Had a MRI scan requested for a 4 year child from hospital and they suggested to go to this place to do it. Contacted to the given number and went on same day. Was asked to make the child sleep but how can it be done for an active child; so we went to come back next morning and re-contacted the number provided for visiting the place, where we were asked to come at around 08:30am in the morning. Came at 08:00am (was the first to be there). Requested at the counter to get a syrup for the 4 year old to make him sleep for the MRI machine.They did not give him anything and left us unattended till 09:00am until we reached out to the person who directed us to this place. Another 20minutes later they gave syrup but which child or person can sleep immediately when a medicine is given. We tried our best to make him sleep but he did not. Later, he was in a mild sleep and then we took him inside for MRI. But the machine was way too noisy it did not last that long. We were asked to come out and to try to make this active 4 year old to be put at sleep again. We tried and some how at 10:45hrs, he slept. We informed the technical team. Unfortunately, the machine was occupied then. The 4 year old slept till more than an hour until the machine was free when he was awake. Again, we asked when will be the turn and they said to make him sleep. Come on, it’s a 4 year old and not a machine that you make him sleep with one tap of a finger. We informed the technical team that it would not have been the case if they had attended us the moment we arrived to the place with syrup and all. But regardless, less people there, we were unattended then. So, how can we make him sleep and do the requirements at their time. They simply brought the reason that they cannot give medicine without showing Doctor or so, but the syrup was given without showing any Doctor?! Highlighted to them that this is not their first time for challenging MRI’s for a child at this age, so you will know what to be given and what not?! Simply making a reason to hide a fault is not ideal. Anyway, this is not the only place in Bangalore for such MRI scans, so we left the place empty handed as the place did not seem to be helpful in anyway. Will avoid this place myself and would not suggest the place at all!!!

Visited Prima for COVID vaccination and were whisked through the process seamlessly. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable, and everything was managed very efficiently. We were in and out of there in 40 minutes, including the 30 minutes we were asked to wait after our shots to ensure that there was no adverse reaction. Very satisfied.

Not sure for what reason but they did not allow us to reception. The girl at entrance took all test names from us to get it entered in reception for billing(yesterday). And missed one important test. We came to know when they didnt share the report after 48 hours. We cant waste time(20 minutes from my place) and blood(for blood test, took nearly 60/80 ml).

The ambience of the center was pleasant. Even though it is a popular place and there were several people waiting their turn, everything was very well-organized. All the staff and the doctors were helpful and friendly.

This review is a bit different. I did a Mantoux test in Kochi which needs to be interpreted after 48-72 hrs. I had to travel urgently to Bengaluru during this period. My doctor asked me to get it interpreted by any general physician in Bengaluru. So went to a general physician. He flatly said he doesnt know how to interpret. While searching for another doctor, happened to pass by Prima Diagnostic. Went in and asked if they could help ( after 72 hrs interpretation is not possible, and it was already 70 hrs). Like professionals, they helped me immediately, and carried out interpretation, which was negative. Thank you Prima Diagnostics Yelahanka for providing much needed help.

Receptionists get irritated and reply in harsh way when asked for reports on time. And throw reports to patient in irritation. Harsh way of treating the customers.If patient has sufficient time to waste, and has no other work for the day . You can go with this diagnostics otherwise kindly go with some other diagnostics.

This idiot center does nt even deserve one star. There is no option thats y left it with one star. I went there for my early pregnancy scan,there was no fetal heart beat. The doctor didnt explain anything even a single word,we waited for the report for more tn an hour ltr they gave me report in wch they have mentioned as fetal Heart beat is present I really dont understand. Wt was happening wn my treating dr called to the center n asked abt ththey were giving simple answer like typing error ,for them it may be a small error bt for the person who undergoing all this means a lot.hkw can the so called Dr can sign n give without seeing the reports. They r playing with patients. Im a one of the hospital staff even after knowing dat they did to me, then think abt the nrml people who really dont have knowledge abt medical n if u see the charges r here r almost double to compare to other centers.go to any other center rather tn this hi-fi useless center.i wouldnt definitely dont recommend this Prima diagnostic to anyone pls consider .

Extremely professional staff, very courteous and a charm to deal with.I would like to specially thank Dr Smitha for her professionalism and offerred care. She took great pains in terms of time rendered to help me with my anxiety on pre cardio tests, and later spent more than adequate time explaining the results and inspire my lost confidence. Strongly recommended.

Not at all professional staff no manners to talk and going there for any issues is a waste of time. Filling form first and paying bill is the most important work for them, though one is dying or not in a condition to stand they are list bothered.I highly recommend not to go at this place.

The diagnostics centre is easy to find and located in a prime area. The staffs are really supportive and helpful. They understand the customers are having health issues and behaves with utmost care for them. This center has MRI, CT scan and X Ray facilities.

Avoid getting vaccination here.I went to hospital to get covishield vaccine, they denied the vaccine as they were not ready to open a Vial for one person. I waited for other 9 people to show up for vaccine, none showed up. So didnt get vaccine shot. Took it to Director, he also said, we wont give you vaccine untill other 9 are here.

Good atmosphere, but, very bad staffs. We informed to be there at 8.30 in the morning.They attended us on 9.30am. and suggested to do another scan after one giving such meaning less reason.After all this, they told us to wait for 3hours to collect scan reports.They were untrained scanning staffs. Rude supporting staffs.Please avoid for mental peace.

I had visited Prima a few times and the experience is really bad.1. The staff is rude, they dont respect elderly too.2. No proper communication between staff3. For a urine test where the can had to be coated with a medicine, they simply gave a plain can. Doctor did not accept the results and I didnt get refund. I had to repeat the test elsewhere.The woman who was sweeping literally hit my leg with the mop and spoke rude to me. When I told the receptionist politely, she didnt even bother to listen to me.They dont know how to respect the clients, how can they expect respect in return? They only have good ambience and machines, but those who handle them behave like God! I hope they hire staff with patience and knowledge.

Pathetic Staff and Customer Management, Lady at the door is not aware of anything just a messenger and she is so irresponsible and rude upon asking how long to get the intake billing...have to wait for 45mins and in the end returned dropping the idea and going go Kanva Rajajinagar even though it 15mins from Ynk Newtown

Worst experience ever !!!. After paying the bill had to wait for almost 1 hr for CT to be done. Spent almost 2 hrs for CT.. nobody is bothered about patients condition and nobody will come speak to you.. looks like some Govt Diagnostic... Wonder this diagnostic centre has got 4 stars... God save the patients who visit this place !!!

Its a covid vaccination centre. They should allot time basis the number of people they can accommodate within their centre at a given point of time. People also need to be sensible and NOT crowd around the reception. Not enough seating provided.

Needs to improve in providing parking facilities and waiting areas.Inexperienced staff and usually end up repeating some of the tests multiple times.

Crazy place, first come first serve, no appointments at all, 1 radiologist for scanning, patients have to wait easily 2 hrs for 1 scan, receptionists have no empathy either.Suggestion - At least have 1 more doctor.

Went here for covid vaccine second dose. They are charging without the consent of the public an additional cost of 50Rs. Nowhere it is mentioned about an extra fee to be charged. Not at all satisfied with the way of cheating their patients/public.

I went for a CT Scan of Thorax due to continuous cough for last 10 days and saw that they are not even changing the tissue paper on the Scanning Bed. Everyone is lying down on the same tissue paper put on the bed. Now I am a Covid negative person but now I’m scared that this diagnostic centre will give me COVID.Please be careful as these people are charging 7k for a scan and cannot even change a basic tissue paper on the Scanning Bed.

Visited for diagnosis. The quality of technician performing the test for us were not good. We spend good amount and finally were asked to repeat another test since the readings were not recorded correctly. We choose to go to different place next time and will not return to this centre any time in future.

It was an amazing experience at prima diagnostics, yelahanka. I am happy that the management here takes patient safety seiously. They disinfect their premises multiple times using foggers and sprays. The staff use gloves, masks, face shields etc and PPE kits. I spent about 4 hours at the centre for all my tests and i was impressed with the intent behind the safety measures. I personally also saw the MD taking rounds and quickly issuing orders to clean and disinfect immediately after one patients scan was taken. Over all i feel very safe in PRIMA DIAGNOSTICS. During these Covid times, it is nice to see somebody taking our safety seriously. All the best to team Prima

No proper communication and response, they make to wait hell a lot of time and also the tests are heavily charged.The service is provided only based upon their comfort and Availability not as per patients need.

It’s very bad diagnostic centre , where in staffs makes us wait so much for the reports , delayed reports and not sending properly to mail id even after multiple calls , n not even havin basic communication skills during telephonic talks

Prima is looting people by taking 7000 rs. For covid HRCT chest scan in this troubled times. I have done it for rs.1500 at rajajinagar . This is insane. Pls do not go to prima.

I have been to Prima Diagnostics on 15th August for CT scan, had a wonderful experience. In spite of public holiday staff were available on time to meet our need. Thanx to Radiology dept staff John stalin who was so cool operative. And thanx to Dr Ashwini who gave report on time.

I went through review before going there for MRI scanning. In some confusion only reached there after seeing the way staff taking care of patients in such a good and polite manner I was amazed. Specially radiology department.If anyone is giving any negative review please first make sure u behave in a good manner with staff.Glad to see such good staff. Good work team keep up your good work.

Worst diagnostics centre for senior ppl. We had gone with 90 year old family for doppler test. His leg was swolen. They made him sit for hours in a chair. No reponse from recepetion once you pay.Had we not paid in advance we would have gone to other place . Plase think twice before taking aged ppl here. Unfriendly desk staff

They just wear blazer.. and speak in English.. so we feel like we are in right place. Once you pay bill.. which 30% more then other place.. they will not care about you.. it took 1hr for US scan.. such a big building they say multi slice CT.. what is the use..

One word.. HORRIBLE.My 4 year kid was prescribed a test and since Prima diagnostic is enlisted in my corporate health services I decided to get the test done there on 20th Feb 2021.Immediately they asked us to give the blood sample, my 4 year old kid underwent the trauma of blood extraction through syringe, he was all in tears and pain but it was to be done so we parents were helpless.Now comes the horrible part... When I came back to the same person in front office for billing, they gave me a nightmare saying that THIS TEST IS NOT DONE HERE. I was left standing looking at my poor kid still crying.How insensitive, horrible and careless is this ? I wanted to talk to center head but they made me speak to someone who cooked stories and just made vague excuses. They gave me a number on which I called and whatsapped but to no use.I will talk in my office to remove them from corporate listing and possibly take any action for their misconduct.

Highly sofisticated, excellent n very professional staff. Our concerns are addressed asap n very courteous staff and doctors. I would highly recommend for the patients to visit this diagnostic centre...

Pathetic customer service. They would ask to come at a certain time after me confirming the time. But then make us wait an hour. Highly risky for senior citizens to wait in the hospital. Communication needs to be improved, they dont seem to care about the inconvenience caused and safety of their patients. Never coming here again.

I had been to this place for health check-up, it was horrifying experience, they do not have any proper procedure. Most of the staff are not well disciplined as we see at corporate hospitals. For Health check-up at this premise you have to spare two days, one day for sample collection and next day to collect reports and physician visit.

The clinic doesnt follow appointments. Have to fight it out to get your test done even after an advance payment. This place used to be far more professional :(

Worst experience. I had to drive 3 times to get tests done. First of all, staff doesnt know what time the radiologist are available. First they say 10 and then they say 12:30. Then they say come after half an hour and by then the radiologist had gone for lunch. No proper management. No appointment management. No clue what they are doing. You need to come and wait clueless.

Very efficient front desk. Had got my mother for some investigations and the front office people were very helpful, polite and very efficient. Wil definitely recommend.

Ridiculous service.Better pick some quality staff instead of what you having unprofessional and unethical staff presently.Take staff from some good back round and Better qualified.I dont understand concept of taking contact number, you people do diagnosis for mobile numbers or humans because ur staff some banu made me feel like that, without mobile number no test is done.

Waste diagnostic lab in Bangalore,,slow service,,dont go for testing ,,will take more and kill our time to give reports ,,prices are also more when compared with other..

There are no priorities given to an 80+ year old senior person. The payment for the test was made after confirming the doctor would attend him in 15 minutes time.After the payment was made we had to wait for more than one and a half Hours to get our turn. The senior person is unable to sit for even 10 minutes and was made to wait on a wheelchair for one and a half Hours. Even After the information about his health condition was given there was no response at all.

Doctors are really very good.. this is mainly diagnostic centre but lab technician are worst especially John Stalin. They lack professionalism.. Complaints made about his behaviour to management doctors assured corrective action. In the field of health care his behaviour is not at all acceptable. If you are planning visit this diagnostic centre kindly avoid such lab technician.
