After I got vaccine for covid19 I had all possible problems. I suffered a lot. For the same problem when I called the hospital no proper response only. I might have called more then 50times. Was not able to go n visit cos all at home suffered cos of me. Dont know if its a scam or what.

Very disappointed with the service...Especially ICU incharge..Pathetic nurses and staffsLost a precious life due to negligence and money making mind....Just in 2 days the pharmacy bill was 29500/-That includes a lot of unwanted consumables.Adult diaper rate here is 100 rs and other pharmacy outside is Just 50.Like these every thing is heavy costly here..Just business.....:(

Just got off an awful call from the receptionist of this hospital. She was rude, unhelpful about my follow up and disrespectful. Any questions asked twice to confirm, she would just get irritated and raise her voice.The doctors however were kind, humble and overall good. The receptionist and other staff that I met on my first day were very good and helpful.Just this one lady screwed up the whole good experience for me

Miracle is that , not just he has survived but he is back to his normal life style even after multiple fractures all over. Probably one of the most pathetic hospitals in the country! I had a surgery here on the 6th of October 2016. Neither is the staff friendly nor are they aware of things. The rooms are worse than a slum shed. Unhygienic and extremely uncleanly. The doctors seem to be interested only in the money and do not really care for the patients. I was asked for 15000 rupees in cash as advance which i did not receive a receipt for. I was also refused a bill at the time of discharge and Said that the advance i had paid settled against the additional amount I had to pay after insurance. Unfortunately due to severe negligence from the doctor and the staff, I underwent the same surgery again in chord road hospital. I was charged 3000 rupees additional and was given the finest medical treatment. Would highly recommend you avoid this hospital and its doctors, who in my opinion are unethical and should barred

On December 16 2018 timer was around 5.30PM, I got a call from my sister (Stay in Chennai) that my mother is unwell and asked me to come Chennai along with my brother. Me and my brother reached Chennai in the mid night . I was not comfortable and my 6th sense was asking me to call Dr. Raghavendra.I called Dr. Raghavendra on 17th December 2018 and explained him about my mother health condition. He immediately asked me to get her to Bangalore, suggested some medicine as initial precaution. We some how managed to reach Bangalore by 6PM.When I called Raghavendra doctor that I am near to hospital, he immediate made all the arrangements and was waiting for us in front of hospital.From December 17 2018 till today Dr. Raghavendra is taking care of her, He told me don’t think of time, any day any time if you feel Amma is unwell, call me immediately or get her to Hospital.Today my mother completed 58yrs and Dr Raghavendra is the reason behind this celebration.Thank you so much Dr. Raghavendra and People Tree Hospitals at Meenakshi staff.

Even the patient is normal they wont shift to ward or discharge, theyll keep in ICU only so that they can raise the bill amount.They havent thought about the lower class people that how theyll pay the money, all they want is money money. Its almost like the Government hospital.The most stupid which happened was, the intensivist docs birthday was celebrated in ICU. 😡

Doctors are good well caring but management is very poor and they wont give place for ICU patient attenders no place to keep bags. If patients are coming from outside other than Bangalore I suggest them not to come to this hospital especially for ESI patients.

I went now 4.20 am to show my son 15 yrs ear pain ,they took 15 minutes for the duty dr (mbbs) to come . they charged exhorbantly rs350/- for consultation of 2 minutes .i asked what is the charge of ENT consultant she said rs300/- then an MBBS duty dr rs350/- is more charged.Good may be MBBS dr is more educated than a specialist.Zero star review if an emergency comes patient will die here waiting for receptionist wakes up then call nurse then she call Duty Dr.

According to me this hospital is good place for maternity and infants treatments due to the very experienced and very skilful doctors like Dr Roopa, Dr Maneesha, Dr Ranjan etc. I had a great experience with the hospital at the time of delivery of my wife. All staffs either its Doctors, staff nurses, housekeeping or office staffs are very friendly and proactive. I would like to make a special thanks to Dr Roopa (Gynaecologist) and Dr. Maneesha (Fellowship in Neonatology) for helping to get well soon my wife and my baby. As per my observation NICU team of the hospital is one of the best care unit for infants they are very active keep it up guys & god bless.
