Doctor Ganesh did my dental fillings and I couldnt be more pleased with the results! Though this was my first dental treatment with him, I felt comfortable from the start as he was patient and attentive to understand my expectations and walked me through the recommended procedure.

They took full advance in first sitting out of 4 sittings. WHICH DENIST IN BANGALORE TAKES full advance ? And receptionist shouts and is poor at coordination for appointments

Unnecessary slow procedure, like they make you visit 7-8 times. They also do not know the meaning of appointment. we have to wait for minimum one hour each time we visit there. Just pathetic.!!!

Very poor coordination between the doctors and the receptionist and if they see the patient is rich they ask for full advance for the treatment . overall bad experience

More worse than worse management & treatments patients. No responsible for their mistake. Blaming other staff and patients regarding appointment. There is no medical persons spirit but follow after Money only.

Dear All,Greetings!I visited for Dental Implant FixingI had 3 Dental Consultations with Dr Ganesh Shetty. In that 3 consultations and in my view, he was humiliating/Insulting me in every consultation. Next When i asked him the Technical specifications of the Dental implant, he initially gave a very negative reply that the clinic does not provide such specs. Further, when I requested, he did oblige and gave me 4 options of the implant to check out from Google. I did so sincerely and also checked out the rates of the implant. So, in my 3rd consultation, I was just briefing his doctor - Dr Rakshita shetty on the option I chose and mentioned that it costed 25,000. For which she refuted by saying that it costed 29,000. Anyway, I requested to look into the cost effectiveness of the overall implant as the overall cost of my 3 planned teeth was some where between 1- 1.2 Lakhs. I am conversing with Dr Rakshita shetty, in the meantime, this Dr Ganesh Shetty came rushing from another room and just came straight to me and started questioning me in the following manner. Are you bargaining with us Sir? & I replied No very politely. I said i did, what he asked me to do & which was to explore the options given and chose 1 option in my point of view and told him it costed 25,000 - through my research on google. He asked me as to whether the price of implant was given in google, for which i replied Yes. After this, he Completely overruling my Health concern, he rudely replied We dont work with Bargaining customers & Further i responded saying that I am not bargaining and just reflected what was put in google in terms of the type of implant and was only requesting the cost effectiveness and efficacy of it. Immediately his next reply was We dont want work with bargaining customers.Judging his curt and rude responses I politely asked him whether he doesnt like to work with me? for which he replied YES ( Pl NOTE THIS IMPORTANT POINT) & to this i responded saying that you have an Attitude problem 7 For which he showed me the Door and said Pls sir-- meaning Walk out. Is this the attitude of a Dental expert in our City ?????. He was very humiliating, started insulting me right from the first consultation till the very end! He was initially faking friendliness and in the end, came to know his Real intent. I was extremely shocked at this Doctors behaviour, Mind set, and attitude! This was my first bad experience with a person from this profession. I request you not to approach this dentist. If this could happen to an educated individual, then what would happen to the innocent people coming to get the desired Medical solution?. I highly respect all doctors/dentists, and their service but this particular person should in my opinion be debarred from this profession. There were many minor humiliations & jabs he took at me through the consultations which I have not mentioned as it would elongate this review, but whatever I have said so far is truthful and my honest feedback.With Best Wishes, to view this in Patience.!

The dr left midway during the discussion on x-ray to welcome a VIP (?) patient. Totally disappointed..

Although the dentist is very good, the clinic is horrible at managing time. When you get an appointment slot youll wait 1 hour minimum. This is very inconvenient for working professionals. The minute you are done with your session they will ask you to rate them on practo, which is a bit premature. You cant judge how good a dentist is immediately after.The other day I had to wait 1 hour just to be told to come the next day! Receptionists should be informed enough to know how some procedures take.

My sisters teeth were completely beyond repair but Dr Ganesh & Anjali did an amazing job of restoring them and making it easy on the eyes amazing job

Your team were excellent & with the extensive work I had done, you were very attentive to every detail & did such an incredible job working with my schedule & giving me the best with wonderful rates! Not a good place to take your toddler. . Their behaviour was good and made the child comfortable but did wrong procedure and made my kids situation worse. . Didnt take any X ray to confirm what was the exact problem. Very disappoint.. Didnt suggest pulpitation instead suggested root canal for a three year old.

My husband had root canal treatment done here. Patient care is good. Very nice team as well as interpersonal relationship. The entire setup as well as organising appointments is appreciable.

Excellent place for dental care with expert doctors.The clinic facilities and staffs are very good. My appointments were with Dr Anjali Shetty, she is the best dentist I had ever met with expert skills, she is also very friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who require dental care.

Had good experience at the dental clinic. Both the doctors Anjali and Ganesh are very patient and really great doctors. A trustworthy and reliable place for any kind of dental works. :)

I took appointment with Dr Ganesh through Practo.When i visited the clinic doctor was not avaible and i was given a choice to consult with Dr Anjali.I had appointment for teeth cleaning.Doctor Anjali said that deep cleaning will be required as i had some deposits which she said that are in gums and will not go by just scaling.She said that 3 days of antibiotics will have to given by followed by deep scaling and then she will give some padding on gums to keep for few days.I thought of taking second opinion regarding this before going forward.I searched for dentist who was having good reviews on the treatment part.In practo if you see dental and orthodentics clinic most of the reviews are about the nice and comfortable clinic.I searched for dentists who have good reviews on treatments provided luckily i was able to find one.I went to dentist.He did cleaning of teeth then and there.And in 10 minutes of cleaning process all small black deposits were cleaned from my teeth which doctor Anjali said that those cannot go without deep cleaning.So i cannot recommend Dental and orthodentic clinic to anyone.

Ancestral Clinic , we have been coming to Dr. Ganesh from ages, our entire family knows him and vice versa, he the best dentist in town, just that he needs to work on other appointee doctors of his clinic :D :P

My family has been coming here for nearly 10 yrs, but the waiting time has increased to minimum of 1.5hrs with appointment. The receptionist behaves like she owns and rules the place. Once my kids braces are off, i dont intend to continue with this dentist
