Very bad experience,I had purchased prudent delux chair with local dealer promising me that it will be as good as confident Mookambika chair. Folks it is not near to that level and servicing is horrendous and very expensive.please if you are setting up your own practice then for god sake stay away from this chair and its dealers,I would have given 0 stars if it was an option....

Money minded people they will take money and delay your order and they dont even respond to you once payment is done you have to followup.Never recommend this company to others.My rating 0/100

The only reason I bought this chair was there will be a local ( Rajahmundry, Andhra Pradesh)technician ( also the dealer of the chair ) available to address the problem (if there is any) as and when needed and as early as possible.Its been just an year and there is repeated problem with the suction , three way syringes, water leakage from the pipes of the chair.Everytime I have to call the technician some ten to twenty times to address the problem.I have been calling him from past two months to address the problem but he never answers the calls .Hence i called up the prudent main office,Bangalore to address the issue and they say that the dealer is refusing to come for the repair of the chair and hence will try sending another technician from kakinada, Andhra Pradesh.Even now I did not get any response from them .I do not recommend this company chair to anyone hereafter.worst dealer and technician with least respect towards the doctor.
