After getting my vehicle serviced got no change or performance in vehicle I felt like only paid bill but not worth it. I took the vehicle to nearby TVS in Doddakalla Sandra Kanakapura Road there I got my vehicle serviced problems solved and vehicle started performing more then I expectedThe better part is that my bill was lesser than what I had paid in Sukra TVS to solve the problem

I would not say that they didnt service my bike properly. I gave my bike here for service, for 4 times. Service is good. Its just that they wont mind to care about your bikes extra accessories.Once my horn wire had damaged. My bad that I didnt notice it there. Noticed at home, that horn wire was cut, & to cover up, they had rolled a black tape.Another time they cut the wiring of my Auxiliary Lights. And when I told its not working after the sevice, they gave a lame reason saying that Bike is wet afer washing. Light will work when its dry. Like 😳 what kind of reason is that.? When i asked more about it, they were negligent & just told its not their scope to repair it. 1st of all wiring was cut from their service. I had to install a new one from outside.Also, for their small showroom & garage standards, its way too costly for servicing. My Victor 110 costs Rs 1200 for just a general checkup. 😳Its okay to get serviced. No issues with that. But Im never gonna give my bike to them for service, unless its a major part change from TVS itself. Ill get my bike serviced from somewhere else.

Took my vehicle that has minor issue with respect to the fuel gauge indication. Despite of multiple requests that I asked them to check it properly, they replaced the fuel sensor with new one.Still the issue exists.!Really disappointed ☹️Better to go to the local mechanic shops instead!!

I had been here for my two wheeler service. The technicians here are with good experience and multiple technicians are available for different vehicles. Price is also reasonable. You can visit here for service as well to purchase new two wheeler.

Not happy, after making the payment of Rs around 3k found no work has been done. They took two full days buy did nothing.So left the vehicle to do reservice against another service card.

Worst outlet ever. Tvs vehicles are good. Servicing is very very bad. This is same for most tvs outlets. Maintainence and administration is zero. No responsibility towards customers. Showroom is like a garage. Horribly dirty. Staff are sitting in the lobby chairs while we were standing for half an hour. Sales officers who were available in morning are not there when we went to book the vehicle. Then to Whome should the customer talk to. Did they think Saturday was half day like school? Very cleverly, feedback board is rubbed off so we cant find managers number.

Unprofessional mechanics. They did my yvs Jupiter bad from good. I feel irritated to drive now. They havent fixed the front panel and they did not put the screws also. Service is worst than worst. I have no other option so I went there. The management doesnt give ears to complaints. They are not bothered they just want to mint money. Uploading pics of their unprofessional work.

Service is fine but the problem is they take off the petrol from the tank. Cuz I purposefully had put petrol worth ₹100 and took it to the service centre just to check what theyd do and while getting my bike back after the service they had left me with very less petrol. Thats the only problem with service centre. Really not happy with this act done.

I had to visit TVS Sukra repeatedly spending nearly Rs. 25k. First I have given my scooter for general service. After taking it back from them, I realised my petrol tank had a leakage and petrol was leaking. After repairing it, I came to know my engine case had wrecked and it led to altering the whole engine parts and its related accessories. They informed that due to the center stand problem, the engine case got damaged. I dont know what was the problem but what I understood that once you are giving your vehicle for any change in the vehicle parts, you will have to wait for couple of weeks to get the work done spending thousands of rupees from your bucket to their favour. They are businessman who knows how to get business from selective customers. You can lodge a complaint against them either to TVS or customer court, but chances are that you may not win because they will explain it in their technical terms which will prove that it was the existing problem with your vehicle.Hope you understood!

My new Ntorq clutch and belt had problem in the vehicle so had left for the service. Yashwanth was my service attender and got changed all the parts and service was also good.

# worst biker service:buyed apache 160 4v close to 2 years ago i have given my bike for first few free service. after 3 or fourth service i have said them clutch issue, and break issues till 6th issue they couldnt fix these issues.i have given in other bike service bike i see huge difference in bike pickup, performance.#after completing free service they will call you every week for bike service even you say you are not interested no matter how politely you respect and request, they will never remove your number, they keep sending you SMS very often, Please find attached picture keep calling you everytime, i spoke with their supervisor Yashwant. he said they will remove my number from DMS/DBS or something. and disconnected call reluctantly. but it never happend. this is the worst service management showroom i have ever seen in bangalore. normal nike service center is 1000% serves better.

Workers and staff are friendly and they manage to serve your vehicle as far as good. I liked there service. And the vehicle can be expected as earlier as they have given time. I had good experience till today. Its my 3rd service went well.

This showroom is full of THUGS and CHEATS.Went to buy a vehicle with a friend, and the sales executive told me that the price of the rear view mirrors, footrest and side stand is NOT included in the vehicles ex showroom price.According to them, the vehicle price is only included in the ex showroom price, rest everything is to be purchased from them as a dealer.Point 1, they are cheating the customer.Point 2, they are bringing bad name to the TVS company as a whole.Not to compare TVS with any other brand, but its common sense that the vehicle comes with these standard fittings as a whole.Also, when I called the TVS company executive on the number on TVS website, Mr. Sales executive told him that he doesnt know enough about the company. (i.e. the TVS customer care agent doesnt know, and Mr. Knowledgeable Sales Executive of Sukra Motors knows that)Hilarious, isnt it?Well, anyways, BEWARE of these cheaters, and please do a full enquiry before purchasing any vehicle from them.

I brought an Ntorq in the month of February. Till now they haven’t given the insurance and other important papers.When asked they put the blame on me saying I have lost it and however they would email me a copy of it.And since 4 days I have been calling them continuously , they talk very sweetly and say they will send in just 10 mins but the work never happens.The price is high compared to other tvs showroom.They are least bothered about customer satisfaction.

Visited the showroom for an enquiry regarding TVS Apache. The executive was not ready to explain about the bike. He just made a quotation on his own interest and gave it to me. He asked me how much down-payment I can pay. When I told an amount, he decided another amount of his own and wrote in it. No explanation was provided regarding the bike.

I bought TVS Ntroq 125 on 9th Sep from Sukra TVS Bangalore and till now there is no follow up on the number registeration plate. They did not have the courtesy to provide basic paper information like insurance road tax service book etc. After 2 weeks when I go and ask they are the ones who owns me with their words.This is not the way to take care of things. Not even sorry about the miss. I am not a localite from here and thats not the reason to charge on me because of their fault. This is so embarrassing.And still there is no follow up on the number plate no follow up on RC. Number plates are ought to provide from RTO and waiting for that. I cannot take the vehicle out as it is almost 3 weeks now and they do not even care to let me know in details.Basic accessories if asked they say their own story. A worst mutual experience between a buyer and seller. These kind of dealers are ought to be shut down.Need action and necessary response for further paperworks. No option to give 0 star or I would have hit that by now !!!

Me Jyothish have taken the delivery of TVS NTORQ 125 - SBT DISC METALIC BLUE today (07-03-2019) .No one has given the complete introduction of the bike, my bike was not even cleaned , PDI has not done for the bike , ,Bike is not even start before handing over to the customer , breaks are not even adjusted ,and the most funniest part is .SUKRA TVS doesnt have petrol ,Before taking delivery I have informed them I will be taking the delivery in an hour time still they didnt have the courtesy to fill the petrol , as a customer I took the bike out from the showroom to the main road , not even a single executive from the showroom gave any honour . I didnt receive the Tax invoice for the bike and I have found that they are charging more than the ex showroom price what company is quoted in bangalore , below are the reason provided my the dealerLogistics and handeling chargesMandatory accessories (foot peg, mirror )Are this part not included in the ex-showroom cost.This kind of dealers will spoil the name of TVS company . I request you to take necessary and immediate action to the dealer .I am taking this issue to consumer court.
