I went in for Root Canal treatment and the Doc was very supportive. I was facing some challenges during the treatment, but she continued to treat until the complaint was fully resolved. She is patient and empathetic.

I had an excellent experience with Dr Lobo. She took the time to explain every procedure she was doing and explained each process well. Her hand is steady and I went through a root canal with ease. Her staff is very courteous and professional.I would strongly recommend Dr Lobo.

My family and I have been coming regularly to have our dental check ups at Cross Dental Clinic with Dr Feblin. Not only is she very gentle and always keeps the patients level of comfort in mind, but she is also meticulous in her work. The clinic is exceptionally clean and the staff polite and helpful. Her charges are very reasonable and I am happy to trust her judgment and know that she will never advise unnecessary treatment. I have referred several friends to Dr Feblin for their care and all have come away satisfied and happy with the treatment. Doctor is very caring, which is important to me more than the treatments....she treats her patients with kindness and not just scientific subjects....staff is good too. Facilities are up to date, clinic is maintained well and her skills are up to date too:))Charges are a bit on the higher side though...

It was by chance, during the previous lockdown that, in urgent need to meet a dentist, I went to the Cross Dental Care. A year has passed and during this time I went through some major dental corrections including extraction, implant and dental prosthesis. Must have visited the place at least a dozen times during the past year. Dr. Lobo and Dr. Nisha gave my smile back to me, just as they advertise! Dr. Lobo amazed me with her patience and her obsession with perfection and Dr. Nisha, made my pain bearable, with her loving care.A place with a great ambience and cleanliness with very efficient supporting staff it was a safe to visit during the COVID times.It must be rare for anyone to miss their dentist, but I think I do, because of the care and attention that received at Cross Dental Care and they way my doctors handled my mouth, which I thought was full of problems..Kusala Rajendran

Doctor Lobo is excellent.Great experience for Teeth cleaning service.However fees charged was a bit costly.

I did my daughters dental work at Cross dental. In fact all of us took all our work to Cross Dental always. My daughters was the biggest and longest. She had a frenectomy to be done before she could even begin the rest of the work. Best part of Cross is they patiently explain the process. Very transparent from the start about the expenses. Also always worked to adjust to our needs and sometimes timings as well. We just finished the process just in time for her to move to another continent for her university. Couldnt have had a better dental journey anywhere else. Dr. Feblin, Dr. Nisha Shetty, Dr. Neha Singh all were professional and helpful. Special mention to the staff as well. Very sweet, smiling, helpful.

I visited Dr Feblin Lobo and had a wonderful treatment. Clearly articulated the problem and suggested us the possible options to fix. I was tensed and Dr Feblin helped me a lot and I was able to get my dental cleaning done in a smooth way. I had even got my wisdom tooth extracted. The treatment was very satisfying 😊 Dr Feblin is quite meticulous In her work and carries the procedures with utmost precision. The wisdom tooth of mine was in pretty bad shape, Dr Feblin just turned it around. Dr Feblin has a pleasing personality and a steady hand. The environment, aesthetically done up waiting area, and soft background music adds to the pleasant experience.

Dr. Feblin is fabulous with her work. I had got my mothers entire set of teeth reconstruction done and has come out very well giving a lot of relief to my mother. She had also referred to a surgeon who with her expert advice helped manage her auto immune disease. A clinic with a very talented team of Doctors, recommend strongly for dental care.

I came to Cross dental care for a root canal treatment. Dr Feblin is a thorough professional and very skilled. The treatment was completed in a timely manner. What was most impressive was the fact that Dr Feblin and her staff followed up with me regularly during the course of the treatment (which required 4 visits) to enquire how I was doing. Theres also a nice Playlist of music to keep your mind off your treatment! (Please do include some rock and grunge too! 😀) And Dr Feblin is a good singer herself! 😀 Overall a great experience.
