Im from nalgonda district of Telangana state, where there is high fluoride content in watet. So I got this dental fluorosis problem. Very bad service. This place is so costly and the service is not worth the money you will pay. There are few better ones near by this one. They will tell u big big lies and try to do the treatment the same day u go for consultation. If you are going there after consultation go for a second opinion and go for the treatment.

I have taken my father to smilax few days before. He use to have severe pain and unable to take his food because of his pain. He underwent implantation treatment followed by caps. Now he is able to take food without pain. Im very happy with the treatment and hospitality.

Didnt have a good experience. The doc was all too eager to get procedure done and grab some money as soon as she could. Even mentioned that xray charges is Rs.500 but eventually billed me Rs. 700 for it without explanation. Please save yourself these greedy establishments

0 star for the clinicI visited because my wisdom tooth was not erected due to which my gum and cheek swollen.. They suggested me to cut the Gum which is not supposed to be done till the swelling stops. They suggested for complete scaling.. They told it reduces swelling.. In the proccess they damaged my lower gum.. Seems few doctors there are learners.. Make sure you consult right doctor.. Because now Im suffering from sensitivity of lower tooth due to damaged gum.. They created additional problem to me.

I went to smilax with severe tooth pain, Dr.manasa saw my tooth and suggested me to go with root canal followed by cap, I was bit worried about my treatment and result, but treatment was very nice, I never felt pain during and post of my treatment. I have visited 1month earlier to get my teeth cleaned..Dr manasa reddy has taken the consultation for me ...She explained about 3differnt type of cleanings simple ,deep ,laserAccording to my pocket i picked up deeper one ......Noticed a bit of positive result after cleaning ..Had sensitivity too but for 3 or 4 days ..Struggled a little but after 3 weeks of the treatment now Im noticing good result ....I feel good and really thank full to smilax for good trearment

This is by far the worst dental hospital in Bangalore city in thubrahalli.My experience about this hospital goes as follows:I identified this hospital from Google reviews the reviews were good and number of people reviewed the hospital is also good number. In addition to this the hospital is near to my home, these are the reasons I chose this dental hospital.Since I had an issue with my teeth which requires immediate attention so I went to the hospital on the same day after reading the reviews. I shouldnt say ambience but the hospital is maintained and we received a warm welcome from the hospital staff.Expecially the main person who is CEO of smilax dental hospital Dr.Manasa Reddy received us like as if we went to their home as her relatives, honestly we were impressed.Initial Dr. Manasa attended me and she told me root canal is required for 4 of my tooth, however the other opinion I took from different doctor told 2 tooth is required so I told her 2 tooth is sufficient, she told me the entire procedure for root canal takes 4 days and they gave me a Bill of 25k for 2 tooth root canal and they asked me to pay the bill immediately but I payed it in 2 installments.The day they started my treatment Dr.Manasa has advised me for scaling actually that is not needed but still she said scaling is must and should before the root canal treatment get complete otherwise infection will start again, so I just went for the scaling they charged me 2k for it, but after scaling it was a bad experience I had full of sensitive for my teeth.Root canal procedure is done they literally took one and half month to finish my RCT treatment but RCT done by another doctor, later Dr. Manasa has taken measurement for the cap while taking measurements she literally inflamed my gums which it turned to ulcer, she took almost 1 month to place my crowns.While crown fixation because of the height issue she literally trimmed my crowns completly, their is no tooth structure for the crown,and now am having pain and sensitive on that area.As per my knowledge Dr.Manasa reddy BDS has no knowledge regarding dental procedures just blindly she will be doing the treatment to the patient who are going their, They are fooling the patients by saying rubbish treatment procedure, simply they will advise scaling and for simple decay tooth also which can be restored with composite they will advise RCT Dont trust smilax by seeing their reviews,I had a bad and worst experience with DR.MANASA REDDY IN SMILAX DENTAL HOSPITAL, my kind advice dont go to smilax dental by seeing their good reviews I guess those reviews wat they kept are fake, trust me dont suffer like me after taking treatment, choose the right best hospital and specialist doctor for the good treatment..
