I walked into DentaKraft to get a crack in the hind of my incisor checked. Dr. Vidhu uncovered a problem from a childhood injury that went unaddressed and we set out to get a root canal done.From the word go, Dr. Vidhu and her team were thorough professionals. COVID precautions were put in place with care, and contact was minimal during the handful of visits. One each visit to get the fix in, she was patient and resolved each query in detail, sharing some handy tips on dental hygiene along the way. Missed a couple appointments due to other commitments and Dr. Vidhu went the extra mile to follow up and reschedule to my comfort. Also, any scans may be taken at Oral-D which is 2 mins away from DentaKraft. Nagendra at Oral-D is polite and professional himself, processing the scans and sending them to the doctor so its one less thing to carry around on your visits.Apart from ensuring a pleasant and painless experience, Dr. Vidhu is warm, professional and helpful. 10/10 would recommend for any dental visit, casual or serious.

I had bleeding gums problem for which I consulted 2 doctors prior to Dr Vidhu and they just told me do salt water gargle and changed the toothpaste but still I had that issue for months when I went toDr Vidhu in the consultation itself she said what the problem was and gave the solution after which the bleeding stopped. Also had an extraction done for the wisdom tooth the surgeon was well experienced and removed the tooth in mins, i did not have any pain after the surgery as well, as the Dr had prescribed good medications. Over all good experienced doctors to trust with your teeth.

While I have gone here for routine cleaning and cavity treatment, what set them apart is their ability to provide additional services such as a custom sports mouth guard for my MMA competition. My wife and mother got cosmetic dental implants (tooth jewels) as well. I’ve been going to Dr. Vidhu for 5 years now and so has my whole family. She’s essentially our family dentist and for good reason. I often joke with her and tell her that I am her favourite patient and even though this fact is yet to be confirmed, I’d like to think that’s true - but seriously speaking, that’s the effect she has on you because she’s good at working with people at their level and relating to them in an empathetic and humorous way. Dr. Vidhu is very smart, practical, maternal, caring, kind and (in my case and my fathers case), exceedingly patient. She really knows her work: my braces were done by her, with very good results - my smile looks prettier now. I also go for my cavity fillings to her (done well and with minimal pain even for the deep ones) and I also visit her clinic for my bi-annual cleanings. So far I am happy to note that I’ve had very comfortable experiences and as always, I go back laughing and happy with my teeth, with my smile looking even more and more better each day, because of her!
