Mobident came to my office and one fat lady also came along and she was so rude....she started shouting on the employee when some legit questions were asked. She was here just to manage. She was not even a doctor. The doctor was polite and wanted to talk. But the fat lady kept on interrupting. Fire such rude people if you really want to still work with companies and make customers happy.Well to be specific, it was a fat assistant, i dont know her name. And about being unidentified, my company policy needs me to be anonymous. The important thing here is, you need to get ur staff trained to be polite and not go crazy on costumers.

Outstanding service. I had requested for an urgent dental examination of an 89-year old bedbound patient in great discomfort due to a rather severe tooth infection. Team arrived punctually, sufficiently equipped with tools and x-ray. Accompanying doctor, Dr. Archana, did a thorough job examining patient and prescribed immediate ameliorants, which were very effective. She referred us to Columbia Asia Sarjapur as the patient required extraction, which could only be done in a hospital setting due to patient’s multiple other conditions. I was very impressed with the very considerate and accommodative approach of the doctor, and the prioritization of patient safety and comfort over recommending procedures.The visit to Columbia Asia Sarjapur was also a very positive experience end-to-end, with outstanding care from Dr Arun Muralidharan and Dr Lokesh Babu. A highly professional team who ensured a pain-free and swift extraction and who made the whole process stress-free for the patient and family, something that was a great help given the patient’s frail condition.Very impressed with the organization – they set a new standard in home health care.
