V good hospital for thyroid ca surgery. Head and neck team is amazing.

HCG hospital is one of the best cancer centre. My father was diagnosed with prostate cancer and Dr Raghunath S.K explained the situation very well and in detail and after 3 months Robotic prostate removal surgery for prostate cancer by Dr. Raghunath. My father was very happy and felt really good after the surgery. We are happy with the best service given at this Hospital.

The best and worst hospital. Customer care no care at all. The 3 doctor totally worst. Zero Patient care these doctors and nurses. Please compliant to management fix this as soon.

The treatment is good and the sisters at nursing stations are active and attend to the patient promptly.

All staffs,services and management was awesome....

Please search for better options, staff is clueless and line of treatment is damn costly and long waiting even for simple report, please avoid this hospital

But when the unfortunate happens certainly all we will look forward is good/best treatment.Diagnosis, treatment, facilities, people, patients care, cost, convenience etc every bit mattersAcross all the above HCG- Double Road certainly Exceeds expectations and makes the patient/families feel homelyThats because of the below specialtiesDoctor:DR Govind Babu is a experienced Oncologist, from Kidwai. He has several laurels and is one of the well known Oncologist.He presides over several Cancer related Associations across Asia.He takes a mild but right approach towards treating patients based on the patient’s condition.He doesnt take an aggressive approach and treats with mild dosage as per the progress of the patient, so that the patient is not over dosed and with few side effects during recoveryHe takes time and doesn’t advise or take action just for the sake of it. Very patiently hears to concerns and clears the same with assurance.Chief Operating Officer:Mrs Asha Nagaraj, definitely deserves the position and appreciation. For she at a very young age has taken up a huge responsibility and is delivering the best in every wayShe is hard working, extremely friendly and approachable and commands respect from everyone in the organization. Thou she has busy schedule, she has an ear for everyone and a quick solution for every problem.I have even seen her sit at the reception to help in admissions, during days of short staffing/high admissions. Makes the patient feel at home and comfortable.Duty Doctors Vinay and Lady Doctor are very caring as well.Not to mention my special friend Raju, whos always there to helpReception, Billing and Insurance team are very friendly and co operativeMr Gowda and team take care of every query and would hardly get to see any one at his office arguing, like in any other billing/insurance counter.Also they have the cleanest office chambers, unlike any other desks which have papers all over.Over all, for any patient, especially Cancer fighters, the journey matters the most during treatment.They need the at most care at every second of their life.Thou my mom is undergoing treatment for 2 yrs now, she is happy that she is in the right place for all good reasonsDefinitely Asha and Team are living by their mission Adding Life to YearsWish them all the successKiran

THEY WILL EAT YOUR MONEY, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOSPITAL.

These people don’t value patients time. You will wait and wait and wait then get irritated and they don’t respond in professional manner. Doctors are ok but the timing and the process is like government organization. At least government organizations are bit organized but these guys are not. Not at all systematic. Just for talking to doctor, you have to wait for almost 4-5 hours. If you are admitted for any kind of treatment like chemo or radiation, you need to wait 5-6 hours before they really start the treatment. It is not like they are busy and you need to wait, but they don’t care the value of patient time at all. If you really value your time then it’s not advisable to come here for treatment.

Dr. Mahesh Bendemegel is an extremely competent doctor who explains the medical situation in a way to not cause alarm but gently pursue one to take the right steps for solution. I would strongly recommend him to others.

I visited couple of times, I have never seen such a worst front desk at head and neck department, no value for patients time, no clarity on the doctor availability and appointment commitment, every time patients need to wait for at least few hours, no sequence. Worst. The responses are so arrogant, they dont have professional approach at all.As the main doctor whom we need to meet is excellent, hence we unfortunately need to bear all these irritation.Management need to focus on better customer friendly front desk and help desks.Need to focus on better time management and commitment to meet and respect patients time and conveniences.

Very expensive, do the same test 3 times and still says finding root cause. 11000 Rs doctor fee for colonoscopy ?? Seriously. If you have insurance they bill your eyes out.

Every doctors , nurses and supporting staff are very friendly and they treated us like a family member.It feels so good for me and she never scared to visit again.. I am a 33 year old lady from Tanzania. I was diagnosed with cancer last year at HCG hospital. I was and I am satisfied with their services and treatment.I have never regreted choosing HCG hospital for my cancer treatment, as I believe it is the best cancer hospital in India with the best doctors abf supporting staff.During my stay I have never felt lonely or discriminated as they treated me so good from the doctors, nurses and supporting staff. It feels good, you feel like a family around them.I would like to thank Dr. Sridhar P.S, Dr. Roopesh, and all his other team. Not forgetting my stay at the guest house was the best.They have the best, well trained, caring, attentive, supporting and hard working front office (receptionist supervisor) Mr. Murali. During my stay at the guest house (Tower 5) he always made me feel at home, he would follow up on everything concerning my treatment and would remind me and arrange all my things right on time. He is a very hard working man, and I was overall very very very satisfied wit his services.Thank you so much Mr. Murali (Tower 5, front office supervisor) You are the best!!!
