Received an appointment and visited this place at 3 pm..... Appointment provided was 3 pm.... After waiting for 40 mins we enquired as when the dentist will be available... We were told she will come at 4 pm ... And she is out for lunch from 2 pm to 4 pm.... Nevertheless there was one more patient waiting since 2.15 pm.... Now the question is if we respect time you provided we expect the same from you... Anyways not visiting again this place... In case more details required I have appointment sms and doc name will share the same.

Came here for a annual corporate check up on March 12th. The medical check went fine but the dental check was complete trash. I had a dental cavity that required a Root Canal Treatment (diagnosed a few days before at another dental clinic), but the dentist at Apollo checked my teeth and said everything was fine. She took about 10 seconds to scan my teeth. I pointed out that I had an issue with my tooth, she checked again and confirmed that nothing was wrong. She seemed to be in great hurry to finish looking at all the patients. So basically the diagnosis was that my teeth were fine when I know for a fact that there is an issue.

Ive visited 4 dentists to sort my dental related issues in the past, some acquaintances and another who is a repute. But in vain!Im glad i was referred to Apollo, thorough professionals! Their diagnosis & consultative approach helps bring a lot of clarity on what the treatment would endeavor, with a very conscious effort to save your teeth to its best.Dr Snehi was very courteous and listened to my problem effectively. She examined and explained everything in detail. The treatment was done very well. Very knowledgeable & well experienced, she makes you at ease through the treatment. I would definitely recommend Apollo White Dental as it gives quality service with care.

Apollo Electronic city is a good clinic otherwise but avoid meeting the General physician there - Dr. Sateesh Chandra. I went for rabbies shots after a dog bite and I got body fatigue and weakness for more than 3 days so I went to see him again. After wondering for 5 min, he googled in front of me and read out the side effects of Rabipure vaccine. Told me off by telling me not to take the second shot and take paracetamol sos!

I had been to clinic for a cavity problem. Dr. Akshatha provided excellent service. She explained the problem well and have me the treatment options in a clear way. Thank you doc. I would recommend her for sure

Doctor Snehi was really good and caring. She called and checked after wisdom tooth extraction for as long as 10 days post extraction.The only flip side of Apollo is the price. Else all fine.

Visited this clinic for tooth pain treatment but the problem was much more complicated than what I thought. I had to undergo RCT for 2 teeth and wisdom tooth extraction on both sides. I was very scared of dental treatments. But here the doctors make patients very comfortable and treatment is really good. They clearly educate the patients about the treatment. I thank Dr. Snehi for her co-operation during my entire treatment which took almost about a month.

Will not recommend this clinic to anyone.Doctor Mam wants root canal for my healthy teeth that was chipped due to an accident.( I explained she did not understand as how can it happen)It just had to fill it with composite material after cleaning but the doctor wanted root canal (no infection) was not listening to me.Beware : the are looking for profit there is no service hereMake decision wiselyI am suffering cause of the root canal because the food gets stuck still.I had to go to a different dental hospital they fixed all issues

I had severe tooth pain and i was searching for a dental clinic in electronic city... luckily got this clinic...worth to mention Dr Akshathas name...i was so scared for the treatment...she did my treatment with ease...i would strongly recommend this clinic and Dr Akshatha.Thank you for relieving my pain.

I went to Dr. Snehi for tooth filling for some of my teeth in which cavities got developed. During consultation proper advice was given to me for next steps that should be taken. Best part was the explanation given for each of the problems like which tooth to get filled, teeth cleaning, dental hygiene which made it easy for me to decide on the treatments I should go for. I got 4 of my tooth filled after removing cavities and also got my teeth cleaned up. The whole process went absolutely perfect! I am extremely satisfied with her work and and would happily recommend this clinic for treatments. Thank you so much, Dr. Snehi!

The crown I got from them was defective and they convinced me to believe that it was normal. Now after paying 17000 for most premium crown I’m having a bad experience. I can’t open my mouth due to the dark spot on it. I requested them to change it but the lady doctor there sweetly convinces you to not. Never go to Apollo. Pathetic behaviour they have overall.

Today 4 pm my mom had an appointment with the Apollo dental department for extraction and 3.30 I got a call from the Clinic and they informed that doctor has some emergency so they want to reschedule the appointment. My mom is a heart patient and she stopped her ecospirin from past 3 days and in the last moment they cancelled the appointment. Even no proper response from the clinic.

I often visit Apollo Electronic city with my aged parents or my young ones. It is always a good place to be in terms of the service but recently I met Dr Aarfa with my child. She was very professional, compassionate and polite. She ably helped to remove an ailing molar and gave some oral health advice. The child felt well too. Thanks you Apollo for the care and satisfaction. We are overwhelmed!

My experience here was very good. The receptionist helped us out to pick the tests and the doctors were extremely thorough as well. Everyone is quick so you dont have to wait anywhere for too long.

Totally unprofessional money minded doctor. Went there for a checkup and medical certificate. Got certificate without any seal (they did not have one, even 20 days after opening). Got manual receipt after multiple requests. Requested doctor for test/packages, told me to come after 7 days (so that they can charge again). They are not even aware of corporate discounts and packages. Seriously, did not expect this from Apollo. Sad to see that there are no well qualified or well behaved professional doctors when customers/patients are paying so much. Not worth the money, just the brand name.

Apollo white dental is the best place for all your dental problems. Dr. Aarfa is extremely professional yet very humble doctor. I visited there for a regular dental check-up and scaling. I would to surely recommend Dr aarfa for all your dental queries & treatment. I had a good experience.

Bad experience. Doctor prescribed the same medicines for 3 consecutive visits.I had visited the hospital for prolonged fever , for which the physician prescribed some medicines.I had visited again for my father, for a different set of symptoms. Same set of medicines were prescribed.Took a second opinion at Ramakrishna and that was helpful.

Unfortunately there is no option for zero rating, otherwise this clinic is not eligible to rate -1. Though, infrastructure is too good, the high cost with lowest quality is just observed by me today at the clinic. Rude behaviour of a well versed doctor shocked me.

Price is on the higher side definitely compared to smaller centres, but they have assure me tension free maintenance for daughters braces for the next 2 years. Overall satisfied, hope they live up to their promise.

The worst clinic I have ever visited...I was having cold issue...At first, I showed to Dr.Zakira..horrible experience...she was in involved in gossip with her friend...after complaining she checked my issur but no effect...then I decided to show Dr.Sudhir (ENT Specialist), he was the worst doctor I have ever seen..he will only waste your money and will write so many tests that has no connection with my problem..he treated me for almost 2 months with Blood test, Throat Test, CT-Scan(this test he referred to visit his referred clinic), X-RAY...all did but no use... Guys, please dont visit...for ENT or General Medicine issue....I have shared shared my experience...now all depends on you...

I have been to this clinic many times. The billing operator most of the times makes bill in the wrong name even after dictating name spelling. She would simply say Sir we will take care from next time. Because of this I am facing problems in tax benefits and reimbursement from my employer as the bills have wrong name printed on it.

Recently visited this hospital where my case was dealt by Dr.Aarfa Nasim whom I found to be very professional, quite competent ,highly caring and empathetic. She diagnosed my dental issue correctly and I was satisfied by her suggested prognosis regarding filling of cavity in a lower molar and future RCT if needed. I am quite satisfied with the treatment meted out to me as a patient by this hospital and Dr Aarfa Nasim in particular.

Mixed, the clinic is not par with other Apollo clinics and the consultation fees is too high, some doctors just writes too many tests. The three stars is because there are some good doctors visiting too

Went for a scaling and filling session yesterday, resident doctor Aarfa Nasim has amazing set of skills, experience was worth every penny.

I dont typically write reviews but felt it necessary after meeting Dr. shalu, who is by far the most approachable, knowledgeable and caring radiologist I have encountered. Dr. shalu was very caring and understanding towards my mother during our visit. My mother was very scared of scans. But she took the time to talk to her through the procedures and calm her down.she explained her diagnosis very nicely which was missed previously by other doctors.Now my mother is undergoing cancer treatment and recovering. I will never forget the feeling of relief being in such capable hands. Thank you Dr.shalu-you have made a lasting impression on me and my mother.

Every now and then they keep changing your appointment time with a nonsense excuse Doctor has confirmed that he wont be able to come on your scheduled time, he/she will come after these many hours/tomorrow. I made mistake of choosing Apollo Clinic Electronic city.

The receptionist is very unprofessional. She did not even inform about the change in appointment, and asked us to wait for 2 hours after reaching the hospital. When I asked, she was very arrogant.

People working in this place are pathetic. They dont have anything organized. Not report collection, not for any medical tests nothing. Really frustrated with their service. I dont prefer anyone to go to this place.

Consulted to dr Meenakshi rai for dental very good doctor

Charges exorbitant consultation fee - Rs. 500 for a clinic. We expect to see a specialist doctor after paying this fees but we get to see a simple MBBS doctor. Bigger hospitals charge such fees for specialist doctors and this is just a clinic. I went for fever and the doctor prescribed just Dolo. Who doesnt know Dolo works for fever and why should we go to a hospital for that. So Rs. 500 to know that a strip of Dolo is enough. Waiting time to see doctor is too much. To turn around 4 patients the doc took 1.30 hrs. So whoever comes for urgent medication at 100° fever will get it increased during this wait. The interesting part, the doc didnt check my body temp instead went with my general symptoms. Its an avoidable place.

Worst Hospital/clinic I have ever seen from Apollo, being in trust from my past experience of Noida apollo I visit this but these guys are really money minded.. there are two situations where I found really pathetic doctors and money minded, they dont know now a days people are fool. for a single eye infection they wrote almost of 10test(including eye Xray, stomach ultrasound and so much of test. which was recovered by just putting a Rs18Eye drop suggested by ramakrishana hospital doctor. second example also I have for a gyne. she want to make a normal case to complicated and want to make money. I do have so many proofs to show hospital staff and needed people.. really worst hospital.

This is the worst appolo clinic,the receptionists are busy for nothing,they dont know about doctors availability and fix appointment,In XRay dept,there is always technical fault with no technician.they should close it ASAP.Third class management with third grade staff.But they know how to dig out money.
