Consultation was great. Had a pain free root canal procedure. I am one of those types who always postpones the dentist visit due to an unpleasant experience I had at a clinic in the past. But all that changed today. My consultation was with Dr. Sindhuri, she was very patient with me throughout the procedure even after I stopped her multiple times due to the fear I had of dental procedures. The procedure was done with zero pain and the doctor also explained the precautions to be taken for the following couple of days. Overall very satisfied with the visit. Most Arrogant person Dr. Sathish. Made me wait for 2 hours after calling me for an interview and showed his sick attitude. After discussing everything, said he will ask me to join and shall call me the same evening to confirm. Neither did he call nor responded to calls.Just because u have a practice, u need not show your sick attitude. Be a human first and learn to respect the people of your profession. Be down to earth.Your arrogance and audacity is not going to get you too far. Learn to value other peoples time.Its sad that people like you are called Doctors.

May be arekere in and around has too many dentist clinics. Some of them are with service moto and with nominal rates. This clinic is doing good service.

I went for a simple filling & they charged 1000 per teeth (which is expensive) & then one junior Dr did my filling. That time I didnt react as my portion of cavity area was very small & I thought they can do it. Next day when I had my food the same sensitivity felt & eve I went to chamber another intern told me that just use sensodyn for 4-5 days & if still the same feeling u get then u need to do a root canal.its very easy to tell like that.i m still getting the same feeling..my question is while we r paying enough for the senior doc why this manipulation?? & Thats with a patients health?? Is it a business?? Mine it was very little cavity so it can be easily curable with a good filling even the same they told me on the very first day..then why u people r playing with such a sensitive things??

Visited yesterday and here is what i experienced.I was having a bad toothache for almost 2 months but was scared to visit a clinic specifically due to this corona virus situation. However got to know about Sakthi Smile through some references and did some initial google and finally decided to take a plunge in the situation. I was amazed by the kind of precaution they are taking for covid situation. They literally have a machine installed right at the door which blows high velocity sanitizing air and they ask you to turn around 360 degrees to completely sanitize you and your clothes. I checked later with them and found that this is completely safe with your skin. The next step is they ask you to take out your shoes and then they sanitize your feet and check your temperature. Post which they check your pulse and oxygen level through an oximeter.The doctors and staffs are following ultra hygiene steps to make sure nothing goes wrong. Not to mention but ofcourse they are all equipped with masks, gloves and on top of that PPE suits as well...Honestly speaking the covid management being done by these guys is amazing and as a patient I felt extremely safe. Checked with the doctors and found they have plans to even start some kind of initial rapid antigen tests for all patients so that no stone is left unturned.Now the experience with doctor was Like I went smiling and came out smiling. I went through root canal and filling of teeth and it was absolutely no pain experience. The doctor literally keep asking you at every step if you are fine or having any pain etc. They really make you very comfortable during the entire procedure.Thanks a lot to the team for running such a wonderful service. I booked appointment through practo app. When I went to clinic. Doctor was not there. Some nurse checked my tooth and said everything is fine suggested for cleaning and policing. When i asked about doctor nurse told doctor comes in evening. So i said ok , I will come in evening and when i was about to leave this clinic then that nurse came running to me asking for money for consulation. I had to pay 500 for just visiting this place.

Highly busy doctor. Have kept 2-3 interns who are ones do everything, the doctor will keep just keep monitoring here and there. Its your risk if you want some junior interns to do everything where you pay for the main doctor.
