic since it started. I was a patient with Dr Purba in her previous clinic as well. As with most Indians I only used a dentist for emergencies and that’s how I first went to Dr Purba for an emergency root canal. Having heard absolute horror stories about RCTs I went with fear and came back as a super happy life long admirer of her. Gentle and most importantly she Is never in a hurry for the next patient. She takes her time to make you comfortable and makes sure there is no pain. Her patience is her most admirable skill I will say. Apart from her medical skills of course.Since then when she set up SMILEWORKS DENTAL too I’ve come to her regularly for something or the other. The clinic is super clean with a nice staff. And Dr Purba continues to be amazing. I will recommend this to any one who is looking for a dentist.

I have never checked in to a clinic and wanted to write about a doctor. I went to Dr. Rucheet Purba on 3rd December with a broken cap (front teeth) and severe infection in the gum, followed by 3 root canals and follow up treatments on the same area. It has been over two weeks of continuous treatment which has ended today. She is a brilliant dentist with truckloads of patience and pays attention to the minutest details. I recommend her wholeheartedly and her clinic. My teeth has never been in better health and am finally pain free 😁!!
