Worst Courier company. Shipment clearance is very slow. Dont waste your money and time in this courier service company.

We have send an item through UPS courier to US ON 18th Feb 2021. Tracking number - 1Z63XV820454219350. The item was delivered on a wrong destination on 25th Feb 2021. From that day onwards still UPS team is investigation to find out the package where they have left it.Still there is no response from the team. I lost the hope of the package. Very bad service. Please to take legal action.

A package took 2 days to come from Canada to Bangalore and was held at this office for 3 full days and I had to collect it. Reason given, address was incorrect. Google maps takes it to the exact point. Dunzo, uber, swiggy all find the address, only UPS could not. They might as well give the local delivery to Dunzo. Finally I had to pick up the package from this location where I had to wait for 45 minutes, forced to listen to their team lead giving gyaan to the delivery guys.

Lousy Company. Despite paying the duty, on time (within a few hours of notification), the delivery is not made. There is the point in paying Express Delivery (paid $245 express delivery fee), when the delivery still done at such a pathetically slow pace.Staff -- Not helpful, careless, and dont botherCustomer care: standard response, but no solutionsThis was the last time, i used UPS, better to go with any one else, than UPS.Message me if you need to know the people whom i contacted and phone numbers.

One of the worst and sloppy service providers you could choose from. They have delivered a damaged shipment to my address and they are not ready to accept their mistake nor ready to help their customers.Dont ever choose these guys for shipping your products, desperate damages gaurenteed by them. Look at my situation and make a vise decisions.I had ordered a product from Malaysia, these guys damaged the shipment in the airport. All the boxes where opened for security checking and none closed nor taped and the worst part is they have not placed the safety cushion in the right place. Due to which shipment got damaged and more henious crime is connectors were also stolen from my shipment. These guys are theifs and least rated criminals. Practising unethical behaviour and criminal personality at work in airport Customs and clearance.Even in the worst case scenario dont ever choose UPS for your shipping needs. Its better to find an alternative service provider than choosing UPS. Apart from deliberately damages, delays. They also steal your goods. Stay away from these scamsters.

I do not even like to give a single star, Very very poor/bad support, Parcel that I am supposed to get has reached on 19-Jan-2021, it been one month and am continuously doing follow ups, but no use at all, I still havent received my parcels, People who work here dont even pick up calls or respond to E-mails.

To bad they ask to wait for long times I went to drop GO PRO cam but they simple ignore and ask me to wait 1 hour

It looks very unstructured but staff is really helpful.Call them and they will come to collect your parcel, so no need to come here all the way. Yes they do packaging and all for you.

Bewarei had opened a business account, they have billed me for packages not delivered, they are trying to extort money by sending notice for shipments not delivered nor returned back to me, i have approached the consumer forum, hoping that they will teach this company a lesson, there are a lot of professional couriers out there....

I have been used many of the courier service, but at least they will answer your call. This UPS courier not even attending the calls including customer care. Even no reply for e mails as well. I wanted to give ZERO star but there is no such option.

Very unprofessional guys, my refund is pending with them for more than 2and half months. whereas it was supposed to be processed in 20 to 25 days time. repeated followup with customer care, email contact , twitter, phone call to finance guy, hasnt yielded any results. A bunch of jokers is what i can say. Never use their service.

Highly unprofessional service provider. they charge international prices but quality is worse than those with free delivery options. Avoid this at any cost. Strictly not to be used for business purposes, you will lose customer very soon. we have blacklisted UPS from all our franchises, UPS is not to be used, after a customer had horrific experience .

Very bad service, I was keep on tracking the parcel, and suddenly after night 11:30, they gave an update on the website like1.out for delivery2. The driver was unable to collect the fund on first attempt.Where no body came and not even gave me a call. A top class frauds.Dont use this courier.They dont have a customer care also.

The WORST shipping service ever. Honestly, they have no right to call themselves a professional / reliable service. My shipment consisting of TIME SENSITIVE documents has not been delivered on time - its IMPOSSIBLE to track it - and on top of that, the error message on the tracking page says that the address is incorrect. This is a blatant lie. Upon checking with customer, and the sender, Ive confirmed that the address WAS correct. There seems to be an inability for customer care to reach the warehouse and find out what exactly is happening. I called them 5 TIMES today, and each time was promised a call - back and a promise that the package would arrive. Havent received a call back even ONCE. Appalling service. Avoid it at all costs!

I would have given a zero star if there was such an option.Firstly they dont respond to calls.They dont respond to email either.Then when I physically went there they made me wait half an hour and then said there concerned person is on leave.They are most disorganised within causing delaysThey need to look into these aspects to better their services

Very bad experience. I had called customer care on friday and saturday to confirm on my order agent name priya and priyanka confirmed me they will do the service. And when i call today for pick another agents says they cannot do it. Then why the hell you agent said it can be done. i have wasted 4 days trusting you people. I would not recommend to others and i will make sure people get updated on this through social medias

Worst service that i have experienced in my career. Please do not use this courier for any of your international shipment. You need to call them min 100 times to get an answer for one shipment. No courtesy towards customer also. No reply for your mail and calls.

The service was good and the shipment was delivered as promised. I had to return my work laptop to my employer in the US. My employer provided UPS shipping label and three copies of invoice. UPS Bangalore packed my laptop and shipped it.

Absolutely unprofessional way of working and tarnishing the image of UPS. Sent parcel from Saudi to Bangalore on 14th. Status says it has reached Bangalore on 17th and no update after that. Tired of calling all possible contact numbers given on UPS official website. This will be the last time I am using UPS services.

UPS India is perhaps the crappiest courier service ever. Especially the Bangalore division..They dont deliver on time, no one answers your calls or they call back..They simply dont care if u receive ur package or not. UPS in USA is fine but in India it is terrible.. plz dont use them in India..I probably should give a BIG ZERO rating but google wont let me..

Paid over a 100$ for shipping, my package was held in warehouse for days and was out for delivery for 4 days.. Make matters worse the Bangalore branches were very unresponsive I called many times and when finally someone did answer they gave me another number to call a mr manjunath (delivery team) which he did not reply again.. NEVER AGAIN..

Scam people.

I got a mail on 8th Dec saying the parcel has reached Bangalore and I sent the documents they asked for. Today is 31st Dec and still not done the work. I have been trying to reach ups Bangalore since then by emails and phone calls, they responded saying Ill get the stuffs by tomorrow in the beginning. They dont response anymore. In the hope of receiving it sooner.

I would have given no stars if that was an optio. This is worse than DTDC. My package is sitting in their office for the last 3days.

Customer Service is terrible Specially in Bangalore !! Call them up they pick the phone and keep talking to there colleagues and never respond to the call. Called up almost 20 times, a guy picks, talks in tamil, sounds like a drunkard and keeps the phone aside
