DO NOT DESERVE A SINGLE STAR, REALLY SORRY TO SAY THIS.My mother got one of her tooth re-done which had already undergone a root canal, and another tooth which underwent root canal newly from Ridgetop. This was performed in the year 2016, and they had charged us around 50k for both. The tooth that underwent a root canal newly, has its cap coming out frequently and this started within 6 months to 1 year of treatment, the one time they re-fixed without charging us anything. Meanwhile there are other two teeth that underwent same treatment 20 years back, and is still intact.After that one fix, she got the same cap re-fixed 4 to 5 times from a different clinic as its really difficult for us to reach out to Ridgetop which is really far from our place. Also, the fact that it kept coming out prompted us to not go back to them. Now what has happened is, the tooth has entirely come out because the tooth was reduced to a really small size on which the cap was fixed directly. This resulted in the entire tooth along with the cap to come off. Please do not rely on Ridgetop for any of your treatments. Really didnt expect this from such a well known clinic. Preventing future damages was the way to go years back, but now everything has turned into pure business!VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED, ON THE AMOUNT AND TIME SPENT HERE AT RIDGETOP.

I had a wonderful experience here. The doctor took out time to analyse my requirements and patiently explained my options to me. He was very considerate and addressed all my apprehensions. They laid out the different types of treatments, the estimated time duration and accurate cost. This helped me take an informed decision.Cavities : I was told previously by 4-5 dental practitioners that some of my cavities were difficult and inaccessible to treat. But here, they filled them up - the doctor was very dexterous and thorough in her work.Caps : My smile has been aligned and corrected. The caps look very natural. The doctors and the technicians have designed them and matched them with the neighbouring teeths colour very well. They look very natural and aesthetically pretty. Though it was a lengthy procedure, the doctor was very nimble and delicately and expertly worked through it.Overall, the clinic has a very friendly and happy ambience. Im very thankful to the doctors here for their kindness and expertise. Im very happy with the results and will consult them in the future too due to their high quality work.

When I first visited this clinic in November 2019, I was impressed right away with the way this clinic functions. Unlike many other clinics, there is no first come first serve system but all appointments are based on timings only. They are extremely punctual in following the timings through out the day in a systematic manner. The ambience and the outlook of the clinic in very pleasing to the eyes and also the hospitality of this clinic is overwhelmingly good.For the treatment part I am extremely impressed with the way Dr Abhishek Sundara went about the treatment, he was systematic and did all the required changes in timely manner to ensure optimum results. Met Dr. Sanjay for wisdom tooth pain and general checkup. Extremely supportive, explained my options in the first checkup. I then went for an extraction after an xray showed a horizontal tooth. During my business trip to India, I had an unbearable pain in my wisdom tooth and luckily I found online this dental clinic. I went to visit them at the early morning without booking but they understood my emergency case, the doctor was friendly and he diagnosed the issue and found that the tooth was required to be extracted in a surgery. They booked a surgery appointment same day afternoon due to the emergency. The surgery went very well. They prescribed good medication that reduced a lot the pain.I strongly recommend this clinic for their professionalism, friendly staff, great explanations, neat clinic, and the most important they resolve any pain in the mouth.

I started seeing Dr Abhishek since early 2019 for teeth straightening with invisalign. He is professional, efficient and a patient listener. He put me on a treatment plan by the end of which I had my teeth exactly like how I wanted. I got treatment for residing gums by Dr.Aravind hes a wonderful doctor with smile on his face always, hes kind n friendly, after the 1st session i could see the changes very next day it got better, after 3 weeks visited again for 2nd session i got better. Docs are friendly, But staff response is poor .Have written couple of mails to send me the dental pics of both my kids, taken during the course of consultation ( no response). Pretty sure their conversion on cusultation vs actual treatment ( repeat visit ) will be a concern.

One of the best dental clinics I have visited so far.My mom had seviere cavities and visited Ridgetop and was treated by Dr. Jayshree Anil (one of the best doctor) and Dr. Vaishali explained the process and problem with the teeth and made sure we are aware of the treatment.They have very good xray machines and have reports within couple of minutes. Their process is systematic and have fixed cap after root canal. It is perfect treatment and mom is very happy now with the treatment.Treatment may look bit expensive but never mind because, their treatment is one time perfect solution and no need to visit for same problems again.

The staff here are very generous and professional. Im always offered a bottle of water at check-in and the wait is less than 5 minutes. They are honest and let me know upfront the costs and only perform the services that I agreed to. I had my Invisalign done in the US and came here because the wire on my permanent retainers had broken loose and I needed it fixed. They were able to do that for me and I got a cleaning and a new night guard for a very reasonable price. I had wonderful experience at this clinic and believe me it is a great compliment coming from me, as I am always extremely afraid to go to any dentist !!Honestly, I was very happy with the treatments and will continue with them for my dental care.
