One of the best hospital for ENT related issues. Doctor Srinivas is very polite and treats every one the same. The amazing part is he is very honest with his opinions. Vinutha was very clear in explaining things during the test. Front desk ladies were very cool and handled us in a very professional manner. Overall, an unique positive experience. Its a good hospital, I went with a problem in ear... Doctor guided me in proper way, she didnt gave any tests to waste money... She just suggested me few activities to get cure.... Staff are well behaved... Parking is problem...she gave few medicines..

My daughter had an abscess of right ear. Hospital is clean maintaining all covid 19 precautions and good ambience of staff. Dr Srinivas counselled us regarding the issue and treated her. What I like most about him is care and empathy towards the patient. May God bless him. Thank you Sir

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Since 2 days they have only been rescheduling appointment (to different time slots during the day) that was taken for consultation with Dr. Srinivas (ENT Specialist) giving reasons like doctor is in a day long surgery or tentative of visiting for consultation. This is even after telling them that the patient is suffering from a severe ear pain since more than 3 days! Why does the doctor even accept appointments if he has no plans of visiting the clinic/hospital. The doctor & staff do not realise that People taking appointments also have office schedules/meetings that one would have rescheduled to accommodate the consultation time slots.

No matter which part of Bangalore you live, If you are looking for an ENT, the only name I could think after visiting Cavalier hospital is Dr Srinivas. He will never scare you unnecessarily, he will first discuss about the issue, then will do a thorough investigation and prescribe the right medicine. Even the staff here is friendly.

Good staff and good doctors, especially Dr. Kashif Syed and Dr Dinesh Shetty. Listens to the patient very patiently and gives full attention and time to understand the problem. Explains everything in detail to the patient as well. Very happy with their treatments.

When i visited this hospital at first time. I really loved the ambience and the people in it. They were kind and polite. The reason i would give 4 stars is because of the delay. The hospital schedules appointment as per our convenience but in reality we have to wait very long time to visit the doctor. Even when you select the first appointment to avoid the delay in wait, still your moved in an hour/2 hours later which is my personal experience. If this gets improved then this is one of the good place where some can be in. Dr. Srinivas is one of best doctor with best treatments😊

Our appointment was at 12:20PM but we waited upto 2:30PM. There is no meaning in getting appointments online.

So I was asked to go through another surgery to fix my first surgery as suggested by the ent here. He was absolutely sure that hed fix the hole in my ear which was already ruined by another doctor and also have me assurance that hed make my tinnitus go away. Let me tell you all this only made everything worse. I cant go swimming ever, I can barely sleep at night because the noise hasnt gone and most importantly the doctor made my ear worse, my hearing is slowly declining thanks to him. I wear a hearing aid now. Fun fact I was only 19 years old. I have weird bumps which are apparently tissues behind my ear because of their carelessness of not checking my allergies before the surgery. Please dont make the same mistake I did. If I was old enough Id definitely be suing them rn.

Best hospital

Staff is polite and doctor (ent) is good. He has very good bed side manner.It is on pricy side. But for kids, you just don’t want to take risk. For me particularly, I may look for cheaper option.I took one star, because of 2 reasons.1) I felt sometime they push prescriptions. May be they just want to play safe.2) they do have to learn about appointment management. If I am taking thr time seriously and reaching 5 min early, they should respect my time too.

Ridiculously overpriced!They charged me an additional Rs.1500 just to pull out a swab of cotton from my ear with tweezers (which I had put in about 3 or 4 days ago and stupidly forgot all about-- something I normally get someone around the house to pull out for me using the exact same method-- tweezers!)That apart, the doctors and nurses are polite and friendly

Would have given half star if there is an option, they simply call everyone to come at same time and when we arrive they say after 6 patients, after 8 patients and it takes an hr long to pass through so many patients. Its frustrating to wait despite taking an oppointment.

The Best doctors with best treatments.

The doctor here wanted me to check into Fortis for a case of Food poisoning 😂 He wouldnt even prescribe medicines to me telling me I need to check in to Fortis and itll be a 48 hour thing and to claim insurance. If you ever wondered how hospitals milk you for cash, drop by Cavalier hospital 😁

This place does not specialise in defence medical check ups they only take your ECG, Ent and simply look for flat foot and knock knees and the entire thing will get over in 5-10 minutes, if you are looking for medical check up for defence I would suggest you to do it in any other hospitals. Dont waste your money by going to this hospital which only boasts of being specialist in defence medical check ups.

No wonder why they have such poor ratings... Doctor make patients to wait for hours. They do not stick to appointment timings. Surgery room and patient rooms are unmanaged and flithy. This is just an commercial center not an hospital.
