Worst after sales service will make you cry , my chair PCB is not working and they says it can’t be repair and they don’t have new PCB in stock , my clinic is compromised for 1 month due to Chesa 😡

Do not fall in the trap of good reviews, Most of them are posted by themselves by forcing their Employees. And some reviews are done by customers on the Request/begging by the sales/service representative.If you want to see modern slaves or want to be one then come visit CHESA.TOP MANAGEMENT Cries to pay wages to their Employees and they expect the employee or Customer should be gratefull for them.

Poorest of poor after sale services support provided. Attached screenshorts of defective products sold by company and no reply from the area sales manager when demanded refund /replacement. No action despite approaching the CEO.

Had a good experience in respect to service and quality of equipments. The service engineers are dedicated and hardworking and they address the issues promptly. My service engineers was Mr Naveen whose service require great appreciation. The issues are solved promptly sometimes through calls only.

Im using the Agni dental chair, RVG, portable x- ray machine, and ozone B class autoclave from Chesa since 3 years. All these products are durable, attractive and excellent. Chesa provides prompt service and the service provider are very skillful. I recommend Chesa products and their services.

Poor after sales support.... Had an hardware issues with Ray Rio (RVG). Calling representatives since 15 days.... No one is responding properly... Really wrist experience......

I have recently purchased Ray scan intraoral sensor(RVG) and OPG. Most important is Image Quality which is very good. The system is very handy and nicely designed, software features are helpful in treatment planning. I would like to thank Mr.Tarun for quick action to resolve every issue and convincing me for the purchase of Ray Scan X- Ray OPG and RVG. Extremely worst service please dont take anything from them especially in jharkhand they make doctors dog if you have any problem no one is to listen you I have taken ams dental xray tube head got damage in 3 months and as it was on warranty period they took 2 months to change it. And when it came it got damaged in one shot. Its very difficult to work without xray for two months
