Hospitalised my parents twice. Both the times very much disappointed with the service. Need to do multiple followups with doctors and their associates to understand the diagnosis and the treatment . we get only one chance per day with the main doctor for 5 mins during their visit. We would need to wait until next day for any further action. During discharge its even more pathetic. I wouldnt recommend this branch anymore .

I had booked my second vaccination slot today and ended up not taking the services from this hospital.. sheer negligence and horrible attitude from the front office staff at the hospital.. no proper etiquettes.. if the entry personnel are only like this god knows how the staff will be inside.. Doctors and nurses are good but operations department is worst. They make attendants run around without even giving proper guidance. To move my MIL from Emergency to Endoscopy dept, we had to run between billing, OPD 1, OPD 3 so many times. They dont even know the proper process and are careless without even bothering to understand the attendants state of mind.

My mother was rushed to the emergency with severe chest pain. The entire staff were really helpful and did the best to manage the situation. Dr Jayranganath came as quickly as possible and advised a angiogram; which was done asap. He was very patient and explained the next steps to us very clearly. She finally had to undergo angioplasty. The whole process was handled very professionally and with lot of care and compassion. Really thank full for the nursing staff in the ICU and the ward. A big thank you to Dr. Jayranganath for always being so positive and telling us not to worry. Last but not least, one of the painful parts of any hospitalisation is the administration part, but thankfully we had Vasudha who advised and helped us the whole way. Thank you.

Strongly suggest you not to visit this particular hospital for vaccination. They do not have a proper system to manage the crowd. It’s absolute chaos, no social distancing is followed. Everyone is made to stick next to each other in the queue. Further, it’s not a quick process, even with appointments these guys will certainly make you wait 3-4 hours before you can get jabbed. It was a terrifying experience.

Took my dad on an emergency to Apollo Hospitals, my dad was having a heart attack. Our family doctor recommended to consult Dr. Prasanna Katti he is a Cardiologist there. He was very caring very helpful, very quick in attending to my dad, and explained us what happened what they will be doing and everything, I really appreciate all the help and also thank him for saving my dad.

For in patient the hospital is very good, but for OPD you will always have to wait long and doctors are never available, after keep asking the concerned some other doctor will come and do checkup.

It was the worst experience ever..doctors have no patience to listen to our problems and gives tests and suggestions irresponsibly.. its literally waste of time and money. It was very unorganized in terms of appointments and consultation. Receptionists are very arrogant and doesnt even coordinate.. really I was expecting a lot from this hospital but now I feel that even a government hospital is far better than this.

I had visited this hospital for my covid vaccination and it was a pretty good experience. The doctors and medical personnel were friendly and helpful ☺️. Good social distancing methods were followed. Car parking was a challenge as there were not enough spots left, but otherwise it was good. The hospital was pretty easy to find, as it was next to a well known mall. Thank you Apollo hospital for hosting the vaccine drive and helping people stay safe!

The thing called social distancing is joke here & that too at high risk hospital zone. Didnt expect this from Apollo after paying Rs. 850 for vaccine. They could have definitely managed it better. No social distancing or seating arrangements at the main gate and they made everyone wait for around 1 hour citing lunch timing as reason even though we reached during our scheduled time. Once they let you enter inside that gate, it is somewhat better but obviously WHO recommend 6 feet distance is nowhere maintained and billing process is also very chaotic.People too are also responsible but hospital surely could have managed it nicely.

I trying to reach the hospital for days and the no one answers the call / line is disconnected after some time - this is for an enquiry for a vaccination bill that they did not provide us while we took the vaccination. Helpline says you need to call the hospital or go there ! When we went for the vaccination, they were busy pushing us to apply a 5 star rating for the hospital.Apollo Diagnostics - Samples are collected at 6 am, samples are tested late evening after you follow up multiple times for the reports

Miss Chaithra, one of the best resources at Apollo hospital sheshadripuram. She is very kind and helpful person. Today there were limited workforce because of holiday and the crowd was more in cash section. She was alone managinging everthing. She helped me a senior citizen in getting CT scan report. Amazing service at the hospital. I was under the impression the vaccination would take time considering the amount of people coming in. Seamless assistance by chairmans (Ashok Reddy) son who guided us with online payment mode and by the time online transaction was done, my mother was ready for vaccination. Really appreciate sister Teena and staff for showing the veil being used and were very courteous throughout the process!
